The invention aims to provide an egg tart skin pressing device which does not need manual dough pressing. Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
Example 1
An egg tart skin pressing device is shown in figures 1-3 and comprises supporting legs 1, a workbench 2, a support 3, a driving assembly 4, an upper die assembly 5 and a lower die assembly 6, wherein the supporting legs 1 are connected to the front side and the rear side of the workbench 2, the support 3 is connected to the top of the workbench 2, the driving assembly 4 is installed on the support 3, the upper die assembly 5 is installed on the driving assembly 4, and the lower die assembly 6 is installed at the top of the workbench 2 on the inner side of the support 3.

When small dough is pressed into egg tart skin, the small dough is manually put into the tinfoil egg tart film 100, then the tinfoil egg tart film 100 is put on the forming female die 62, then the speed reducing motor 42 is started to rotate the disc 43, and the disc 43 rotates to enable the connecting plate 45 to move downwards and upwards in a reciprocating mode through the clamping column 44. The connecting plate 45 reciprocates downwards and upwards to drive the sliding block 46 to reciprocate downwards and upwards, the sliding block 46 reciprocates downwards and upwards to drive the upper die mounting seat 47 to reciprocate downwards and upwards, the upper die mounting seat 47 reciprocates downwards and upwards to drive the upper die base 51 to reciprocate downwards and upwards, and the upper die base 51 reciprocates downwards and upwards to drive the forming male die 52 to reciprocate downwards and upwards. On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the lifting device 7 further comprises a lifting assembly 7, the lifting assembly 7 comprises a connecting rod 71, a first guide post 72, a limiting block 73, a supporting plate 74, a second guide post 75, a lifting plate 76, a return spring 77 and a fixing rod 78, the supporting plate 74 is connected to the tops of the working tables 2 at the front and rear sides of the lower die base 61, the two second guide posts 75 are connected to the tops of the supporting plate 74, the two second guide posts 75 are bilaterally symmetrical, the lifting plate 76 is slidably connected between the two second guide posts 75, the fixing rod 78 is connected between the top ends of the two second guide posts 75, the two return springs 77 are connected between the bottom of the fixing rod 78 and the top of the lifting plate 76, the two return springs 77 are bilaterally symmetrical, the connecting rod 71 is connected to the front and rear sides of the upper die base 51, the first, the bottom end of the first guide post 72 is connected with a limit block 73, and the top of the limit block 73 is contacted with the bottom of the lifting plate 76.
A collecting barrel is arranged at the lower right part of the workbench 2, the upper die base 51 reciprocates downwards and upwards to drive the connecting rod 71 to reciprocate downwards and upwards, and the connecting rod 71 reciprocates downwards and upwards to enable the limiting block 73 to reciprocate downwards and upwards through the first guide post 72. The limiting block 73 moves upwards to pull the lifting plate 76 to move upwards, the return spring 77 is compressed, the lifting plate 76 moves upwards to pull the tinfoil egg tart film 100 to move upwards, and therefore the tinfoil egg tart film 100 can be taken out of the forming female die 62, and the tinfoil egg tart film 100 does not need to be manually taken out of the forming female die 62. Then another tinfoil egg tart film 100 with small dough is taken again, and another tinfoil egg tart film 100 with small dough is pushed to the right, so that the tinfoil egg tart film 100 on the lifting plate 76 moves to the right and slides into the collecting barrel, and another tinfoil egg tart film 100 with small dough moves to the lifting plate 76. When the limiting block 73 moves downwards, the lifting plate 76 can move downwards to be reset under the action of the reset spring 77, so that the tinfoil egg tart film 100 on the lifting plate 76 can enter the forming female die 62.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 1, the device further comprises a slide rail 8, the lower part of the right side of the bracket 3 is connected with two slide rails 8, and the two slide rails 8 are symmetrical front and back.
The sliding rail 8 plays a guiding role, so that the tinfoil egg tart film 100 can smoothly move rightwards and slide into the collecting barrel, and the offset of the tinfoil egg tart film 100 when moving rightwards can be prevented.

the lower die base (61) is connected to one side, close to the support (3), of the end part of the workbench (2);
