Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of aluminizing printing, in particular to an online double-sided treatment and a processing method of a polyester film for aluminizing printing, which comprises the steps of firstly selecting a base material, carrying out crystallization drying on the base material, carrying out melt extrusion again, then carrying out extrusion of a melt through a die head, rapidly cooling the melt on a quenching roller to form a casting sheet, simultaneously carrying out longitudinal stretching on the casting sheet, carrying out online double-sided surface treatment on the stretched casting sheet, carrying out corona treatment on two surfaces of the film after longitudinal stretching, then uniformly coating an aluminizing water-based mixed solvent and a printing water-based mixed solvent on the two surfaces through an online double-sided surface treatment device designed by self, carrying out transverse stretching again, drying and volatilizing the mixed solvents in the transverse stretching process, forming a uniform surface treatment layer on the surface of the film, and preparing a product, wherein the adhesive force between the surface of the film and the aluminized, meanwhile, the barrier property to air and water vapor is improved, and the safety and the freshness of food packaging are ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of aluminized printing, in particular to online double-sided treatment and a processing method of a polyester film for aluminized printing.
Background
The requirements of China on food packaging materials in production and life are continuously improved, a series of environmental protection requirements are provided for the safety of food packaging, the common practice of aluminizing and printing of polyester films at present is to adopt a technical scheme of carrying out corona treatment on the surfaces of the films, the aluminum layer falling phenomenon easily occurs after pasteurization or high-temperature sterilization of the polyester films subjected to conventional corona treatment after aluminizing composite bag making, the barrier property of the packaging materials is reduced, the polyester films cannot be used for liquid packaging, the safety and the functionality of food packaging cannot be fully met, meanwhile, the adhesive force of the polyester films and ink adopting the surface corona treatment technology at present is low, the phenomenon of point falling or ink falling easily occurs in the printing process, special ink must be used, and the special ink is only suitable for inner printing, and the technical problem to be solved by the invention is the application of printing on one side of the polyester films and one side of aluminizing and printing, by using self-designed online surface treatment equipment, online surface treatment is respectively carried out on two surfaces of the film, so that two surfaces of the film have different functionalities, one surface is used for enhancing the adhesive force between the polyester film and the aluminum layer, and the other surface is used for enhancing the adhesive force between the polyester film and the printing ink.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an online double-sided treatment and a processing method of a polyester film for aluminizing printing, which aim to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

the method comprises the following steps: the polyester film base material is a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and ABA three-layer structure, the middle layer B uses 100% film-grade bright polyester slices, the surface layer A uses 95% -98% film-grade bright polyester slices and 2% -5% matte slices, and the thickness of the base material is 8-50 mu m; a mixed solvent for online surface treatment for aluminum plating;
step two: crystallizing and drying the raw material base material;
step three: performing melt extrusion by using an extruder, a metering pump, a melt pipeline and a die head;
step four: extruding the melt through a die head, and rapidly cooling the melt on a quenching roller at the temperature of 20-25 ℃ to form a cast sheet;
step five: longitudinally stretching the cast sheet, wherein the temperature of a longitudinal stretching machine is controlled to be 60-90 ℃, and the stretching ratio is 3.0-3.4 times;
step six: performing online double-sided surface treatment on the stretched cast sheet, performing corona treatment on two surfaces of the longitudinally stretched film, and then uniformly coating an aluminizing aqueous mixed solvent and a printing aqueous mixed solvent on the two surfaces by using self-designed online double-sided surface treatment equipment;
step seven: performing transverse stretching again, drying and volatilizing the mixed solvent in the transverse stretching process, and forming a uniform surface treatment layer on the surface of the film, wherein the stretching temperature is 125-150 ℃, the stretching multiple is 3.0-3.5 times, and the setting temperature is 220-245 ℃;
step eight: and (4) rolling the formed film, sampling to test the performance index of the product, and slitting and packaging according to the requirements of customers after the requirements are met.
Preferably, the weight percentages of the water-based acrylic resin, the catalyst, the curing agent, the functional assistant and the pure water are respectively 40-50%, 1-2.5%, 2-4%, 1-3%, 40-55%, and the mixed solvent for online surface treatment is used for printing, wherein the weight percentages of the water-based acrylic resin, the functional assistant and the pure water are respectively 20-40%, 0.2-0.6%, 60-80%, and the thicknesses of the double-sided surface treatment layers are respectively 2.5-5 μm.
Preferably, the crystallization temperature in the crystallization drying is controlled within the range of 160-170 ℃, the drying temperature is 165-175 ℃, and the drying time is 4-6 hours.
Preferably, the melting temperature in the production process is 275-290 ℃, and the extrusion speed is 30-50 r/min.
Preferably, the transverse stretching needs to be preheated firstly, and the transverse stretching preheating temperature is 105-125 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
in the invention, after double-sided surface treatment is carried out on the film by the self-designed online surface treatment equipment, the adhesion between the surface of the film and the aluminized layer is enhanced on one side of the polyester film, the barrier property to air and water vapor is improved at the same time, and the safety and the freshness of food packaging are ensured; the other surface enhances the adhesive force between the surface of the film and the printing ink, can replace the special printing ink with the common printing ink, and simultaneously reduces the production cost.

Example 1:

the method comprises the following steps: the polyester film base material is a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and ABA three-layer structure, the middle layer B adopts 100% film-grade bright polyester slices, the surface layer A adopts 96% film-grade bright polyester slices and 3% matte slices, and the thickness of the base material is 12 micrometers; the mixed solvent for online surface treatment for aluminum plating comprises 43 weight percent of water-based acrylic resin, 1.5 weight percent of catalyst, 2.6 weight percent of curing agent, 45 weight percent of functional assistant and pure water, and the mixed solvent for online surface treatment for printing, wherein the weight percent of the water-based acrylic resin, the weight percent of the functional assistant and the weight percent of the pure water are respectively 27 weight percent, 0.4 weight percent and 68 weight percent, and the thickness of the double-sided surface treatment layer is 3.5 mu m;
step two: crystallizing and drying the raw material base material, wherein the crystallization temperature is 165 ℃, the drying temperature is 170 ℃, and the drying time is 5 hours;
step three: performing melt extrusion by using an extruder, a metering pump, a melt pipeline and a die head, wherein the melting temperature is 280 ℃, and the extrusion speed is 40 r/min;
step four: after the melt is extruded by a die head, rapidly cooling the melt on a quenching roller at 23 ℃ to form a casting sheet;
step five: longitudinally stretching the cast sheet, wherein the temperature of a longitudinal drawing machine is controlled to be 70 ℃, and the stretching ratio is 3.2 times;
step six: performing online double-sided surface treatment on the stretched cast sheet, performing corona treatment on two surfaces of the longitudinally stretched film, and then uniformly coating an aluminizing aqueous mixed solvent and a printing aqueous mixed solvent on the two surfaces by using self-designed online double-sided surface treatment equipment;
step seven: performing transverse stretching again, drying and volatilizing the mixed solvent in the transverse stretching process, forming a uniform surface treatment layer on the surface of the film, and performing transverse stretching at the preheating temperature of 115 ℃, the stretching temperature of 135 ℃, the stretching multiple of 3.2 times and the setting temperature of 230 ℃;
step eight: and (4) rolling the formed film, sampling to test the performance index of the product, and slitting and packaging according to the requirements of customers after the requirements are met.

the method comprises the following steps: the polyester film base material is a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and ABA three-layer structure, the middle layer B adopts 100% film-grade bright polyester slices, the surface layer A adopts 97% film-grade bright polyester slices and 4% matte slices, and the thickness of the base material is 12 micrometers; the mixed solvent for online surface treatment for aluminum plating comprises 47 wt% of water-based acrylic resin, 2 wt% of catalyst, 3.5 wt% of curing agent, 2.2 wt% of functional assistant and 50 wt% of pure water, and is used for online surface treatment for printing, wherein the weight percentages of the water-based acrylic resin, the functional assistant and the pure water are 35 wt% of 0.5 wt% of 70 wt%, and the thicknesses of the double-sided surface treatment layers are 3.5 mu m;
step two: crystallizing and drying the raw material base material, wherein the crystallization temperature is controlled within the range of 166 ℃, the drying temperature is 170 ℃, and the drying time is 6 hours;
step three: performing melt extrusion by using an extruder, a metering pump, a melt pipeline and a die head, wherein the melting temperature is 285 ℃, and the extrusion speed is 45 r/min;
step four: after the melt is extruded by a die head, rapidly cooling the melt on a quenching roller at 25 ℃ to form a casting sheet;
step five: longitudinally stretching the cast sheet, wherein the temperature of a longitudinal drawing machine is controlled to be 80 ℃, and the stretching ratio is 3.4 times;
step six: performing online double-sided surface treatment on the stretched cast sheet, performing corona treatment on two surfaces of the longitudinally stretched film, and then uniformly coating an aluminizing aqueous mixed solvent and a printing aqueous mixed solvent on the two surfaces by using self-designed online double-sided surface treatment equipment;
step seven: performing transverse stretching again, drying and volatilizing the mixed solvent in the transverse stretching process, forming a uniform surface treatment layer on the surface of the film, and performing transverse stretching at a preheating temperature of 105-125 ℃, a stretching temperature of 140 ℃, a stretching multiple of 3.5 times and a shaping temperature of 245 ℃;
step eight: and (4) rolling the formed film, sampling to test the performance index of the product, and slitting and packaging according to the requirements of customers after the requirements are met.

step three: performing melt extrusion by using an extruder, a metering pump, a melt pipeline and a die head;
step four: extruding the melt through a die head, and rapidly cooling the melt on a quenching roller at the temperature of 20-25 ℃ to form a cast sheet;
step five: longitudinally stretching the cast sheet, wherein the temperature of a longitudinal stretching machine is controlled to be 60-90 ℃, and the stretching ratio is 3.0-3.4 times;
step six: performing online double-sided surface treatment on the stretched cast sheet, performing corona treatment on two surfaces of the longitudinally stretched film, and then uniformly coating an aluminizing aqueous mixed solvent and a printing aqueous mixed solvent on the two surfaces by using self-designed online double-sided surface treatment equipment;
step seven: performing transverse stretching again, drying and volatilizing the mixed solvent in the transverse stretching process, and forming a uniform surface treatment layer on the surface of the film, wherein the stretching temperature is 125-150 ℃, the stretching multiple is 3.0-3.5 times, and the setting temperature is 220-245 ℃;
step eight: and (4) rolling the formed film, sampling to test the performance index of the product, and slitting and packaging according to the requirements of customers after the requirements are met.

The on-line double-sided treatment of the polyester film for aluminum plating printing and the processing method thereof according to claim 1, characterized in that: the weight percentages of the water-based acrylic resin, the catalyst, the curing agent, the functional assistant and the pure water are respectively 40-50%, 1-2.5%, 2-4%, 1-3%, 40-55%, and the mixed solvent for the online surface treatment for printing, wherein the weight percentages of the water-based acrylic resin, the functional assistant and the pure water are respectively 20-40%, 0.2-0.6%, 60-80%, and the thickness of the double-sided surface treatment layer is 2.5-5 mu m.
