and 6, pouring the post-cast pile head 5 above the foundation pile head 1 and the waterproof coiled material within 250mm from the end part of the foundation pile head 1, cleaning the upper surface and the side surface of the post-cast pile head 5, brushing the permeable crystalline waterproof coating 9 with the thickness of 1mm, and then winding the water-swelling water stop strip 11 at the root part of the steel bar 3 extending out of the top part of the post-cast pile head 5.
