6. The tibial osteotomy cutting device of claim 5 wherein said second blade carrier defines a plurality of guide slots, each of said guide slots being non-parallel.
7. The tibial resection cutting device of claim 1, further comprising a positioning guide fixed to the lateral surface of the tibia for fixing the first blade holder, wherein the positioning guide is a plurality of guide pins fixed to the tibia.
8. The tibial osteotomy cutting device of claim 1 wherein said first blade carrier has a plurality of recesses disposed on opposite sides of said blade slot to allow insertion of a drill or probe.
9.
