The invention can realize all-round monitoring by integrated data processing of daily unloading, using and monitoring on line, and can break through the original limitation, thereby leading the safety to have qualitative leap.

The linkage control cabinet is internally provided with programs for daily use, storage, monitoring and unloading links of the alcohol-based fuel, the corresponding signal transmitters transmit field data to the linkage control cabinet, the linkage control cabinet collects the analyzed and processed data and transmits the signals to equipment such as a pipeline pump 3, a second electrohydraulic valve 2, a first electrohydraulic valve 5, an exhaust fan 9 and the like on site so as to complete a series of daily operations, and the corresponding signal transmitters transmit the data back to the linkage control cabinet for analysis and processing in real time so as to keep a normal working state; all data are transmitted to the computer host through the linkage control cabinet, and the linkage control cabinet is connected with the computer and displays the processed data on a computer display screen so as to be convenient for visual monitoring and observation.
The working state of the invention is as follows: the alcohol-based fuel to be unloaded is connected into a discharge port 1 through an oil discharge pipeline as required, the linkage control cabinet receives a pressure signal of the discharge port 1, the pressure signal is analyzed and processed by the linkage control cabinet, an unloading button is pressed after the site is ready and the pressure signal is fed back to the linkage control cabinet, the linkage control cabinet receives two signals and then transmits the signals to a pipeline pump 3 and a second electro-hydraulic valve 2, the alcohol-based fuel enters a daily tank 6 through the discharge port 1, the second electro-hydraulic valve 2, the pipeline pump 3, a flow meter 4 and a first electro-hydraulic valve 5, a tank liquid level meter 7 feeds back a liquid level signal to the linkage control cabinet from time to time, the liquid level signal is fed back to the linkage control cabinet when a set liquid level is reached, the linkage control cabinet sends a pump stop signal, the second electro-hydraulic valve 2 is closed, the unloading can be completed, and an exhaust fan 9, a; wherein, start unloading and open exhaust fan 9 simultaneously and carry out the exhaust, after unloading, exhaust fan is again 10 minutes of airing exhaust.
When in daily state, the linkage control cabinet controls the exhaust fan 9 to be opened 3 times per hour, each time for 3 minutes, and when in accident state, the linkage control cabinet controls the exhaust fan 9 to be opened 6 times per hour, each time for 3 minutes.

A novel alcohol-based fuel storage system for everyday use, comprising: the device comprises a discharge opening (1), a second electrohydraulic valve (2), a pipeline pump (3), a flow meter (4), a first electrohydraulic valve (5), a daily tank (6), a daily tank liquid level meter (7), an anti-overflow device (8), an exhaust fan (9), a gas alarm device (10) and an acousto-optic alarm device (11), and is characterized in that the discharge opening (1) is connected with the second electrohydraulic valve (2), the second electrohydraulic valve (2) is connected with the pipeline pump (3), the pipeline pump (3) is connected with the flow meter (4), the flow meter (4) is connected with the first electrohydraulic valve (5), the first electrohydraulic valve (5) is connected with the daily tank (6), wherein the daily tank (6) is provided with the daily tank liquid level meter (7) and the anti-overflow device (8); the exhaust fan (9), the gas alarm device (10) and the sound-light alarm device (11) are arranged at a daily use place; discharge opening (1), second electrohydraulic valve (2), tubing pump (3), flow meter (4), first electrohydraulic valve (5), daily jar (6), daily jar level gauge (7), anti-overflow equipment (8), exhaust fan (9), gas alarm device (10) all are provided with corresponding signal signaling device with audible-visual alarm device (11), and signal signaling device passes through data information transmission line and is connected with the coordinated control cabinet, and the coordinated control cabinet is connected with the computer.

A novel daily alcohol-based fuel storage system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the linkage control cabinet is provided with routine procedures of daily use, storage, monitoring and discharging of alcohol-based fuel, the corresponding signal transmitter transmits field data to the linkage control cabinet, the linkage control cabinet collects analysis and processing data, all data are transmitted to a computer host through the linkage control cabinet, and the linkage control cabinet is connected with a computer and displays the processed data on a computer display screen.

The novel daily alcohol-based fuel storage system for use according to claim 1, wherein the alcohol-based fuel to be unloaded is connected to the discharge port (1) through an oil unloading pipeline as required, the linkage control cabinet receives a pressure signal of the discharge port (1), the data is analyzed and processed through the linkage control cabinet, the unloading button is pressed and fed back to the linkage control cabinet after the site is ready, the linkage control cabinet receives two signals and transmits the signals to the pipeline pump (3) and the second electro-hydraulic valve (2), the alcohol-based fuel enters the daily tank (6) through the discharge port (1), the second electro-hydraulic valve (2), the pipeline pump (3), the flow meter (4) and the first electro-hydraulic valve (5), and unloading can be completed, wherein the air exhaust fan (9) is opened for exhausting when the unloading is started, and the air exhaust fan exhausts for 10 minutes after the unloading is finished.
