d. coating primer paint on the lower side of the steel plate covered with the film, baking the steel plate in a drying oven at the temperature of 200-250 ℃ for 15-22s by hot air, and cooling to prepare the antistatic wear-resistant color-coated steel plate.

c. coating the prepared antistatic color paint on the upper side of the steel plate coated with the organic silicon high-temperature resistant paint, wherein the coating thickness is 18 mu m, putting the steel plate into a drying oven for hot air baking for 20s at 220 ℃, then sending the polyvinyl fluoride film and the steel plate coated with the antistatic color paint into the middle of an upper covering roller and a lower covering roller, and enabling the film to be attached to the upper side of the steel plate under the action of the pressure of the upper roller and the lower roller and the high temperature;
d. and (3) coating primer paint on the lower side of the coated steel plate, baking the steel plate in a 220 ℃ drying oven for 18s by hot air, and cooling to prepare the antistatic wear-resistant color-coated steel plate.
The antistatic wear-resistant color-coated steel plate of the embodiment 2 has the excellent performance of the color-coated steel plate and the antistatic wear-resistant performance, the T bend is 1T, the impact is more than or equal to 9J, the adhesive force is 0 grade, the hardness is 4H, the aging resistance is more than or equal to 600H, the MEK is more than or equal to 100 times, and the resistance value is 500-35000 omega.
Claims (7)
1. The antistatic wear-resistant color-coated steel plate is characterized by comprising a substrate, wherein an upper protective layer is arranged on the substrate, an antistatic color coating is arranged on the upper protective layer, and a wear-resistant layer is arranged on the antistatic color coating; a lower protective layer is arranged below the substrate, and a primer layer is arranged below the lower protective layer.
2. The antistatic wear-resistant color-coated steel plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the substrate is a stainless steel plate.
3. The antistatic wear-resistant color-coated steel plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper protective layer comprises: an anti-corrosion layer, an anti-oxidation layer and a high-temperature resistant layer; the lower protective layer comprises an anti-corrosion layer, an anti-oxidation layer and a high-temperature resistant layer.
4. The antistatic wear-resistant color coated steel sheet according to claim 3, wherein the corrosion-resistant layer is a zinc-plated layer or an aluminum-plated alloy layer; the anti-oxidation layer is coated by adopting an anti-oxidation decarburized coating, and the coating thickness range is 0.5-1.0 mm; the high-temperature resistant layer is coated by adopting organic silicon high-temperature resistant paint, and the coating thickness range is 15-20 mu m.
5. The antistatic wear-resistant color-coated steel plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antistatic color coating is coated with an antistatic color coating, the conductive powder accounts for 20-25% of the antistatic color coating by mass, and the coating thickness is in the range of 15-20 μm.
6. The antistatic wear-resistant color-coated steel plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wear-resistant layer is a polyvinyl fluoride film, and the thickness of the polyvinyl fluoride film is 20-40 μm.
7. The preparation method of the antistatic wear-resistant color-coated steel plate as claimed in claim 1, comprising the following steps:
a. selecting a steel plate for pretreatment, cleaning the steel plate, removing rust spots and dust attached to the surface of the steel plate, drying, and plating zinc on the upper side and the lower side of the steel plate to form a hot-galvanized steel plate or plating aluminum to form a hot-aluminized steel plate;
b. coating anti-oxidation coatings on two sides of a pretreated steel plate, baking the steel plate in a drying oven at 180-220 ℃ for 15-22s by hot air, coating high-temperature-resistant coatings on two sides of the steel plate after cooling, baking the steel plate in a drying oven at 150-200 ℃ for 10-18s by hot air, and cooling;
c. coating the prepared antistatic color paint on the upper side of the steel plate coated with the high-temperature resistant paint, baking the steel plate in a drying oven at the temperature of 200-250 ℃ for 15-22s by hot air, then feeding the polyvinyl fluoride film and the steel plate coated with the antistatic color paint into the middle of an upper covering roller and a lower covering roller, and attaching the film to the upper side of the steel plate under the action of the pressure of the upper roller and the lower roller and the high temperature;
d. coating primer paint on the lower side of the steel plate covered with the film, baking the steel plate in a drying oven at the temperature of 200-250 ℃ for 15-22s by hot air, and cooling to prepare the antistatic wear-resistant color-coated steel plate.
