The invention aims to provide a complex curved plate forming die with a reverse punching wedge mechanism, which comprises a wedge mechanism, wherein the wedge mechanism comprises a sliding male die assembly, a reverse pressing assembly, a reverse working assembly, a sliding assembly and a driving assembly;
the driving assembly comprises a driving casting at the upper part and a driving guide plate with the bottom inclined towards the left upper part, and the driving casting is fixed on the upper die body and used for providing driving force;
the sliding assembly comprises a sliding casting, a sliding guide plate and a first backspacing spring, the driving guide plate is matched with the sliding casting to provide driving force, the left upper part of the sliding casting is inclined towards the upper right, and the backspacing spring is transversely arranged in the sliding casting of the sliding assembly and mainly provides power for the material pressing assembly and the working assembly;
the reverse pressing assembly comprises a pressing casting, a flat guide plate and a limiting screw, wherein the top of the pressing casting inclines towards the left upper side, the flat guide plate is arranged on the side surface of the pressing casting, the limiting screw is arranged at the bottom of the pressing casting, and the bottom of the pressing casting is also provided with a return spring II and a guide pillar component;

the sliding cylinder is started to push the sliding male die to move, the return spring III compresses to store energy while the V guide plate II is accurately guided, and the sliding male die stops moving until the sliding male die moves to a specific position;
when the sliding male die moves, the driving casting under the guide of the driving guide plate pushes the sliding casting to move together, and the retraction spring compresses to store energy; the working slide block is pushed to move upwards due to the inclination angles of the two surfaces of the sliding casting, and the movement precision of the V-shaped guide plate I is ensured due to the accurate guiding of the V-shaped guide plate I, so that the material pressing casting is driven to move upwards;
the material pressing casting moves in a guiding mode through the guide pillar assembly, the precision is effectively guaranteed, the effective movement limiting of the material pressing casting is guaranteed through the limiting screw, the second backing spring compresses to store energy, meanwhile, due to the relation of stroke, the punching assembly does not contact the plate before the material pressing casting contacts the sliding male die, and the punching assembly completes punching when the working sliding block continues to move;
when the mold is opened:
the upper die body moves upwards to drive the casting to move upwards;
the sliding casting moves rightwards due to the reaction force of the first backspacing spring, so that the working sliding block is driven to move downwards, the punching assembly and the material pressing casting directly move downwards, and material returning is achieved.
When the pressed casting is separated from the plate, the sliding cylinder retreats to drive the sliding male die to move reversely to separate from the plate;
by analogy, the repeated reverse punching work of the covering part die is completed.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention realizes the punching requirement which cannot be met by a simple process, provides a novel punching solution, has reasonable structural design, relatively complex structure, compact structure and small occupied space, and can solve the problem of the die industry, namely realize a reverse punching process.

As shown in fig. 1-4, the present embodiment provides a complex curved plate forming mold with a reverse punching wedge mechanism, which includes a wedge mechanism, where the wedge mechanism includes a sliding male mold assembly, a reverse pressing assembly, a reverse working assembly, a sliding assembly, and a driving assembly; the driving assembly comprises a driving casting 1 at the upper part and a driving guide plate 2 with the bottom inclined towards the left upper part, and the driving casting 1 is fixed on the upper die body and used for providing driving force;
the sliding assembly comprises a sliding casting 3, a sliding guide plate 4 and a first backspacing spring 5, the driving guide plate 2 is matched with the sliding casting 3 to provide driving force, the left upper part of the sliding casting 3 is inclined towards the upper right, and the first backspacing spring 5 is positioned in the sliding casting 3 of the sliding assembly and transversely arranged and mainly provides power for the material pressing assembly and the working assembly;
the reverse pressing assembly comprises a pressing casting 6, a flat guide plate 7 and a limit screw 8, wherein the top of the pressing casting 6 is inclined towards the left upper side, the flat guide plate 7 is arranged on the side surface of the pressing casting 6, the limit screw 8 is arranged at the bottom of the pressing casting 6, and the bottom of the pressing casting 6 is also provided with a return spring II 9 and a guide pillar component 10;

When the material pressing casting 6 is separated from the plate, the sliding cylinder 15 retreats to drive the sliding male die 14 to move reversely to separate from the plate;
