The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A water purifier 1000 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, a water purifier 1000 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes: a water circuit board, a reverse osmosis filter element 110 and a heating device 120.
Specifically, a water channel 100 is formed in the waterway plate, and the water channel 100 has a water inlet 101 and a water outlet 102. The reverse osmosis filter element 110 is arranged on the water path plate, the reverse osmosis filter element 110 is communicated with the water flow channel 100 to be used for purifying water in the water flow channel 100, and a purified water outlet of the reverse osmosis filter element 110 is communicated to the water outlet 102. The heating device 120 is disposed on the water path plate, the heating device 120 is communicated with the water flow channel 100 and is located at the upstream of the reverse osmosis filter element 110 along the water flow direction, and the heating device 120 is used for heating the water in the water flow channel 100.
In the working process of the water purifier 1000, water enters the water flow channel 100 in the water circuit board from the water inlet 101, is heated by the heating device 120 to raise the temperature, then enters the reverse osmosis filter element 110 to filter impurities and harmful substances in the water, and pure water obtained by the reverse osmosis filter element 110 flows out from the pure water outlet thereof and finally flows out from the water outlet 102 of the water circuit board for users to use.
In the embodiment, the heating device 120 is disposed at the upstream of the reverse osmosis filter element 110, so that the temperature of water heated by the heating device 120 can be increased, and the water inlet temperature of the reverse osmosis filter element 110 can be increased, thereby effectively increasing the water flux of the reverse osmosis membrane in the reverse osmosis filter element 110, and even if the water temperature entering the water inlet 101 is very low, the water purifier 1000 can maintain a high pure water flow. Meanwhile, the water temperature is increased by the heating device 120, so that the user can not freeze hands when using water in winter.
In addition, the purifier 1000 of this embodiment, through setting up the water route board, form rivers passageway 100 in the water route inboard, the rethread installation with reverse osmosis filter core 110 and heating device 120 integrated to the water route board on, can reduce the water route interface, reduce the hidden danger of leaking, make things convenient for each spare part assembly of purifier 1000, space utilization is higher.
According to the water purifier 1000 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the heating device 120 is arranged at the upstream of the reverse osmosis filter element 110, so that the water inlet temperature of the reverse osmosis filter element 110 can be increased and the water passing flux of the reverse osmosis membrane can be increased under the condition that the temperature of the water inlet 101 is lower, the water purifier 1000 can keep higher pure water flow, and a user can not freeze hands when using water in winter.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the water purifier 1000 may further include: the temperature detection device 130 is used for detecting the temperature of water in the water fluid channel, and the temperature detection device 130 is arranged to detect the temperature of water in the water fluid channel 100 in real time, so that whether the heating device 120 is started or not can be controlled according to the detected temperature value.
Further, the temperature detection device 130 may be provided on the water circuit board and arranged adjacent to the inlet and/or outlet of the heating device 120. That is, the temperature detection device 130 may be disposed adjacent to the inlet of the heating device 120, the temperature detection device 130 may also be disposed adjacent to the outlet of the heating device 120, and the temperature detection device 130 may also be disposed near both the inlet and outlet positions of the heating device 120. Therefore, the water temperature of the water flow channel 100 can be controlled more accurately and precisely, and the temperature of the water entering the reverse osmosis filter element 110 can be controlled.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the water channel plate may further include a booster pump 140 communicating with the water flow channel 100, and the booster pump 140 is located upstream of the heating device 120 in the water flow direction. The pressurizing pump 140 can increase the pressure of the water in the water flow passage 100, thereby increasing the water production efficiency of the reverse osmosis membrane.
In some embodiments within the present invention, a pre-filter 150 is connected in series to the water flow path 100, and the pre-filter 150 is located upstream of the booster pump 140 in the water flow direction. From this, can leading filter core 150 can carry out prefilter to the raw water, improves filtration efficiency.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 1, a post-filter element 160 is further connected in series between the clean water outlet of the reverse osmosis filter element 110 and the water outlet 102, and a first check valve 103 and a first high-pressure switch 104 are sequentially connected in series between the reverse osmosis filter element 110 and the post-filter element 160. When a user gives an instruction to make pure water (for example, when the user opens a valve provided at the position of the water outlet 102), the first high-voltage switch 104 senses that the signal is on, and then the pure water making mode is entered; when a user gives an instruction to stop making pure water (for example, the user closes the valve at the position of the water outlet 102), the first high-voltage switch 104 senses that the signal is off, and then the making of pure water is stopped. Wherein, the valve at the position of the water outlet 102 can be a water tap.
Specifically, when the water purifier 1000 works, water entering from the water inlet 101 is primarily filtered by the front filter element 150, flows to the booster pump 140, is pressurized by the booster pump 140, enters the heating device 120, is heated to a predetermined temperature by the heating device 120, flows into the reverse osmosis filter element 110, is further filtered by the reverse osmosis filter element 110, flows to the rear filter element 160, and is filtered again, and finally, the obtained purified water flows out from the water outlet 102.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 1, a waste water channel is formed in the waterway plate, an inlet of the waste water channel is connected with a waste water port of the reverse osmosis filter element, the waste water channel is further provided with a waste water outlet 401, and a waste water valve 410 is connected between the waste water outlet 401 and the waste water port in series. Wherein the waste water valve 410 may be a flushing solenoid valve so that a reverse osmosis membrane of the reverse osmosis filter element 110 can be flushed.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, a first control valve 105 and a second control valve 106 for controlling the on/off of the water flow channel 100 may be further connected in series to the water flow channel 100, wherein the first control valve 105 may be connected in series between the pre-filter element 150 and the booster pump 140, and the second control valve 106 may be connected in series between the reverse osmosis filter element 110 and the heating device 120. That is, the first control valve 105 is connected in series between the pre-filter 150 and the booster pump 140, and the second control valve 106 is connected in series between the reverse osmosis filter 110 and the heating device 120. The first control valve 105 and the second control valve 106 can control the on/off of the water flow channel 100, and the first control valve 105 and the second control valve 106 can also control the flow rate in the water flow channel 100.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 1, the water route plate may further have formed therein: the air outlet 201 of the air flow channel 200 is communicated with the water flow channel 100 and is positioned between the booster pump 140 and the first control valve 105, and the air flow channel 200 is connected with a second one-way valve 203 in series; the inlet 302 of the bubble water passage 300 is connected to the water flow passage 100, and the inlet 302 of the bubble water passage 300 is connected between the second control valve 106 and the heating means 120, the bubble water passage 300 having a bubble water outlet 301.
Further, a bubble generator 310 and a gas-liquid solubilization tank 320 are connected in series to the bubble water passage 300, and the gas-liquid solubilization tank 320 is located upstream of the bubble generator 310. Thus, the gas-liquid mixture enters the gas-liquid solubilization tank 320, and the mixing effect can be enhanced. Advantageously, the gas-liquid mixture enters from above and exits from below the gas-liquid solubilization tank 320, thereby facilitating further mixing.
When pure water needs to be manufactured, the air flow channel 200 and the bubble water channel 300 are not communicated with the water flow channel 100, at the moment, the booster pump 140 starts to work, raw water enters the water flow channel 100 from the water inlet 101, and then the pure water flows out from the water outlet 102.
When bubble water needs to be made, the second control valve 106 is closed, the air flow channel 200 and the bubble water channel 300 are both communicated with the water flow channel 100, at the moment, the booster pump 140 starts to work, as the booster pump 140 has a certain self-suction function, under the condition of insufficient water suction, quantitative air can be sucked from the air outlet 201 of the air flow channel 200, and after the water-air mixture is pressurized by the booster pump 140, the water-air mixture flows out from the bubble water outlet 301 after passing through the bubble generator 310 and the gas-liquid solubilization tank 320 in the bubble water channel 300, so that micro-nano bubble water is formed.
It should be noted that, when making bubble water, it is necessary to mix air with water in the water flow channel 100, and at this time, the water pressure and flow rate in the water flow channel 100 may be controlled, so as to form a working condition suitable for making bubble water.
In addition, since the heating device 120 is located downstream of the booster pump 140, the heating device 120 can heat both the pure water and the micro-nano bubble water.
The water purifier 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention integrates a pure water function, a bubble water function, and a heating function, wherein pure water may be used for drinking, soup cooking, and the like; the micro-nano bubbles not only have high potential generated by surface charges, but also have large specific surface area, can show good adsorption effect and high-efficiency removal rate on suspended matters and oils, and release hydroxyl radicals when the micro-nano bubbles are broken, so that a lot of organic pollutants can be oxidized and decomposed, pesticide residues and the like can be degraded, namely, the micro-nano bubble water is applied to fruit and vegetable cleaning, bathing, dish washing, clothes washing and the like, and has obvious cleaning effect; in addition, can heat pure water, micro-nano bubble water, the user uses more comfortablely, also can promote the system water flow of pure water simultaneously.
Therefore, according to the water purifier 1000 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the diversified demands of users can be met.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, water purifier 1000 may further include: and a pressure reducing and flow limiting device which is arranged in parallel with the first control valve 105 and is located upstream of the air outlet of the air flow passage 200, so that when the first control valve 105 is closed, tap water can pass through the pre-filter element 150 and the pressure reducing and flow limiting device and then is pressurized by the booster pump 140 and mixed with air.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the pressure relief and flow restriction device may include a pressure relief valve 170 and a flow restriction 180 in series, the flow restriction 180 having a flow restriction orifice for flow restriction. Thus, the relief valve 170 and the flow restriction orifice cooperate to regulate water pressure and flow.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a third check valve 303 and a second high-pressure switch 304 are connected in series to the bubble water passage 300, the third check valve 303 is located upstream of the gas-liquid solubilization tank 320, and the second high-pressure switch 304 is connected in series between the bubble generator 310 and the gas-liquid solubilization tank 320. Thus, when a user gives an instruction to make bubble water (for example, when the user opens a valve disposed at the position of the bubble water outlet 301), the second high-voltage switch 304 senses that the signal is on, and then the bubble water making mode is entered; when the user gives an instruction to stop making bubble water (for example, the user closes the valve at the position of the bubble water outlet 301), the second high-pressure switch 304 senses the signal to be off, and then bubble water making is stopped. Wherein, the valve at the position of the bubble water outlet 301 can be a water tap.
A method for controlling a water purifier 1000 according to a second aspect of the present invention, where the water purifier 1000 is the water purifier 1000 according to the first aspect of the present invention, includes:
detecting the temperature of the water in the water flow channel 100, and when the temperature is lower than a set starting temperature, starting the heating device 120; when the detected temperature is higher than the set stop temperature, the heating device 120 is turned off; when the detected temperature is between the set start temperature and the set stop temperature, the current operation state of the heating device 120 is maintained.
That is, when the water temperature is lower than the set activation temperature, the heating device 120 is turned on to heat the water, and when the water temperature is higher than the set stop temperature, the heating is stopped or the heating device 120 is not activated. If the heating device 120 is in a heating state before the temperature is detected, the heating device 120 continues to heat when the detected temperature is between the set starting temperature and the set stopping temperature; if the heating device 120 is in the stopped state before the temperature is detected, the heating device 120 is kept in the stopped state when the detected temperature is between the set start temperature and the set stop temperature.
According to the control method of the water purifier 1000 provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the temperature of inlet water is lower, the heating device 120 is started, so that the water temperature is obviously increased, and hands can not be frozen when people use water (such as washing vegetables and rice) in winter; and the front end of the RO membrane filter element is heated, so that the water passing flux of the RO membrane can be effectively improved, and higher pure water flow can be kept even if tap water with very low temperature passes through the RO membrane filter element.
In some embodiments, the temperature of the water at the inlet of the heating device 120 is sensed, and the start temperature is set to not higher than 25 ℃ and the stop temperature is set to not lower than 28 ℃. That is, the set start temperature may be 25 ℃, 24 ℃, 23 ℃ or the like, and the set stop temperature may be 28 ℃, 29 ℃, 30 ℃ or the like. For example, when the inlet temperature of the heating unit 120 is detected to be lower than 25 ℃, the heating unit 120 is activated to raise the water temperature, and when the inlet temperature of the heating unit 120 is detected to be higher than 28 ℃, the heating unit 120 is stopped.
In some embodiments, the temperature of the water at the outlet of the heating device 120 is detected, the start temperature is set to not higher than 36 ℃, and the stop temperature is set to not lower than 40 ℃. That is, the set start temperature may be 36 ℃, 35 ℃, 34 ℃ or the like, and the set stop temperature may be 40 ℃, 41 ℃, 42 ℃ or the like. For example, when the outlet temperature of the heating device 120 is detected to be lower than 36 ℃, the heating device 120 is activated to raise the water temperature, and when the outlet temperature of the heating device 120 is detected to be higher than 40 ℃, the heating is stopped.
A water purifier 1000 according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the water purifier 1000 includes a water channel plate, in which a water flow channel 100, an air flow channel 200, a bubble water channel 300, and a waste water channel 400 are formed.
