Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of electromechanics, and in particular, to a housing structure and an electrical device.
Background
In daily production and life, there is a class of electrical devices having a housing structure and a core housed inside the housing structure, which needs to be replaced after a period of use. Usually, the work of replacing the core is performed by a professional.
For example, in an oxygen generator, the core is a molecular sieve sleeve that is used to generate oxygen; when the molecular sieve sleeve is replaced, fixing parts such as screws of the shell structure are opened by a professional, the shell structure is disassembled, the old molecular sieve sleeve is detached and placed into a new molecular sieve sleeve, then an interface of the new molecular sieve sleeve is connected with a joint inside the shell structure through a rubber hose, and finally the shell structure is installed again.

Disclosure of Invention
The inventor of the application finds that in the existing electric appliance device, the installation of the core part is complex, the difficulty of the user to replace the core part by himself is high, and the satisfaction degree of the user is reduced. In order to solve at least one of the above problems or other similar problems, the present application provides a housing structure and an electric device, in which a floating adapter is provided inside the housing structure, the floating adapter has a large movement range, and thus can be easily connected with the adapter of the core, reducing the difficulty of installing the core.
According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a housing structure having:
a housing body;
an adapter cover plate fixedly provided to the housing body;
the adapter is hollow and tubular, two ends of the adapter in the length direction are opened, and fluid can flow through the adapter, and the adapter is positioned in an inner space enclosed by the inner wall of the adapter cover plate; and
an elastic member between the adapter cover plate and the adapter, the adapter cover plate movably supporting the adapter through the elastic member.

a core removably mounted inside the housing structure, wherein the core has an interface that interfaces with an opening at one end of the adapter,

According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present application, wherein the electrical device further has:
at least one detection switch located inside the housing structure for detecting the position of the core inside the housing structure.

Fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a portion of an electrical device having a shell structure and a core of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the shell structure 2 of the electrical device 1 may be used to house the core 3.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the housing structure 2 may have: a housing body 21, an adapter cover 22, an adapter 23, and an elastic member 24.
Wherein the inside of the case body 21 may have an accommodating space for accommodating the core 3; the adapter cover 22 may be fixedly disposed on the housing body 21, for example, the adapter cover 22 may be fixedly mounted on the housing body 21 by a fixing member, or the adapter cover 22 may be integrally formed with the housing body 21; the adapter 23 is hollow and tubular, two ends of the adapter 23 in the length direction are open, the openings at the two ends can be used for the circulation of gas and/or liquid and other fluids, and the adapter 23 is located in the inner space enclosed by the inner wall of the adapter cover plate 22; the elastic member 24 is located between the adapter cover 22 and the adapter 23, and the adapter cover 22 movably supports the adapter 23 via the elastic member 24, whereby the adapter 23 becomes an adapter that can float inside the adapter cover 22.
According to the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the floating adapter 23 is provided inside the housing structure 2, and the floating adapter 23 has a large moving range inside the adapter cover 22, so that the adapter 23 can be easily adjusted in position during the process of mounting the core 3 inside the housing structure 2, thereby being easily connected to the interface 31 of the core 3, and reducing the difficulty of mounting the core 3.
Fig. 2 is an enlarged schematic view of the vicinity of the adapter of the present embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2, the elastic member 24 may be provided on a side surface of the adapter 23 with respect to the longitudinal direction, so that the adapter 23 may float in the lateral direction. Further, the present embodiment may not be limited thereto, and for example, the elastic member 24 may be provided at an end of the adapter 23 in the length direction, whereby the adapter 23 may float in the length direction.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the housing structure 2 may further have: a locking pin 25 and a locking pin drive 26.
The lock pin 25 is movable relative to the housing body 21 so as to be switched between the first position and the second position. In the first position, the locking pin 25 protrudes at least partially through the housing body 21 into the interior of the housing body 21, and the portion protruding into the interior of the housing body 21 can block the core 3 accommodated in the interior of the housing body 21, thereby locking the core 3 accommodated in the interior of the housing body 21. In the second position, the locking pin 25 may be withdrawn from within the housing body 21, thereby allowing the core 3 to move within the housing body 21.
In the present embodiment, a locking pin driving part 26 is connected to the locking pin 25 for driving the locking pin 25 to move between the first position and the second position.
As shown in fig. 1, the lock pin driving portion 26 has a bent portion 261 bent in a direction away from the housing body 21 in the longitudinal direction. For example, one end 262 of the lock pin driving part 26 in the longitudinal direction is connected to the lock pin 25, and a position 263 between the bent part 261 and the one end 262 is pivotably attached to the outside of the case body 21. Thus, when the user presses the other end 264 of the locking pin driving part 26 in the longitudinal direction in the direction toward the housing body 21, the position 263 rotates, and the one end 262 moves in the direction away from the housing body 21, so that the locking pin 25 is lifted up to reach the second position; when the user releases the other end portion 264 of the locking pin driving portion 26, the one end portion 262 moves in the direction of the housing body 21, and the locking pin 25 drops to reach the first position.
In fig. 1 of the present embodiment, the locking pin 25 and the locking pin driving portion 26 are located above the housing body 21, but the present embodiment is not limited thereto, and the locking pin 25 and the locking pin driving portion 26 may also be located on the side surface of the housing body 21.
The present embodiment can lock and release the core 3 inside the housing body 21 by providing the lock pin 25 and the lock pin driving part 26.
Fig. 3 is a schematic perspective view of an electrical apparatus having the case structure and the core of the present embodiment, and as shown in fig. 3, the case structure 2 may further have: mounting openings 27 and a shield plate 28.
Wherein the mounting openings 27 may be located at the sides of the housing structure 2 for moving the core 3 into or out of the interior of the housing structure 2; the shielding plate 28 is used to close the mounting opening 27.
In the present embodiment, in the process of moving the core 3 into the interior of the shell structure 2, the bottom end of the core 3 may be first placed into the interior of the shell structure 2, and then the middle and upper portions of the shell structure 2 are pushed so that the core 3 enters the interior of the shell structure 2 in the process of being brought from the inclined state to the upright state, whereby the core 3 can be mounted in a labor-saving manner. Furthermore, since the adapter 23 has a large range of movement within the housing structure 2, the interface 31 of the core 3 can be reliably connected with the adapter 23 during installation of the core 3 within the housing structure 2.
In the present embodiment, the mounting opening 27 may not be limited to be provided on the side of the housing structure 2, but may be provided on the top end of the housing structure 2, whereby the core 3 may be mounted inside the housing structure 2 in such a manner as to be vertically placed from top to bottom.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of the mounting opening 27 being provided at the top end of the housing structure 2. As shown in fig. 4, the housing structure 2 may also have a filter screen 29, which filter screen 29 is arranged inside the adapter 23. Thus, the filter net 29 can prevent dust and other foreign matters from entering the adapter 23.
Fig. 5 is another schematic view in which the mounting opening 27 is provided at the top end of the housing structure 2. As shown in fig. 5, the housing structure 2 may also have a baffle 291. The blocking plate 291 is movable relative to the adapter 23 to cover or uncover the opening 231 at one end of the adapter 23.
In fig. 5, the shield 291 is in a position to shield the adapter 23. As shown in fig. 5, the blocking plate 291 may be connected to a spring 292, and the spring 292 pushes the blocking plate 291 by an elastic force, so that the blocking plate 291 covers the adaptor 23.
Figure 6 is a schematic view of the flapper 291 in a position to open the adapter 23. As shown in fig. 6, the blocking plate 291 has, on the side facing the outside of the housing structure 2, a slope 293 inclined with respect to the mounting opening 27, which contacts the slope 293 when the core 3 moves into the housing structure 2 and pushes the blocking plate 291 to move against the elasticity of the spring 292 to open the opening 231 of the one end of the adapter 23.
Further, in the present embodiment, in the case where the core 3 is placed inside the case structure 2 in the top-to-bottom direction, the core 3 may be engaged with the internal structure of the case structure 2 by at least one of the following means, for example: the core 3 rotates in the longitudinal direction of the core 3 inside the housing structure 2, and engages when rotated to a predetermined angle; alternatively, the core 3 is held by an engaging member inside the housing structure 2; alternatively, the core 3 moves laterally inside the housing structure 2, reaches the engagement position, and engages with the internal structure of the housing structure 2.
Example 2
Embodiment 2 of the present application provides an electrical apparatus having the case structure 2 and the core 3 described in embodiment 1. Since the housing structure 2 has already been described in detail in embodiment 1, the contents thereof are incorporated herein and the description thereof is omitted here.
In this embodiment, a partial cross-sectional view of the electrical device 1 may be as shown in fig. 1. Fig. 7 is a sectional view of the entire electrical apparatus 1 of the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the electrical device 1 may have a housing structure 2 and a core 3, wherein the core 3 is mounted inside the housing structure 2, an interface 31 of the core 3 is connected to an opening at one end of an adapter 23 of the housing structure 2, and fluid may flow between the outside of the housing structure 2 and the core 3 through the interface 31 and the adapter 23. The fluid is for example a gas or a liquid. Reference may be made to the description of fig. 1 for the same reference numerals in fig. 7 as in fig. 1.
Fig. 7 shows a situation in which the core 3 is not completely placed inside the shell structure 2, wherein the lower end 32 of the core 3 is placed inside the shell structure 2 and the upper cover part 33 of the core 3 is located outside the shell structure 2.
Fig. 8 is a perspective view of the entire electrical apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, corresponding to fig. 7. As shown in fig. 8 and 7, the inner wall of the housing body 21 may be provided with a guide rail 211 for guiding the upper cover part 33 of the core 3 into the inside of the housing 2 or out of the inside of the housing 2.

Further, as shown in fig. 7, 8, 9, and 10, the case body 21 may further have a baffle 212 provided at a lower end, wherein the baffle 212 may protrude upward by a predetermined length from a lower end portion of the case body 21. The baffle 212 can keep the core 3 in an upright state in the housing body 21, and prevent the core 3 from falling to the outside of the housing body 21.
In this embodiment, the electrical device 1 may further include: at least one detection switch. The detection switch is located inside the housing structure 2 for detecting the position of the core 3 inside the housing structure 2. Wherein the detection switch allows the electrical apparatus 1 to operate when it detects that the position of the core 3 inside the housing structure 2 is a predetermined position.
In this embodiment, the electrical device 1 may be, for example, an oxygen generator, and the core 3 may be, for example, a molecular sieve sleeve. With regard to the description of the other components of the core 3 in fig. 7 to 10, reference may be made to the description of the prior art with regard to molecular sieve sleeves.
The electric apparatus 1 of the present embodiment may have another configuration. The electrical apparatus 1 is not limited to an oxygen generator, but may be other apparatuses, such as an oxygen concentrator, an oxygen generator, an oxygen inhaler, a nutrition supplement, an inhaler, an aerosol therapy device, a humidifier, and the like.
According to the embodiment, in the electrical apparatus 1, the floating adapter 23 is provided inside the housing structure 2, and the floating adapter 23 has a large moving range inside the adapter cover 22, so that the adapter 23 can be easily adjusted in position during the process of mounting the core 3 inside the housing structure 2, thereby being easily connected to the interface 31 of the core 3, reducing the difficulty of mounting the core 3, and improving the convenience of using the electrical apparatus 1.

the adapter is hollow and tubular, two ends of the adapter in the length direction are opened, and fluid can flow through the adapter, and the adapter is positioned in an inner space enclosed by the inner wall of the adapter cover plate; and
an elastic member between the adapter cover plate and the adapter, the adapter cover plate movably supporting the adapter through the elastic member.

3. The housing structure of claim 1, wherein said housing structure further comprises:
a locking pin movable relative to the housing body, switchable between a first position projecting at least partially through the housing body into the interior of the housing body, and a second position withdrawn from within the housing body; and
a locking pin driving part connected with the locking pin and driving the locking pin to move between a first position and a second position.
4. The housing structure according to claim 3,
the locking pin driving part is provided with a bending part which is bent towards the direction far away from the shell body in the length direction,
one end part of the locking pin driving part in the length direction is connected with the locking pin,
the position between the bending part and the end part is pivotally arranged on the outer side of the shell body.
5. The housing structure of claim 1, wherein said housing structure further comprises:
a mounting opening at a top or side of the housing structure for moving a core into or out of the housing structure interior; and
a shield plate for closing the mounting opening.
6. The housing structure of claim 5, characterized in that said housing structure further has:
the filter screen, it set up in inside the adapter.
7. The housing structure of claim 5, characterized in that said housing structure further has:
a baffle plate which moves relative to the adapter and covers or uncovers an opening at one end of the adapter,
wherein the baffle has a ramp inclined relative to the mounting opening, the core contacting the ramp when moving into the housing structure and urging the baffle to move to open the opening at the one end of the adapter.
8. An electrical apparatus, characterized in that the electrical apparatus has:
the housing structure of any one of claims 1 to 7; and
a core removably mounted inside the housing structure,
