An environment-friendly glass fiber reinforced plastic fixed-length cutting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stabilizing device comprises an ear plate (10) fixed on the second vertical plate (9), and a guide wheel (11) with an axial center line perpendicular to the horizontal plane is hinged on the ear plate (10).
