4. The paper cutting apparatus of claim 3, wherein the drive mechanism comprises:
an incomplete gear; the incomplete gear is arranged on the first rotating shaft;
a driven gear; the driven gear is intermittently meshed with the incomplete gear; when the cam is in contact with the elastic member, the incomplete gear is disengaged from the driven gear;
and the driven gear drives the reciprocating cutting assembly to cut the material to be cut intermittently through the transmission assembly.
5. The paper cutting apparatus of claim 4, wherein the drive assembly comprises:
a second rotating shaft; the second rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the mounting rack; the driven gear is arranged on the second rotating shaft;
a third belt pulley; the third belt wheel is arranged on the second rotating shaft;
a third rotating shaft; the third rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the mounting rack; the third rotating shaft is arranged on one side of the second rotating shaft;
a fourth pulley; the fourth belt pulley is arranged on the third rotating shaft;
a third conveying member; the third belt pulley and the third belt pulley are connected through the third transmission member;
a first bevel gear; the first bevel gear is arranged on the third rotating shaft;
a second bevel gear; the second bevel gear is meshed with the first bevel gear;
a fourth rotating shaft; the fourth rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the mounting rack; the second bevel gear is arranged on the fourth rotating shaft;
a fifth belt pulley; the fifth belt pulley is arranged on the fourth rotating shaft;
a sixth pulley; the sixth belt pulley is arranged on one side of the fifth belt pulley;
a fourth conveying member; the fifth belt pulley and the sixth belt pulley are connected by the fourth transmission member.
6. The paper cutting apparatus of claim 5, wherein the reciprocating cutting assembly comprises:
a turntable; the turntable is connected with the sixth belt wheel;
a first sliding groove; the sliding groove is arranged on the mounting rack;
a slider; the sliding piece is arranged in the first sliding groove in a sliding mode; the sliding piece is arranged on one side of the cutting platform; the cutting insert being arranged on the slide
A second sliding groove; the second sliding groove is arranged on the sliding piece;
a connecting member; one end of the connecting piece is fixedly arranged at the eccentric position of the turntable, and the other end of the connecting piece is arranged in the second sliding groove in a sliding manner.
