preparing the wallboard, including preparing raw materials, coating the wallboard, cutting the wallboard, packaging and transporting to a site; the raw material is a base material, and the base material is any one of a multilayer solid wood board, a stone-plastic board, a solid board and a wood-plastic board; the surface of the base material is adhered with a decorative layer through a hot melt adhesive PUR, and the decorative layer is any one of a PVC film, a cloth art, leather, a veneer and stone;
preparing a woodworking basic framework, including raw material preparation, building a spliced basic framework, packaging and transporting to a site; the raw material is a wood board or a nine-centimeter board; the wood board or the nine-centimeter board is spliced and fixed together by the air nail gun;
preparing section bars, including the section bars formed by stretching and integrally forming aluminum alloy, cutting the section bars according to the length, cutting the end parts of the section bars by 45-degree splicing angles, shaping the section bars in a beveling way, packaging and transporting to the site;
field installation: and directly installing the prepared wall board, the wood basic framework and the section bar on a construction site in the blank room.
