The preset dynamic balance formula is as follows:
W=900Ma/(πn)2
wherein M is the mass (kg) of the fan, and a is the acceleration (M/s) of the fan2) W is the dynamic balance (g.mm) of the automobile fan, and n is the target rotating speed (r/min) of the fan.

Figure BDA0002531511530000051
And finally, calculating the dynamic balance of the automobile fan according to the fan mass, the target rotating speed of the fan and the fan acceleration.
It can be understood that the dynamic balance of the automobile fan is calculated by using a newton's law of mechanics formula, where mr is Ma/w2=Ma/(2πn/60)2=900Ma/(πn)2Wherein r is the distance from the blade tip to the fan rotorThe distance between the centers of rotation (M), i.e., the radius of the fan blades, w is the angular velocity of the fan (rad/s), M is the mass of the fan (kg), and a is the acceleration of the fan (M/s)2) Mr (i.e., W) is the dynamic balance (g.mm) of the fan.
Step S20: and judging whether the dynamic balance amount is smaller than a preset target value or not.

W=Ma/(2πn/60)2=900Ma/(πn)2
wherein M is the mass (kg) of the fan, and a is the acceleration (M/s) of the fan2) W is the dynamic balance (g.mm) of the automobile fan, and n is the target rotating speed (r/min) of the fan.
Before the step of obtaining the fan acceleration according to the fan mass and the fan target rotating speed, judging whether the fan target rotating speed is consistent with the idling fan rotating speed, and when the fan target rotating speed is consistent with the idling fan rotating speed, executing the step of obtaining the fan acceleration according to the fan mass and the fan target rotating speed.
And within a preset time threshold, acquiring the initial rotating speed of the fan, calculating the average rotating speed value according to the initial rotating speed of the fan, and taking the average rotating speed value as the target rotating speed of the fan.

And when the dynamic balance amount is greater than or equal to the preset target value, determining that the dynamic balance of the automobile fan is unqualified, so that the phenomenon that the idling air conditioner in the automobile shakes or the beat frequency is caused by the dynamic balance of the fan is not eliminated.
For ease of understanding, the following is exemplified:
if the beat frequency phenomenon exists when the air conditioner is started at the idle speed of a certain vehicle, whether the dynamic balance of the fan meets the design requirement is confirmed through the method.
The rotating speed of the fan of the idle-speed air-conditioning is 1740r/min, the mass M of the fan is 4.03kg, and the rotating speed of the fan is 1740r/min by supplying power through a stabilized voltage power supply in the state of a whole vehicle, wherein y is 0.179M/s2,z=0.244m/s2The formula for solving the dynamic balance of the automobile fan is as follows:
