一种通信控制电源,其在交流供电输入端和交流/直流电源输出端之间设通信控制模块;该通信控制模块含电压/电流检测单元和信号处理及驱动单元;所述电压/电流检测单元对交流供电输入端的电压/电流进行监测并将监测结果发送信号处理及驱动单元;信号处理及驱动单元的控制信号输出端与同一/不同用电负载的相应电气功能输入控制端相连接;所述信号处理及驱动单元配置通信控制协议,通过识别若干个时间周期内的小幅电压/电流跳变状态并结合预设规则向控制信号输出端发送相应控制信号,进而可在较短时间内实现对多设备的群控制及多档、多功能、精细控制。该通信控制电源建设及运营成本低、工作可靠,适宜在众多控制领域推广使用。
