step three: after the hot-melt paint is solidified, the first driving motors 102 are started, the two first driving motors 102 operate to drive the two driving rollers 120 to rotate through the six second chain wheels 119, so that the conveying belt 400 in the first spraying mechanism 100 is driven to rotate, and the wooden plates 19 sprayed on the upper surface are conveyed to the turnover mechanism 300;
step four: the method comprises the following steps that the wood board 19 sprayed on the upper surface enters a turnover mechanism 300, an air cylinder 304 is started, the air cylinder 304 pushes a moving plate 306 to move along a guide column 307, the wood board 19 sprayed on the upper surface is clamped by clamping plates 308 which are close to each other, a first transmission motor 302 is started, the first transmission motor 302 runs to drive a turnover frame 305 to turn over through a belt pulley 303, the non-spraying surface of the wood board 19 sprayed on the upper surface is driven to face upwards, the air cylinder 304 contracts, the two clamping plates 308 are far away, the wood board 19 sprayed on the upper surface falls onto a conveying wheel 312, a second transmission motor 310 is started, the second transmission motor 310 runs to drive a linkage shaft 311 and the conveying wheel 312 to rotate through a gear 309, and the wood board 19 sprayed on the upper surface is conveyed forwards to a conveying belt 400 of a second spraying mechanism 200;
step five: the second spraying mechanism 200 is the same as the first spraying mechanism 100 in working process, and sprays the hot-melt paint on the surface, which is not sprayed, of the wood board 19, and the hot-melt paint on the surface, which is not sprayed, of the wood board 19, which is sprayed on the upper surface, is rapidly cooled and solidified by the air inducing fan in the other ventilation opening 2;
step six: after the hot-melt paint is solidified, a sprayed plate is obtained, and the sprayed plate is output from the discharge hole of the spraying box 1 by the conveyer belt 400 of the second spraying mechanism 200.
