A modem convenient to disassemble and assemble comprises a main body (1), a mounting seat (2), a chip (3), a cover plate (4), two fixed blocks and two connecting plates (5), wherein an opening is formed in the upper part of the main body (1), the cover plate (4) is arranged above the main body (1) in a covering mode, two sides of the lower part of the cover plate (4) are fixedly connected with the two connecting plates (5) respectively, the connecting plates (5) are abutted against the main body (1), two sides of the lower part of the mounting seat (2) are fixed at the bottom in the main body (1) through the two fixed blocks respectively, a notch is formed in the upper part of the mounting seat (2), the chip (3) is abutted against the bottom in the notch, a PLC is arranged in the main body (1), and the modem is characterized by further comprising a fixing mechanism and two disassembling and assembling mechanisms, wherein the fixing mechanism is arranged at the bottom in, the two disassembling and assembling mechanisms are respectively arranged on two sides in the main body (1), the disassembling and assembling mechanisms correspond to the connecting plates (5) one by one, and the disassembling and assembling mechanisms are connected with the fixing mechanism;
the fixing mechanism comprises an air bag (6), a lifting assembly and two power assemblies, the two power assemblies are respectively arranged on two sides of the mounting seat (2), the power assemblies correspond to the dismounting mechanism one by one, the power assemblies are connected with the dismounting mechanism, the air bag (6) is in a shape of a square-back, the periphery of the air bag (6) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the notch, the inner side of the air bag (6) abuts against the chip (3), the power assemblies are connected with the air bag (6), the power assemblies are connected with the lifting assembly, and the lifting assembly is arranged below the mounting seat (2);
the power assembly comprises a fixing box (10), a piston (11) and a power unit, the fixing box (10) is fixed at the bottom in the main body (1), the piston (11) is arranged in the fixing box (10), the piston (11) is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the fixing box (10), the power unit is arranged above the fixing box (10), the fixing box (10) is connected with the air bag (6) through the power unit, small holes are formed in the lower portions of two sides of the fixing box (10), the lower portion of the piston (11) is connected with the lifting assembly, and the lower portion of the piston (11) is connected with the dismounting mechanism;
the dismouting mechanism includes dead lever (28), movable plate (26), drive assembly and two first springs (27), the both sides of main part (1) all are equipped with the perforation, perforation and dead lever (28) one-to-one, one side that is close to main part (1) of connecting plate (5) is equipped with the breach, the breach is just to setting up with the perforation, the one end setting of dead lever (28) is in the inside of breach, the one end and the breach of dead lever (28) match, the other end of dead lever (28) passes the perforation setting in the inside of main part (1), dead lever (28) match with the perforation, the other end of dead lever (28) and one side fixed connection of movable plate (26), drive assembly is connected with the opposite side of movable plate (26), drive assembly is connected with the below of piston (11), and the both ends of two first springs (27) set up the both ends in one side of movable plate (26) respectively, two ends of the first spring (27) are respectively connected with the inner wall of the main body (1) and the moving plate (26), and the first spring (27) is in a compressed state.
