Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to examples, but not to be construed as being limited thereto, and any number of modifications which can be made by anyone within the scope of the claims are also within the scope of the claims.
A spray painting shielding method for a pressure bearing surface of a threaded hole of an engine part is to design a magnet with a cross section shape matched with that of the pressure bearing surface. The pressure bearing surfaces of the prior engine and parts thereof are mostly circular, so that when designing the magnet, the magnet is only required to be designed into a cylindrical shape, and the sectional area of the magnet is consistent with the area of the pressure bearing surface. The magnet is wrapped by the protective layer and then adsorbed on the pressure bearing face so as to shield the pressure bearing face. The protective layer can protect magnet, and it influences its used cycle to avoid magnet to be sprayed paint when spraying paint. After the paint spraying is finished, the magnet is only required to be taken down from the pressure bearing surface. Compared with the prior art, the scheme can be applied to threaded holes and unthreaded nail passing holes when shielding the bearing surface, and has wide application range; and the installation shielding and the later-stage disassembly are not required to be realized through a special electric tool, the operation is simple and convenient, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
Preferably, after the protective layer wraps the magnet, the protective layer is used to make a guide post on the surface of the magnet contacting the pressure-bearing surface for guiding the magnet to be accurately adsorbed on the pressure-bearing surface. During installation, the guide post is inserted into the installation hole, and the magnet is accurately adsorbed on the pressure bearing surface under the guidance of the guide post, so that the installation efficiency of the tool can be effectively improved. The protective layer wrapped on the magnet is used for manufacturing the guide post, and the guide post is simple and practical to manufacture.
Preferably, the protective layer is a textured paper. The figure paper is cheap and easy to deform, and is beneficial to wrapping the magnet and manufacturing the guide post. In addition, the textured paper has a rough surface, so that the textured paper can be effectively adhered with paint, and the paint is prevented from dripping. When the magnet is wrapped with the textured paper, the back and the side of the magnet are wrapped firstly, and then the front of the magnet, namely the surface in contact with the pressure bearing surface, is wrapped; finally, twisting the redundant masking paper into a column shape to form a guide post, and simultaneously ensuring that the guide post is positioned in the middle of the magnet. The guide post made of the textured paper also has certain flexibility, so that the guide post has certain adjustability. The worker can also manually move the magnet into alignment with the pressure bearing surface when the magnet is offset from the pressure bearing surface.
Referring to fig. 1, the paint spraying shielding tool for the bearing surface of the threaded hole of the engine part comprises a magnet 1, wherein the shape of the cross section of the magnet 1 is matched with that of the bearing surface, and a protective layer 2 is wrapped on the periphery of the magnet 1. Since the pressure receiving face is mostly circular in shape, when designing the magnet 1, it is only necessary to design the magnet 1 in a cylindrical shape and to make the sectional area of the magnet 1 coincide with the area of the pressure receiving face. When the paint spraying device is used, the magnet wrapped by the protective layer 2 is adsorbed on the pressure bearing face to shield the pressure bearing face, and paint is prevented from falling on the pressure bearing face when the paint is sprayed. After the painting is finished, the magnet 1 is only required to be taken down from the pressure bearing surface. The protective layer 2 is designed to prevent paint from being sprayed on the magnet 1 during painting to affect the recycling of the magnet.
The surface of the magnet 1 contacting the pressure-bearing surface is provided with a guide post 3 made of a protective layer 2. The guide post 3 is used for guiding the magnet 1 to be accurately adsorbed on the pressure bearing surface. During the installation, peg graft the guide post 3 in the mounting hole, the guide through guide post 3 makes accurate absorption of magnet 1 on the pressure-bearing face, avoids magnet 1 and the too big problem of pressure-bearing face skew to can improve the installation effectiveness of frock. The guide post 3 is manufactured by utilizing the protective layer 2 wrapped on the magnet 1, so that the manufacturing is simple and practical, and the manufacturing cost of work can be effectively reduced.
Preferably, the protective layer 2 is a textured paper. The figure paper is cheap and easy to deform, and is beneficial to wrapping the magnet 1 and manufacturing the guide post 3. In addition, the textured paper has a rough surface, so that the textured paper can be effectively adhered with paint, and the paint is prevented from dripping. When the magnet 1 is wrapped with the textured paper, the back and the side of the magnet 1 are wrapped firstly, and then the front of the magnet 1, namely the surface in contact with the pressure bearing surface, is wrapped; finally, twisting the redundant masking paper into a column shape to form the guide post 3, and simultaneously ensuring that the guide post 3 is positioned in the middle of the magnet 1. The guide post 3 made of the textured paper also has certain flexibility, so that the guide post has certain adjustability. The worker can also manually move the magnet 1 to be aligned with the pressure bearing face when the magnet is offset from the pressure bearing face.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, an auxiliary detacher 4 is attached to the rear surface of the magnet 1. Specifically, before magnet 1 wraps the textured paper, auxiliary detacher 4 is adsorbed on the back of magnet 1, and then auxiliary detacher 4 and magnet 1 are wrapped by the textured paper. The auxiliary remover 4 is mainly used for removing the magnet 1 from the pressure bearing surface when the paint on the textured paper is not dried. In the process of spraying paint, if the condition that the color and the tone are not correct or the paint uniformity is not enough and the spraying paint needs to be stopped urgently appears, the magnet 1 is required to be detached from the pressure bearing surface immediately so as to be convenient for cleaning the workpiece. However, at this time, since the paint on the textured paper is not dried, the paint is easily adhered to the hands when the paper is directly taken down by a worker and is not easy to clean. Therefore, the embodiment designs an auxiliary detacher 4, the magnet 1 is taken off from the pressure bearing surface through the auxiliary detacher 4, and the problem that the worker directly contacts the masking paper and adheres to the paint is avoided.
Specifically, the auxiliary remover 4 includes a base plate 41, a first arc-shaped lever 42, and a second arc-shaped lever 43; the tail ends of the first arc-shaped rod 42 and the second arc-shaped rod 43 are welded on the bottom plate 41, and the first arc-shaped rod 42 and the second arc-shaped rod 43 are arranged in a cross manner; an operation hole 44 is provided between the first arc-shaped lever 42 and the second arc-shaped lever 43. The first arc-shaped rod 42, the second arc-shaped rod 43 and the bottom plate 41 form a hemispherical auxiliary detacher 4, and therefore the beauty paper can be wrapped conveniently. When the magnet 1 is disassembled, the magnet 1 can be disassembled from the pressure bearing surface only by passing the damask paper through the position of the hook opposite to the operation hole 44, so that the hook hooks the joint of the two arc-shaped rods, and the magnet 1 is pulled out. In the process of pulling the magnet 1, the auxiliary detacher 4 and the magnet 1 are separated by the masking paper, so that the separating force of the auxiliary detacher 4 and the magnet 1 is larger than the separating force of the magnet 1 and the pressure bearing surface, and the magnet 1 can be taken off from the pressure bearing surface.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the structure of the invention, which will not affect the effect of the invention and the practicability of the patent.
