The invention relates to the technical field of aluminizing printing, in particular to an online double-sided treatment and a processing method of a polyester film for aluminizing printing, which comprises the steps of firstly selecting a base material, carrying out crystallization drying on the base material, carrying out melt extrusion again, then carrying out extrusion of a melt through a die head, rapidly cooling the melt on a quenching roller to form a casting sheet, simultaneously carrying out longitudinal stretching on the casting sheet, carrying out online double-sided surface treatment on the stretched casting sheet, carrying out corona treatment on two surfaces of the film after longitudinal stretching, then uniformly coating an aluminizing water-based mixed solvent and a printing water-based mixed solvent on the two surfaces through an online double-sided surface treatment device designed by self, carrying out transverse stretching again, drying and volatilizing the mixed solvents in the transverse stretching process, forming a uniform surface treatment layer on the surface of the film, and preparing a product, wherein the adhesive force between the surface of the film and the aluminized, meanwhile, the barrier property to air and water vapor is improved, and the safety and the freshness of food packaging are ensured.

Technical Field

The requirements of China on food packaging materials in production and life are continuously improved, a series of environmental protection requirements are provided for the safety of food packaging, the common practice of aluminizing and printing of polyester films at present is to adopt a technical scheme of carrying out corona treatment on the surfaces of the films, the aluminum layer falling phenomenon easily occurs after pasteurization or high-temperature sterilization of the polyester films subjected to conventional corona treatment after aluminizing composite bag making, the barrier property of the packaging materials is reduced, the polyester films cannot be used for liquid packaging, the safety and the functionality of food packaging cannot be fully met, meanwhile, the adhesive force of the polyester films and ink adopting the surface corona treatment technology at present is low, the phenomenon of point falling or ink falling easily occurs in the printing process, special ink must be used, and the special ink is only suitable for inner printing, and the technical problem to be solved by the invention is the application of printing on one side of the polyester films and one side of aluminizing and printing, by using self-designed online surface treatment equipment, online surface treatment is respectively carried out on two surfaces of the film, so that two surfaces of the film have different functionalities, one surface is used for enhancing the adhesive force between the polyester film and the aluminum layer, and the other surface is used for enhancing the adhesive force between the polyester film and the printing ink.

step five: longitudinally stretching the cast sheet, wherein the temperature of a longitudinal stretching machine is controlled to be 60-90 ℃, and the stretching ratio is 3.0-3.4 times;
step six: performing online double-sided surface treatment on the stretched cast sheet, performing corona treatment on two surfaces of the longitudinally stretched film, and then uniformly coating an aluminizing aqueous mixed solvent and a printing aqueous mixed solvent on the two surfaces by using self-designed online double-sided surface treatment equipment;
step seven: performing transverse stretching again, drying and volatilizing the mixed solvent in the transverse stretching process, and forming a uniform surface treatment layer on the surface of the film, wherein the stretching temperature is 125-150 ℃, the stretching multiple is 3.0-3.5 times, and the setting temperature is 220-245 ℃;
step eight: and (4) rolling the formed film, sampling to test the performance index of the product, and slitting and packaging according to the requirements of customers after the requirements are met.
Preferably, the weight percentages of the water-based acrylic resin, the catalyst, the curing agent, the functional assistant and the pure water are respectively 40-50%, 1-2.5%, 2-4%, 1-3%, 40-55%, and the mixed solvent for online surface treatment is used for printing, wherein the weight percentages of the water-based acrylic resin, the functional assistant and the pure water are respectively 20-40%, 0.2-0.6%, 60-80%, and the thicknesses of the double-sided surface treatment layers are respectively 2.5-5 μm.
Preferably, the crystallization temperature in the crystallization drying is controlled within the range of 160-170 ℃, the drying temperature is 165-175 ℃, and the drying time is 4-6 hours.
Preferably, the melting temperature in the production process is 275-290 ℃, and the extrusion speed is 30-50 r/min.
Preferably, the transverse stretching needs to be preheated firstly, and the transverse stretching preheating temperature is 105-125 ℃.
