Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
The method for playing the program provided by the embodiment of the application is applied to intelligent terminals, such as intelligent televisions, intelligent boxes and the like; taking an intelligent AI (Artificial Intelligence) television as an example, for the AI television, content of a television station on a new medium is arranged, distributed and presented to be redefined end to end, and an AIEPG (Artificial Intelligence television Program Guide) is taken as a central axis to run through the whole process. The technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present application is based on AIEPG, and for easy understanding, the AIEPG is briefly introduced below. Wherein, the program may be: programs in various program forms such as television dramas, movies, and art programs.
In the platform of the AIEPG, the platform comprises three parts: an editing side, a distribution side and a presentation side. Wherein, the editing side: the channel is edited with the stock content of the channel quality products and is prepared to be live broadcast and imported into AIEPG for editing and priority arrangement, and an intelligent film library which has editing and broadcasting rules and transverse penetration is produced. The editing side is usually an operation platform, such as: and (4) an operation platform of a central viewing channel. A distributing side: the new media distribution is performed using three networks (mobile, telecom and Unicom) and their platforms of the Douglas molecular corporation. The distribution side is also typically an operational platform, such as: the operation platform of the central viewing channel distributes the programs to the presentation side after finishing the arrangement of the programs. A presenting side: and at the terminal for playing the program, all channel columns are displayed by AI waterfall flow, and the AIEPG is transferred by an AI terminal algorithm module to play the program. The presentation side is a terminal of the intelligent film library that receives new media distribution, such as: provided is a smart television. And at the intelligent television terminal, after the intelligent film library is stored, playing according to the set playing logic. The program playing method provided by the embodiment of the application is an AIEPG-based program playing logic and is applied to an intelligent terminal (presentation side).
Based on the application scenario, referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for playing a program according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the method includes:
step 101: and when a program playing request initiated by a user is received, acquiring a preset dark line program list. The dark line program list comprises live programs and non-live programs, the live programs correspond to different live time, and the non-live programs comprise on-demand programs and review programs.
Step 102: and judging whether the live program matched with the current time exists according to the current time and different live time corresponding to the live program.
Step 103: and if the live program matched with the current time exists, determining the program to be played currently according to the live program matched with the current time.
Step 104: and if no live program matched with the current time exists, determining the program to be played currently from the non-live programs.
Step 105: and playing the program to be played currently.
In the embodiment of the application, whether a matched live program exists or not is judged according to the current time through a preset dark line program list, if the matched live program exists, the matched live program is the program to be played currently, and if the matched live program does not exist, the non-live program is considered, and the program to be played currently is determined from the non-live program. Compared with the prior art, the playing mode of actively determining and playing the current program to be played is adopted, the user does not need to manually select the played program, the flexibility of playing the program is improved, and the more intelligent program playing effect is realized.
The detailed implementation flow of steps 101 to 105 will be described next.
In step 101, for a program playing request initiated by a user, assuming that an intelligent terminal is an intelligent television, it can be understood that the program playing request initiated when the user just turns on the television has not been selected or switched yet; or a program play request that the user has turned on the television for a period of time, but does not know what programs to watch, and wishes to be initiated by the television to play the appropriate program for it. For the first case, after the television is turned on, the television can provide two selectable modes, one is a free viewing mode, and the other is an intelligent viewing mode, wherein the free viewing mode can be understood as a program which a user wants to watch, and does not need to be intelligently played by the television; the intelligent viewing mode is a mode corresponding to the program playing method provided by the embodiment of the application, that is, programs are intelligently recommended and played for the user. Correspondingly, when the user selects the smart viewing mode on the home page after turning on the television, the smart television terminal receives a program playing request initiated by the user. For the second case, during the playing process, the user may also return to the top page or select the smart viewing mode on the current page, so that when receiving the selection of the smart viewing mode by the user, the user-initiated program playing request is received on behalf of the smart tv terminal.
It should be noted that, in any case, as for the mode selection mode, the user can select on the interface displayed by the television through the control panel (remote control panel) of the television; the method can also be realized by initiating a voice instruction, common smart televisions have a voice interaction function, and when a user says a command like 'start smart play' or 'smart watch mode', the smart television can analyze the command according to the voice instruction of the user and then determine that the voice instruction is a program play request initiated by the user.
If the intelligent terminal is other intelligent terminal, a fixed watching mode can be adopted, namely, the intelligent watching mode is fixedly adopted, and at the moment, after the user starts the intelligent terminal, the user defaults to receive a program playing request initiated by the user.
Further, after receiving a program playing request initiated by a user, a preset dark line program list is obtained, and the dark line program list can be understood as a basis for intelligently playing programs for the user. In the dark line program list, live programs and non-live programs are included; non-live programs include on-demand programs and review programs.
As an optional implementation, the method further comprises: and updating the preset dark line program list once every preset period.
In this embodiment, it is understood that the dark line program list is not fixed, but is updated every predetermined period. And updating the dark line program list once every preset time by the operation platform, and then distributing the updated dark line program list to the television. The preset period may be one day or one week, and in practical applications, a one-day update mode is usually adopted. Such as: when the program is played today, the adopted dark line program is the dark line program which is distributed after the yesterday operation platform is updated. For the operation platform, when the dark line program list is updated, live programs and non-live programs in the dark line program list can be updated according to live programs in the next day and programs in the intelligent film library.
Further, for live programs in the closed line program list, only key live programs of each channel may be included instead of all live programs, such as: in each live program of the central viewing, only the programs which are important such as news simulcast, focus interview and the like are listed in the dark line program list. Of course, since the live program of each channel has a fixed playing time, the live time corresponding to each live program is also included in the dark line program list, for example, the live time of news simulcast is 19:00 a day. For non-live programs in the dark line program list, the method may include: a program set recommended by the radio and television channel and associated with the radio and television channel (such as a television show played by the radio and television channel); the hot programs recommended by the big data (such as popular movies, popular heddles and the like) do not comprise programs needing to be paid for; the user is provided with programs that like or favorite tags, such as: after the user watches a certain program, if the user feels good, the user can set a favorite tag.
It will be appreciated that the dark line program is invisible to the user (and is not presented to the user), and is equivalent to a background database.
Further, after the dark line program list is obtained, step 102 is executed to determine whether there is a live program matching the current time according to the current time and different live time corresponding to the live program.
There are several different embodiments for step 102, in combination with the different location where the user initiates the program play request. The first embodiment: if the user initiates a program playing request and is located in the top page or the non-channel page (i.e., there is no channel information currently), in step 102, whether there is a matching live program is found according to the live time corresponding to the live program of each channel in the dark line program list and the current time, that is, the live program of all channels is searched regardless of the channel. In the second embodiment, if the user initiates a program playing request and is located in a certain channel (for example, CCTV-1, that is, there is channel information currently), in step 102, it is found whether there is a matching live program according to the time corresponding to the live program of the current channel in the dark-line program list and the current time, that is, only the live program of the channel where the user is currently located is searched. Third embodiment: if the user initiates a program playing request and is located in a certain channel (for example, CCTV-1, that is, there is channel information currently), in step 102, it may also be possible to search whether there is a matching live program according to the live time and current time corresponding to the live program of each channel in the dark line program list, that is, whether the channel is not considered, and perform a search on the live programs of all channels.
For the three embodiments, in practical application, which embodiment is adopted may be selected according to the number of live programs in the dark line program list, for example: if only the important live programs of each channel exist in the closed-line program list, and the number of the live programs at the time is correspondingly small, the first and third implementation modes can be adopted, namely, whether channel information exists or not, search is carried out in all the live programs of the closed-line program list. For another example: if the dark line program list is not the key live program but all live programs of each channel, and the number of the live programs is relatively large, the first and second implementation modes can be adopted, namely when channel information exists, only the live programs of the current channel are searched; and when no channel information exists, searching all live programs of the dark line program list.
Further, for the live program matched with the current time, the current time and the live time can be used for judgment, namely, as long as the current time is matched with the live time, the live program can be considered to be matched with the current time. For this matching relationship, as an optional implementation: the live time is typically a time range including a start time and an end time, and if the current time falls within the time range, it can be determined that the current time matches the live time. For ease of understanding, the live time of a news simulcast is, for example: 19:00-19:30 per day, then: if the current time is 19:01, 19:20, and the like, the time within the live time period can be determined to match the current time with the live time. If the current time is 19:35, etc. that is not within the live time period, it may be determined that the current time does not match the live time. In addition, for each live program, advertisements are usually set between live programs, and when the operation platform carries out programming, the time of the advertisements is included in each live program, for example, a focus interview after news linkage, the actual start of the advertisements is 19:35, but the advertisement time from 19:31 to 19:34 is also included in the live program time period of the focus interview, and if the current time is 19:33, the live program matched with the current time includes the focus interview.
Further, after the step 102, step 103 is executed, and if there is a live program matching the current time, the program to be currently played is determined according to the live program matching the current time. It is to be understood that if the live programs of all channels are searched in step 102, there may be a plurality of finally searched live programs matching the current time, and therefore, in step 103, if there are a plurality of live programs matching the current time, the program to be currently played is determined from the plurality of live programs. If only one live program matched with the current time exists, the live program is the program to be played currently.
There may be various embodiments for determining a program to be currently played from a plurality of live programs. Such as: the plurality of live programs matched with the current time can be formed into a list and then displayed, and the live program selected from the list by the user is determined as the program to be played currently. For another example: and randomly selecting one live program from a plurality of live programs matched with the current time as a program to be played currently. For another example: acquiring a program playing record of a user, selecting a live program with a playing record (representing that the user has watched the program once and therefore the live program is more suitable for being used as the program to be played currently) from a plurality of live programs matched with the current time as the program to be played currently, and selecting the live program with the largest playing record number (representing that the user has watched the program for a plurality of times at different times) from the plurality of live programs with the playing record as the program to be played currently if the number of the live programs with the playing record is large. For another example: if there is channel information at present, but the live program matched with the current time belongs to each channel (including the live program of the current channel), then the live program of the current channel can be used as the program to be played at present, so as to reduce the switching of the channels and improve the efficiency of playing the program. In practical applications, other more flexible embodiments may also be adopted, and are not described in the embodiments of the present application.
Further, in step 103, if there is no live program matching the current time, the program to be currently played is determined from the non-live programs. As an alternative embodiment, the steps include: judging whether a non-live program with a playing record exists in the non-live program; if the non-live program with the play record exists in the non-live program, determining the program to be played currently according to the play record corresponding to the non-live program with the play record.
In this embodiment, non-live programs with play records are first screened from the non-live programs (representing that the user has watched the non-live programs, and therefore, the non-live programs are more suitable for being used as programs to be played currently); then, according to the screened non-live program with the play record, determining a program to be played currently, such as: and randomly selecting one non-live program from the screened non-live programs with the playing records as a program to be played currently. For another example: and selecting the non-live program with the maximum playing record number (representing that the user has watched the program for multiple times at different times) from the screened non-live programs with the playing records as the program to be played currently. For another example: and if the channel information exists at present, selecting the non-live program associated with the current channel from the screened non-live programs with the playing records as the program to be played at present.
In addition, the non-live program comprises an on-demand program and a review program, when the non-live program is selected, the on-demand program can be searched, and if the corresponding program is not searched in the on-demand program, the review program can be searched until the corresponding program is searched. Of course, it is also possible to search for the review program first, and then search for the on-demand program until the corresponding program is found if the corresponding program is not found in the review program. That is, the last determined program to be played currently may be an on-demand program or a review program.
In the embodiment of the application, when the program to be played currently is determined from the non-live programs, the program can be selected from the non-live programs with the playing records, so that the flexibility of playing the program is improved, and a more intelligent playing effect is realized.
Further, if the non-live program with the playing record does not exist in the non-live programs, determining the program to be played currently according to the preset playing sequence of the non-live program in the dark line program list. In this embodiment, if there is no on-demand program with play record, the non-live program has a corresponding play order (including the respective play orders of the on-demand program and the review program, and the play orders of the on-demand program and the review program) set in the dark-line program list, and the non-live program with the first play order can be selected as the program to be currently played.
In the embodiment of the application, if the non-live program with the play record does not exist, the program to be played currently can be selected according to the play sequence of the non-live program in the closed-line program list, so that the user can see the program, the play stability of the program is improved, and a more intelligent play effect is realized.
Further, after determining the program to be currently played, step 105 is executed to play the program to be currently played. No matter whether the program to be played currently is a live program or a non-live program, the same playing mode may be adopted, and as an optional implementation, step 105 includes: judging whether a program to be played currently has a play record; if the program to be played currently has a play record, continuing playing the program to be played currently according to the play record; and if the program to be played currently is not recorded, starting to play the program to be played currently from the beginning.
In this embodiment, if there is a play record in the program to be currently played, the program to be currently played may be played back directly according to the play record, for example: the program to be played currently is a non-live program, the non-live program is a synthesis program, and the synthesis program is played from the position of the half time point when the position of the half time point is reached in the playing record of the non-live program. For another example: the program to be played currently is a live program, the live program is a television series, since a user may watch a part of the program but does not watch the program when opening the television before, when the user opens the television again, the television series is still played, and then the television series can be played from the part watched by the user last time. In addition, if there are multiple play records in the program to be played currently, during continuous play, according to the play footprint of each play record, the play record with the most previous play footprint is selected for continuous play, such as: if one play record sees half and one play record sees three quarters, then the play continues from three quarters.
Further, if the program to be currently played has no play record, the program to be currently played may be played directly from the beginning. Such as: the program to be played at present is a news simulcast, the news simulcast is played for half of the time at present, and the news simulcast is played from the beginning because of no playing record. It should be noted that, whether the playback is started from the beginning or continued according to the playback record, the user can adjust the playback progress during the playback. For non-live programs, the progress of the whole program is complete, and the user can adjust the progress of the complete playing. For live programs, the playing schedule may not be complete (for example, the current live broadcast is not yet played), and at this time, the user-adjustable schedule may only be the already-played schedule, for example, the news simulcast is currently played to half, the remaining half is not yet played, and the user only can adjust the schedule from the beginning to half, and cannot jump to the remaining half of the not-yet-played playing schedule.
In the embodiment of the application, when a program to be played currently is played, whether a playing record exists in the program to be played currently can be judged first, if so, the program can be continuously played according to the playing record, and if not, the program is played from the beginning; and then improve the flexibility of program broadcast, realize more intelligent broadcast effect.
Further, after step 105, the program to be currently played is played, and there are two cases: the user finishes watching the program to be played currently, selects no next program, and manually selects other programs to play when the program to be played currently is not finished or is finished. In these two different cases, the playback logic performed is also different for the television side.
If the first case is the case, after step 105, the method further comprises: judging whether a live program matched with the time when the playing is finished exists or not according to the time when the playing of the current program to be played is finished and different live time corresponding to the live program; if the live program matched with the time when the playing is finished exists, determining the next program to be played according to the live program matched with the time when the playing is finished; if no live program matched with the time when the playing is finished exists, determining a next program to be played from the non-live programs; and playing a next program to be played at the time when the playing is finished.
In this embodiment, it is equivalent to determine the next program to be played according to the time point when the playing of the current program to be played is completed, and when determining the next program to be played, the same as the determined embodiment of the current program to be played, and for the sake of brevity of the description, the description is not repeated here. It can be understood that, if the user has not switched the program intelligently played by the television, the television stably and continuously determines the next program to be played through the dark line program list, and continuously plays the program.
In the embodiment of the application, the next program to be played can be actively determined according to the time when the current program to be played is played completely, so that the continuous and stable playing of the program is ensured, the flexibility of playing the program is improved, and a more intelligent playing effect is realized.
If this is the second case, after step 105, the method further comprises: receiving a manual play request initiated by a user; the manual playing request comprises a program requested to be played by a user; judging whether a program requested to be played by a user has a playing record or not; if the program requested to be played by the user has a playing record, continuing playing the program requested to be played by the user according to the playing record; and if the program requested to be played by the user has no playing record, playing the program requested to be played by the user from the beginning.
In this embodiment, after receiving a manual play request from a user, the program requested to be played by the user is selected to be resumed or played from the beginning according to whether there is a play record for the program requested to be played by the user. The embodiment of playing the program requested to be played by the user is the same as the embodiment of playing the program to be played currently in the foregoing embodiment (only the program to be played is determined to be different, but the playing mode is the same), and for the sake of brevity of the description, the description is not repeated here.
In the embodiment of the application, after the program to be played currently is played, the user can also initiate a manual playing request, and during playing, the program to be played is played according to whether a playing record exists in the program requested by the user, so that the flexibility of playing the program is improved, and a more intelligent playing effect is realized.
In addition, during playing, if the video fails to be loaded or played due to a network reason or other reasons, corresponding prompting may be performed, such as: if the playing cannot be performed, the following steps can be prompted: "video broadcast fails, please retry later", and show [ retry ], [ return ], etc. options, if the user chooses [ retry ],; if the user selects [ Return ], the last page is returned.
In addition, in this embodiment of the present application, in the playing process, a program list may also be displayed to the user, where the displayed program list is different from a list in a dark line program list, as an example, please refer to fig. 2, which is an exemplary diagram of a program list display interface provided in this embodiment of the present application, in the playing process, the user may call the program list at any time to select and play a program, and in fig. 2, the display elements include: primary listing: channel name, channel play identification (representing which channel is being played). Secondary listing: the program set name corresponding to the first-level channel, the live broadcast identifier of the program set and the playing identifier. The interaction logic may include (for example, remote control): and (3) default display: and the first-level list can be called out in the first-level and second-level lists according to the right, and the second-level and third-level lists can be folded in the second-level and third-level lists according to the left. Defaulting to coke falling: and (4) playing the program set to which the program belongs, and positioning the focus to display the focus in the screen. Supporting coke falling: channel, program set, program. The user does not operate for 5 s/press [ return ] hide. And switching channels and loading corresponding secondary list data. Pressing the right key of the remote controller on the first-level channel list to focus on the first channel in the second-level list. And clicking the program set of the secondary list, and if no program is played, recorded and played for the first program of the tertiary list, continuing playing the recorded program from the recorded program. And clicking the review program in the third-level list to play the corresponding program. And supporting up and down key channel switching. And clicking the primary list, directly switching channels, and playing the program being played of the current channel.
The primary list shown in fig. 2 is composed of a central viewing channel, and may be configured and issued by an operation platform; the secondary list can also be configured by the operation platform to configure the program set, sort and configure and issue; the third-level list is the current program plus the live program, and the live program is in front.
