the pre-positioning cutting assembly is arranged on one of the supporting cross beams and between the two clamping assemblies, and a through groove can be cut at an accurate position by the pre-positioning cutting assembly, so that the subsequent adjustable cutting machine can continue to cut along the through groove.
Further, preferably, the clamping assembly is arranged on the supporting cross beam in a sliding mode through a first movable adjusting seat, and the pre-positioning cutting assembly is arranged on the supporting cross beam in a sliding mode through a second movable adjusting seat;
the first movable adjusting seat and the second movable adjusting seat are identical in structure and respectively comprise a seat body, rollers, an observation cylinder and a locking ring, wherein the seat body comprises two rectangular plates which are connected through rotating shafts, the four rotating shafts are located at four corners of the rectangular plates, the rollers are coaxially fixed on the rotating shafts, the outer circumferences of the rollers are correspondingly contacted with the upper surface and the lower surface of the supporting cross beam, and therefore the first movable adjusting seat can move along the length direction of the supporting cross beam.
Further, preferably, an observation cylinder is fixedly embedded in the middle of one of the rectangular plates, so that scale values on the supporting beam can be observed through the observation cylinder;
and, only one scale value can be observed through the observation cylinder.
Preferably, a locking ring is coaxially fixed to the outer circumference of the observation cylinder, a locking screw is connected to the locking ring in a threaded manner, and a through hole corresponding to the locking screw is formed in the rectangular plate so that the base body can be locked by the locking screw.

Further, preferably, a cutting disc is fixed at the output end of the second cutting motor, and a vertical line where the center of the cutting disc is located coincides with a vertical line where the center of the observation cylinder on the second movable adjusting seat is located.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, an accurate cutting device for a plate for intelligent furniture production includes a base 1 and an adjustable cutting machine 2, wherein the adjustable cutting machine 2 is disposed on the base 1 in a longitudinally movable manner,
the device is characterized by further comprising supporting beams 4, clamping assemblies 7 and pre-positioning cutting assemblies 9, wherein the two supporting beams 4 are horizontally and symmetrically arranged on the base 1, and each supporting beam 4 is symmetrically and movably provided with the two clamping assemblies 7 so as to clamp plates 8 with different widths;
the pre-positioning cutting assembly 9 is arranged on one of the supporting beams 4 and between the two clamping assemblies 7, and the pre-positioning cutting assembly 9 can cut a through groove at an accurate position, so that the subsequent adjustable cutting machine 2 can continue to cut along the through groove.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-2, the clamping assembly 7 is slidably disposed on the supporting beam 4 by using a first movable adjusting seat 5, and the pre-positioning cutting assembly 9 is slidably disposed on the supporting beam 4 by using a second movable adjusting seat 6;
the first movable adjusting seat 5 and the second movable adjusting seat 6 have the same structure and respectively comprise a seat body 51, rollers 52, an observation tube 53 and a locking ring 54, wherein the seat body 51 comprises two rectangular plates connected through rotating shafts, the four rotating shafts are positioned at four corners of the rectangular plates, the rollers 52 are coaxially fixed on the rotating shafts, the rollers 52 are positioned between the two rectangular plates, the outer circumference of each roller 52 is correspondingly contacted with the upper surface and the lower surface of the supporting beam 4, so that the first movable adjusting seat 5 can move along the length direction of the supporting beam 4, and the movement is manually driven by an operator.
In a preferred embodiment, an observation tube 53 is fixedly embedded in the middle of one of the rectangular plates, so that the scale values on the supporting beam 4 can be observed through the observation tube 53, for the convenience of observation, the observation tube can be arranged on the side facing the operator,
preferably, only one scale value can be observed through the observation cylinder 53, so that the observation efficiency is improved, the occurrence of misreading is reduced, and a good foundation is laid for accurate cutting of the plate.
In a preferred embodiment, a locking ring 54 is coaxially fixed to the outer circumference of the observation cylinder 53, a locking screw is threadedly connected to the locking ring 54, and a through hole corresponding to the locking screw is formed in the rectangular plate, so that the base body 51 is locked by the locking screw, that is, during formal cutting, the base body is locked by the locking screw, so that the plate does not move integrally.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the clamping assembly 7 includes a mounting arm 71, a supporting plate 73, and a clamping cylinder 74, wherein the mounting arm 71 is fixed below the seat 51, the bottom of the mounting arm 71 is fixed with the supporting plate 73, which is transversely arranged, for supporting the sheet material 8, an inverted clamping cylinder 74 is further fixed on one side of the mounting arm 71 close to the sheet material 8, and a downward extending action of the clamping cylinder 74 can cooperate with the supporting plate 73 to further clamp the sheet material 8.
As a preferred embodiment, the plate fixing device further comprises a limiting ruler 72, the limiting ruler 72 is fixed on the supporting plate 73 and is close to one side of the clamping cylinder 74 so as to abut against the plate 8 when clamping the plate 8, and a side surface of one side of the limiting ruler 72 abutting against the plate 8 coincides with a vertical line where the center of the observation cylinder 53 is located, that is, a difference between scale values observed by the observation cylinder 53 on the two movable adjusting seats one 5 is a width of the plate, which is intuitive and clear.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-3, the pre-positioning cutting assembly 9 includes a mounting base 91, a lifting base 92, a forward and backward rotation motor 93, a connecting arm 96, a second cutting motor 97 and a limiting support rod 98, wherein the lifting base 92 is fixed on the right side of the mounting base 91, a lead screw 94 and a limiting post are rotatably disposed in the lifting base 92, the lead screw 94 is driven to rotate by the forward and backward rotation motor 93 fixed on the lifting base 92, a nut seat 95 is rotatably connected to the lead screw 94, the nut seat 95 is further connected to a limiting cylinder, the limiting cylinder is slidably disposed on the limiting post, the nut seat 95 is connected to the second cutting motor 97 through the connecting arm 96, a T-shaped limiting support rod 98 is fixed on the top of the second cutting motor 97, the limiting support rod 98 slidably penetrates through the mounting base 91, and a buffer spring is further sleeved on the outer circumference of the limiting support rod 98 above the mounting base 91, when precutting is carried out, the prepositioning cutting assembly 9 is moved to an appointed position firstly, the appointed position can be determined according to the cutting width of a plate, the cutting disc is fixed at the output end of the second cutting motor 97, the vertical line of the center of the cutting disc coincides with the vertical line of the center of the observation cylinder on the second movable adjusting seat 6, after the cutting width of the plate is determined, cutting can be carried out only by moving the second movable adjusting seat 6 to the corresponding position, during cutting, the upper height and the lower height of the cutting disc are adjusted through a screw nut structure formed by a screw rod, a nut seat and the like, so that a notch is cut out of the plate, the cutting machine 2 can be used for longitudinally cutting along the notch, and the problem of alignment deviation of the cutting machine caused by the non-transparency of the plate is solved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, supporting beam 4 adopts bracing piece 3 to fix on base 1, adjustable cutting machine 2 carries out longitudinal displacement along base 1 through walking subassembly, walking subassembly includes walking motor 10, walking gear 11, rack 16 and gag lever post 18, wherein, walking motor 10 fixes the bottom at walking seat 12, walking seat 12 is used for the fixed stay adjustable cutting machine 2, walking motor 10 is the biax motor, all coaxial being fixed with walking gear 11 on its two output, walking gear 11 meshes with rack 16 mutually, rack 16 vertically lays on base 1, the bottom of walking motor 10 still is fixed with inverted T shape gag lever post 18, gag lever post 18 slides and sets up in the inverted T shape spacing groove of vertically seting up on base 1.
As a preferred embodiment, the device further comprises an auxiliary support assembly, the auxiliary support assembly comprises a rotating rod 13, a V-shaped rotating wheel 14, a rotating wheel seat 15 and a V-shaped support strip 17, wherein the rotating rod 13 is coaxially fixed in the middle of the traveling gear 11, the V-shaped rotating wheel 14 is fixed at the other end of the rotating rod 13, the V-shaped rotating wheel 14 is rotatably arranged in the rotating wheel seat 15 through the rotating rod 13 and a bearing, the rotating wheel seat 15 is fixed on the traveling seat 12, the V-shaped rotating wheel 14 is supported by the V-shaped support strip 17, and the V-shaped support strip is longitudinally laid on the base 1.
