A process for manufacturing a bolt of any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of: manufacturing a main body part, a screw head, a main screw rod and a first screw thread of a bolt through machining; casting a stud extension sleeve through a sand mold, wherein a first through groove is formed in a top plate of the stud extension sleeve; thirdly, fixing a cross-shaped adjusting plate under the main stud by welding; and (IV) after the cross-shaped adjusting plate is placed into the first through groove in the top plate of the stud extending sleeve, the first through groove in the top plate of the stud extending sleeve is welded and closed through laser welding or argon arc welding, and the bolt with the adjustable length is manufactured.
