the left surface of retort (1) is provided with repressing mechanism, repressing mechanism comprises intake pipe (15), support cover (16), support ring (17), push rod (18), filter screen (19) and first valve (20), the right surface of retort (1) is provided with vacuum mechanism, vacuum mechanism comprises filter chamber (21), first connecting pipe (22), second valve (23), filter pulp (24), shutoff lid (25), second connecting pipe (26) and vacuum pump (27).

A. adding raw materials, namely unscrewing a protective cover at the top of a feeding pipe (14), pouring the raw materials for producing the acetocaptopril into a reaction tank (1) from the feeding pipe (14), and after the raw materials are poured, re-screwing the protective cover to the top end of the feeding pipe (14);
B. air is pumped out, the second valve (23) is opened, the first valve (20) is closed, then a vacuum pump (27) is started, the vacuum pump (27) pumps out air in the reaction tank (1) and the tank cover (2) through the second connecting pipe (26), the filter chamber (21) and the first connecting pipe (22), and after the air is pumped out, the second valve (23) is closed and the vacuum pump (27) is stopped;
C. stirring reaction, starting a motor (7), driving a transmission shaft (9), a turntable (8) and a driving wheel (10) to rotate through the motor (7), and driving a plurality of rotating shafts (12) to rotate through the mutual matching of the driving wheel (10) and a plurality of driven wheels (11), so that stirring blades (13) revolve around the driving wheel (10) as a center, rotate around the rotating shafts (12) as a center and stir the materials in the reaction tank (1), and the materials are mixed and reacted to obtain the acetylcatapril;
D. discharging materials, opening a first valve (20) after the reaction is finished to balance the air pressure in the reaction tank (1) with the outside, and then rotating a sealing cover (4) to separate the sealing cover (4) from a discharging pipe (3) so as to discharge the acetyl captopril in the reaction tank (1);
E. cleaning a filter screen (19), namely holding a push rod (18) and rotating a support ring (17) through the push rod (18) to separate the support ring (17) from a support cover (16), then cleaning the filter screen (19) by using the existing equipment, and screwing the support ring (17) into the support cover (16) after cleaning;
F. the method comprises the following steps of cleaning the filter cotton (24), rotating the plugging cover (25) to separate the plugging cover (25) from the filter chamber (21), pulling the filter cotton (24) downwards to take the filter cotton (24) out of the filter chamber (21), cleaning materials on the filter cotton (24), putting the cleaned filter cotton (24) back into the filter chamber (21), and screwing the plugging cover (25) onto the filter chamber (21).
