The electrode sheet assembly 113 includes a plurality of first electrode sheets 1131 and a plurality of second electrode sheets 1132, the polarities of the first electrode sheets 1131 and the second electrode sheets 1132 are opposite, and the plurality of first electrode sheets 1131 and the plurality of second electrode sheets 1132 are alternately arranged.
The first housing 1101 includes a bottom wall 11011 and a plurality of side walls 11018 extending from the bottom wall 11011 toward the second housing 1103, at least one of the side walls 11018 is provided with a first fixing portion 11019, and the first fixing portion 11019 protrudes from the side wall 11018 along a thickness direction of the side wall 11018.
The second housing 1103 includes a second fixing portion 11032 corresponding to the first fixing portion 11019, and the first fixing portion 11019 and the second fixing portion 11032 are fixed together. Since the first fixing portion 11019 protrudes from the sidewall 11018 in the thickness direction of the sidewall 11018, the thickness of the sidewall 11018 is greatly reduced, and the space occupied by the water hose 11 is further reduced, so that the water hose can be used in a dishwasher.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the dishwasher of the present application includes a main unit 1 and a door 2 connected to the main unit 1. The door 2 can be opened and closed to put in dishes to be washed. The main machine 1 comprises an inner container 10 provided with a container wall 101 and a water hose assembly fixed to the container wall 101. The liner 10 has a processing chamber 100. The dishwasher may clean the dishes to be cleaned by placing the dishes into the treatment chamber 100.
The bladder wall 101 is provided with perforations 103 that communicate with the processing chamber 100. When the dishwasher implements a soft water function using the resin water softener having a salt tank, the perforation 103 may allow a salt adding pipe of the resin water softener to pass therethrough, so that the salt adding pipe enters the treating chamber 100 to facilitate the addition of salt by a user.
In such a scenario, where the dishwasher liner 10 is provided with perforations 103, the water hose assembly provided in the present embodiment comprises a water hose 11 and a fixture connected to said water hose 11. The fixing device comprises a first fixing piece 12 connected to the water hose 11 and a second fixing piece 13 assembled and fixed to the first fixing piece 12 so as to fix the water hose 11 to the liner wall 101 of the liner 10.
When the water hose assembly is assembled and fixed with the liner wall 101, the second fixing piece 13 is at least partially positioned in the treatment chamber 100, the second fixing piece 13 is limited by the liner wall 101 around the perforation 103 to move away from the treatment chamber 100, and one of the first fixing piece 12 and the second fixing piece 13 is assembled with the other fixing piece through the part passing through the perforation 103, so that the water hose 11 is fixed outside the inner liner 10. The fixing means is sealingly connected to the wall 101 of the inner container 10 to prevent water in the treatment chamber 100 from flowing out through the perforations 103.
The first fixing member 12 may be assembled and fixed to the water hose 11 or integrally formed with the water hose 11. The first fixing member 12 is assembled into the through hole 103 from the outside of the inner container 10 to the direction of the processing chamber 100. The second fixing member 13 includes a first through hole 131 and a second screw thread 130 extending into the first through hole 131. The second fixing member 13 is located in the processing chamber 100, and after the second fixing member 13 is assembled to the first fixing member 12, the first through hole 131 is aligned with the through hole 103, so as to increase the fixing effect of the fixing device. The second fixing member 13 is sleeved to the periphery of the portion of the first fixing member 12 located in the processing chamber 100 through the first through hole 131, and is assembled and fixed with the first fixing member 12. The outer diameter of the second fixing member 13 is larger than the aperture of the through hole 103, so that the second fixing member 13 is prevented from penetrating out of the through hole 103, and the holding effect of the fixing device is prevented from being affected. At this time, the second fixing member 13 is located inside the processing chamber 100, and the water hose 11 is located outside the processing chamber 100.
The first fixing member 12 is cylindrical, and the first fixing member 12 includes a top wall 120, a side wall 121 extending from the top wall 120, and a first thread 122 disposed on the side wall 121. The sidewall 121 is connected to the water hose 11, so as to enhance the strength of the first fixing member 12, and further to stably fix the water hose 11 to the bladder wall 101. The second screw thread 130 of the second fixing member 13 is engaged with the first screw thread 122 of the first fixing member 12 to fix the water hose 11 to the bladder wall 101. The second fixing member 13 is fixed to the first fixing member 12 in a screw-fit manner, which facilitates assembly.
In other embodiments, the fixing device may include only the first fixing member 12, the first fixing member 12 may be interference-fitted with the through hole 103 to fix the water hose 11 to the bladder wall 101, and the second fixing member 13 may be omitted. In other embodiments, the first fixing member 12 may include a recess (not shown) recessed from the top wall 120 to the inside thereof, and the second fixing member 13 is partially received in the recess (not shown) and fixed to the first fixing member 13 by screw-fitting. In other embodiments, the second fixing member 13 may be welded or adhesively fixed to the first fixing member 12.
In the illustrated embodiment, the second fixing member 13 is provided separately from the bladder wall 101, and the water hose 11 is fixed to the bladder wall 101 by being fixed to the first fixing member 12. In other embodiments, the second fixing member 13 may be integrally formed with the bladder wall 101 or fixed to the bladder wall 101 in an assembling manner.
The fixing device may further include a sealing member 14, and the sealing member 14 may be sleeved to the first fixing member 12. The sealing member 14 is at least partially located between the first fixing member 12 and the liner wall 101, so that the fixing means is in sealing connection with the liner wall 101 of the liner 10 to prevent water in the processing chamber 100 from flowing out through the perforation 103. The seal 14 is located outside the inner container 10. In other embodiments, the sealing member 14 may be wrapped around the periphery of the first fixing member 12 and assembled into the through hole 103, or the sealing member 14 may be integrally formed with the first fixing member 12, or a sealant may be used instead of the sealing member 14, as long as it can seal and prevent water.
