The embodiment is mainly exemplified by that the method is applied to the terminal 110 (or the server 120) in fig. 1, and the method for preventing addiction by application specifically includes the following steps:
step S210, detecting an online duration of the current application of the terminal.
In this embodiment, the program package name of the current task stack in the terminal is usually monitored, and the online time of the program is determined according to the program package name, where the program on the top of the general task stack is the currently used program, that is, the current application. The online duration of an application may be the cumulative duration of a single use of the application or the cumulative duration of multiple uses of the application. The single use duration is not limited to the use duration of the same day. When the accumulated time length is used for multiple times, the accumulated time length generally refers to the accumulated time length of the same day, or the accumulated time length of a specific time period of the same day, for example, the accumulated time length from 8 o 'clock to 12 o' clock at night, and a specific setting user can customize the time length.
Step S220, obtaining the preset online duration of the current application from the system configuration file of the terminal.
In this embodiment, the system configuration file is a configuration file preset by a user in a terminal system, and the system configuration file specifically includes a restricted application list, where the restricted application list includes parameters for restricting each application, the parameters include a preset online time corresponding to each application, a preset restricted time corresponding to each application, and the like, and the restricted application list is self-defined by the user according to the application restriction condition of the user, that is, the user can add an application whose use time is to be restricted to the restricted application list, and preset online time corresponding to each application is preset, where the preset online time is the longest time allowed to use each application.
The limitation authority and the limitation duration of the application are set in the system of the terminal, so that the limitation of the use duration only for users logging in the account after the limitation of the use duration is avoided.
