As shown in fig. 2, the rear side plate 1 is fixedly provided with a first limit pin 15, a second limit pin 16, a third limit pin 17, a fourth limit pin 18, a fifth limit pin 19, and a sixth limit pin 20, and each limit pin is arranged around the switching-on/off single shaft 2. The first limiting pin 15, the second limiting pin 16, the fifth limiting pin 19 and the sixth limiting pin 20 are not located on the moving path of the opening and closing stop arm 7 and the closing stop arm 8, the third limiting pin 17 and the fourth limiting pin 18 are located on the moving path of the opening and closing stop arm 7 and the closing stop arm 8, the third limiting pin 17 is used for limiting the opening and closing stop arm 7 at the opening and closing position of the isolation blade, and the fourth limiting pin 18 is used for limiting the closing stop arm 8 at the closing position of the circuit breaker.
In the embodiment, a circuit breaker indicating shaft 4 is rotatably assembled on the left side of the rear side plate 1, and a circuit breaker indicating shaft connecting lever 6 is rotatably assembled on the circuit breaker indicating shaft 4; a circuit breaker side limiting swing arm 9 is hinged to the upper portion of the circuit breaker indicating shaft 4 on the rear side plate 1 through a first hinge shaft 26, the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm 9 is of a lever structure, a first lug plate 28 and a second lug plate 29 are arranged on the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm 9, the first lug plate 28 and the second lug plate 29 are respectively located on two sides, located on the first hinge shaft 26, of the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm 9, a first tension spring 11 is arranged between the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm 9 and the circuit breaker indicating shaft connecting lever 6, the first tension spring 11 forms a circuit breaker side elastic driving piece, one end of the first tension spring 11 is connected to the first lug plate 28, and the other end of the first tension spring 11 is connected to the circuit breaker indicating shaft connecting lever 6; a second tension spring 12 is arranged between the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm 9 and the rear side plate 1, the second tension spring 12 forms an elastic reset piece, a first hanging lug 21 is arranged on the rear side plate 1, one end of the second tension spring 12 is connected to the second lug plate 29, and the other end of the second tension spring is connected to the first hanging lug 21. Wherein, the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm 9 rotates the in-process around first articulated shaft 26, and the right-hand member of circuit breaker side limiting swing arm 9 is spacing between first spacer pin 15 and second spacer pin 16, and wherein, first spacer pin 15 forms the separating brake swing limit of circuit breaker side limiting swing arm 9, and second spacer pin 16 forms the closing brake swing limit of circuit breaker side limiting swing arm 9. It should be noted that the elastic force of the second tension spring 12 is equal to or slightly greater than the elastic force of the first tension spring 11 so that the breaker-side limit swing arm 9 is maintained in the horizontal position when the breaker indicating shaft crank arm 6 is in the on position, and the first hanging lug 21 is above the breaker indicating shaft crank arm 6.
In the embodiment, an isolation knife indicating shaft 3 is rotatably assembled on the right side of the rear side plate 1, and an isolation knife indicating shaft connecting lever 5 is rotatably assembled on the isolation knife indicating shaft 3; an isolation knife side limiting swing arm 10 is hinged to the upper portion of the isolation knife indicating shaft 3 on the rear side plate 1 through a second hinge shaft 27, the isolation knife side limiting swing arm 10 is of a lever structure, a third lug plate 30 and a fourth lug plate 31 are arranged on the isolation knife side limiting swing arm 10, the third lug plate 30 and the fourth lug plate 31 are respectively located on two sides, located on the second hinge shaft 27, of the isolation knife side limiting swing arm 10, a third tension spring 13 is arranged between the isolation knife side limiting swing arm 10 and the isolation knife indicating shaft connecting lever 5, the third tension spring 13 forms an isolation knife side elastic driving piece, one end of the third tension spring 13 is connected to the third lug plate 30, and the other end of the third tension spring is connected to the isolation knife indicating shaft connecting lever 5; a fourth tension spring 14 is arranged between the spacing swing arm 10 on the isolating cutter side and the rear side plate 1, the fourth tension spring 14 forms an elastic reset piece, a second lug 22 is further arranged on the rear side plate 1, one end of the fourth tension spring 14 is connected to the fourth lug plate 31, and the other end of the fourth tension spring is connected to the second lug 22. In the process that the isolation blade side limiting swing arm 10 rotates around the second hinge shaft 27, the right end of the isolation blade side limiting swing arm 10 is limited between the fifth limiting pin 19 and the sixth limiting pin 20, wherein the fifth limiting pin 19 forms the switching-off swing limit of the isolation blade side limiting swing arm 10, and the sixth limiting pin 20 forms the switching-on swing limit of the isolation blade side limiting swing arm 10. It should be noted that the elastic force of the fourth tension spring 14 is equal to or slightly greater than that of the third tension spring 13, so that the isolating blade side limiting swing arm 10 is kept in a horizontal position when the isolating blade indicating shaft crank arm 5 is in the switch-off position, and the second hanging lug 22 is positioned above the isolating blade indicating shaft crank arm 5.
In this embodiment, the third limit pin 17 forms one of the swing limits of the swing stroke of the switching single shaft 2, and the fourth limit pin 18 forms the other swing limit of the swing stroke of the switching single shaft 2.
It should be noted that the breaker side limit swing arm 9, the isolation knife side limit swing arm 10, the breaker indicating shaft connecting lever 6, the isolation knife indicating shaft connecting lever 5, the opening stop arm 7 and the closing stop arm 8 are all arranged between the front side plate 25 and the rear side plate 1.
According to the invention, the breaker rotates 30 degrees anticlockwise on the switching-off single shaft 2 for switching-off and rotates 90 degrees clockwise for switching-on, and the isolation knife rotates 90 degrees anticlockwise on the switching-off single shaft 2 for switching-on and rotates 30 degrees clockwise for switching-on. Wherein, the opening and closing single shaft 2 can be self-reset.
When the breaker and the isolation knife are switched on and off, the limiting process of the limiting device in the embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 2, in the initial state, the circuit breaker is closed and the isolation blade is closed, the circuit breaker side limit swing arm 9 is located on the moving path of the opening stop arm 7, and the isolation blade side limit swing arm 10 is not located on the moving path of the closing stop arm 8. The opening and closing single shaft 2 rotates anticlockwise by 30 degrees, as shown in fig. 3, the circuit breaker is opened, the circuit breaker indicating shaft connecting lever 6 is in the opening position and pulls the first tension spring 11, the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm 9 tends to rotate anticlockwise around the first hinge shaft 26, and the opening and closing single shaft 2 can only reset because the opening and closing stopping arm 7 is limited by the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm 9; as shown in fig. 4, before the switching-off and switching-on single shaft 2 is reset, the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm 9 is separated from the switching-off and stopping arm 7 and rotates counterclockwise around the first hinge shaft 26 under the pulling force of the first tension spring 11, the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm 9 is separated from the second limiting pin 16 and then stopped by the first limiting pin 15, the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm 9 is not located on the movement path of the switching-off and stopping arm 7, and at this time, the circuit breaker is in a switching-off state, and the isolating switch is in a switching-on state. If, when initial state, the switching-on and switching-off unipolar 2 clockwise rotates under operating handle's drive, only can drive the circuit breaker and close a floodgate, nevertheless because the circuit breaker has and prevents to close a floodgate interlock again after closing, so the circuit breaker can not close a floodgate again, and then switching-on and switching-off unipolar 2 resets, can not change the state of circuit breaker and isolation sword.
When the breaker is in opening state, the isolating knife is in closing state, and the opening and closing single shaft 2 is in reset state, as shown in fig. 6, the opening and closing single shaft 2 rotates anticlockwise for 30 degrees firstly, and the breaker is opened, so the breaker can not be opened again; at this time, the breaker-side limit swing arm 9 is not located on the moving path of the opening stop arm 7, so that the opening and closing single shaft 2 can continue to rotate counterclockwise to 90 °, at this time, the isolation knife is opened, the isolation knife-side limit swing arm 10 is located in the horizontal position under the combined action of the third tension spring 13 and the fourth tension spring 14, and the isolation knife-side limit swing arm 10 is located on the moving path of the closing stop arm 8. Then, as shown in fig. 7, the switching single shaft 2 is reset, and both the breaker and the disconnecting switch are in the open state. If the breaker is in the opening state, the isolation knife is in the closing state, and the opening and closing single shaft 2 is in the reset state, the opening and closing single shaft 2 rotates clockwise by 30 degrees firstly, as shown in fig. 5, the isolation knife has the interlocking for preventing the closing and then closing again, so the isolation knife cannot be closed again; because the isolating knife side limiting swing arm 10 is not positioned on the movement path of the closing stopping arm 8, the switching single shaft 2 can continuously rotate clockwise to 90 degrees, at the moment, the circuit breaker is closed, the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm 9 returns to the horizontal position again under the combined action of the first tension spring 11 and the second tension spring 12, and then the switching single shaft 2 resets, and the circuit breaker and the isolating knife are restored to the initial state.
When the breaker and the isolation knife are both in opening and closing, and the opening and closing single shaft 2 is in a reset state, the opening and closing single shaft 2 rotates clockwise, as shown in fig. 8, because the isolation knife side limiting swing arm 10 is positioned on a moving path of the closing stop arm 8, the opening and closing single shaft 2 can only rotate clockwise by 30 degrees; after the switching-on and switching-off single shaft 2 rotates clockwise by 30 degrees, the isolation knife is switched on, the isolation knife indicating shaft connecting lever 5 is in a switching-off position and pulls the third tension spring 13, and the isolation knife side limiting swing arm 10 is stopped by the switching-on stopping arm 8 and tends to rotate clockwise around the second hinge shaft 27. Then, as shown in fig. 9, the circuit breaker is opened and the isolation knife is closed, the opening and closing single shaft 2 is reset, and the isolation knife side limit swing arm 10 rotates clockwise under the pulling force of the third tension spring 13 and is stopped by the sixth limit pin 20. If, all be in the separating brake at circuit breaker and isolation sword, divide-shut brake unipolar 2 is under the reset state, and 2 anticlockwise rotations of divide-shut brake are because isolation sword and circuit breaker all are in the separating brake state, and anticlockwise rotation 30 and 90 once more can not change the state of circuit breaker and isolation sword.
When the breaker is opened and the isolation knife is closed, and the opening and closing single shaft 2 is in a reset state, the opening and closing single shaft 2 rotates clockwise, as shown in fig. 11, the opening and closing single shaft 2 rotates clockwise 30 degrees first, and the isolation knife is already in a closing state, so that the state of the isolation knife cannot be changed; because the isolating knife side limiting swing arm 10 is not positioned on the motion route of the closing stop arm 8, the opening and closing single shaft 2 can continuously rotate clockwise to 90 degrees, at the moment, the breaker is closed, and the breaker side limiting swing arm 9 returns to the horizontal position; then, as shown in fig. 12, the breaker and the disconnecting switch are both closed, and the switching single shaft 2 is reset, thereby completing the entire switching cycle. If the switching-on and switching-off single shaft 2 rotates anticlockwise when the circuit breaker is switched off and the isolating switch is switched on and the switching-on and switching-off single shaft 2 is in a reset state, as shown in fig. 10, the switching-on and switching-off single shaft 2 rotates anticlockwise firstly by 30 degrees, and the state of the circuit breaker cannot be changed because the circuit breaker is already in a switching-off state; because the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm 9 is not positioned on the moving path line of the opening and closing stop arm 7, the opening and closing single shaft 2 can continuously rotate anticlockwise to 90 degrees, at the moment, the isolation knife is opened, the isolation knife side limiting swing arm 10 returns to the horizontal position, and then the opening and closing single shaft 2 resets.
Embodiment 2 of the opening and closing single-shaft operation limiting structure of the present invention:
the difference from the embodiment 1 is that the thickness of the rear side plate is larger, the rear side plate is provided with a groove structure, the opening stop arm, the closing stop arm, the breaker side limiting swing arm and the isolation knife side limiting swing arm are all located in the groove, and the closing swing limit and the opening swing limit are formed by groove walls of the groove. In other embodiments, the closing swing limit and the opening swing limit of the breaker side limiting swing arm and the isolation knife side limiting swing arm can be formed by integrally molded convex parts on the rear side plate.
Embodiment 3 of the opening/closing single-shaft operation limit structure of the present invention:
the difference with embodiment 1 lies in, first articulated shaft and the coaxial arrangement of circuit breaker indicating shaft, and the second articulated shaft and the coaxial arrangement of isolation sword indicating shaft all are equipped with the torsional spring on circuit breaker indicating shaft and the isolation sword indicating shaft, and epaxial torsional spring of circuit breaker indicating constitutes circuit breaker side elastic drive spare, and epaxial torsional spring of isolation sword indicating constitutes isolation sword side elastic drive spare. Taking the circuit breaker indicating shaft as an example, one end of the torsion spring is fixed on the circuit breaker indicating shaft, and the other end of the torsion spring is used for driving the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm to rotate towards the first limiting pin by the second limiting pin when the circuit breaker indicating shaft is opened.
Embodiment 4 of the opening/closing single-shaft operation limit structure of the present invention:

The embodiment of the switching equipment comprises a circuit breaker, an isolation knife and a switching-off single-shaft operation limiting structure, wherein the circuit breaker is provided with a circuit breaker operating shaft, the isolation knife is provided with an isolation knife operating shaft, and the switching-off single-shaft operation limiting structure is the same as that in any one of the specific embodiments 1-6 of the switching-off single-shaft operation limiting structure, and is not repeated herein.

the opening and closing single shaft is a self-resetting shaft, and an isolating knife switch-off position, a circuit breaker switch-off position, an initial position, an isolating knife switch-on position and a circuit breaker switch-on position are arranged from one side swing limit to the other side swing limit; the disconnecting position of the isolating knife and the switching-on position of the circuit breaker respectively correspond to the swing limits on two sides of the switching-on and switching-off single shaft;
the opening and closing single shaft is provided with an opening stopping arm and a closing stopping arm;
the opening and stopping arm is used for being matched with the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm, and when the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm is positioned at the opening swing limit, the opening and stopping arm is avoided so that the opening and closing single shaft can move to the opening and closing position of the isolation knife from the initial position; when the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm is positioned at a closing swing limit and the opening and closing single shaft moves from an initial position to an isolation knife opening position, the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm is used for being blocked on a swing path of the opening and closing blocking arm so as to limit the opening and closing single shaft at the opening and closing position of the circuit breaker;
the closing stopping arm is used for being matched with the isolating knife side limiting swing arm, and when the isolating knife side limiting swing arm is positioned at a closing swing limit, the closing stopping arm is avoided so that the opening and closing single shaft can move to a circuit breaker opening and closing position from an initial position; when the isolation knife side limiting swing arm is positioned at the opening swing limit and the opening and closing single shaft moves from the initial position to the closing position of the circuit breaker, the isolation knife side limiting swing arm is used for being blocked on a swing path of the closing blocking arm so as to limit the opening and closing single shaft at the opening and closing position of the isolation knife;
the breaker rotates 30 degrees of separating brake counterclockwise and 90 degrees of closing brake clockwise on the single opening and closing shaft, and the isolation knife rotates 90 degrees of separating brake counterclockwise and 30 degrees of closing brake clockwise on the single opening and closing shaft.
2. A single-shaft operation limiting structure for switching-on and switching-off according to claim 1, wherein the closing swing limit and the opening swing limit of the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm and the isolation knife side limiting swing arm are formed by limiting pins on a rack.

A switch-off and switch-on single-shaft operation limiting structure according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a circuit breaker indicating shaft crank arm is arranged on the circuit breaker indicating shaft, the circuit breaker side elastic driving member is an extension spring or a compression spring, and the extension spring or the compression spring is connected between the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm and the circuit breaker indicating shaft crank arm.

A switch-on/switch-off single-shaft operation limiting structure according to claim 1 or 2, wherein an isolating knife indicating shaft crank arm is arranged on the isolating knife indicating shaft, the isolating knife side elastic driving piece is an extension spring or a compression spring, and the extension spring or the compression spring is connected between the isolating knife side limiting swing arm and the isolating knife indicating shaft crank arm.
5. A single-shaft operation limiting structure for opening and closing according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the frame comprises a front side plate and a rear side plate;
the circuit breaker side limiting swing arm, the isolation knife side limiting swing arm, the brake separating blocking arm and the switch-on blocking arm are all arranged between the front side plate and the rear side plate.

the breaker rotates 30 degrees of separating brake counterclockwise and 90 degrees of closing brake clockwise on the single opening and closing shaft, and the isolation knife rotates 90 degrees of separating brake counterclockwise and 30 degrees of closing brake clockwise on the single opening and closing shaft.
