Specifically, the first water demand information is water demand information determined in different seasons according to plants in the eco-protected red line region. By obtaining the first water quantity demand information of the ecological protection red line area and judging whether the second water quantity in the ecological protection red line area meets the first water quantity demand information or not, and when the second water quantity does not meet the first water quantity demand information, first weather information within a certain time (such as one week time and the like) is obtained. a first obtaining unit 11, wherein the first obtaining unit 11 is used for obtaining a first position of an ecological protection red line area;
a second obtaining unit 12, where the second obtaining unit 12 is configured to obtain, according to the cloud service platform, first water environment data information in a first predetermined range of the first location;
the first judging unit 13 is used for judging whether the first water environment data information meets a first preset standard or not;
a third obtaining unit 14, where the third obtaining unit 14 is configured to obtain information of the ecological guarantee area within the first predetermined range when the first water environment data information does not meet a first preset standard;
a fourth obtaining unit 15, wherein the fourth obtaining unit 15 is used for obtaining the first sewage discharge information of the ecological guarantee area;
a second judging unit 16, where the second judging unit 16 is configured to judge whether the first sewage discharge information has a first influence on the first water environment data information;
a fifth obtaining unit 17, wherein the fifth obtaining unit 17 is configured to obtain the first response level information when the first sewage discharge information has the first influence degree on the first water environment data information.
Further, the obtaining of the first sewage discharge information of the ecological guarantee area in the fourth obtaining unit includes:
a sixth obtaining unit, configured to obtain breeding species information and planting species information of the ecological guarantee area;
a first determination unit configured to determine first soil discharge amount information based on the breeding category information and the planting category information;
a third judging unit configured to judge whether the first amount of sewage information exceeds a preset constraint index;

a fifth judging unit, configured to judge whether the second water amount meets the first water amount demand information;
a ninth obtaining unit for obtaining first weather information when the second water amount does not satisfy the first water amount demand information;
a fifth determining unit, configured to determine first precipitation information according to the first weather information;
a sixth judging unit, configured to judge whether the first precipitation information and the second water amount satisfy the first water amount demand information;
a sixth determining unit configured to determine third response level information when the first precipitation information and the second water amount do not satisfy the first water amount demand information;
a seventh determination unit for determining a first irrigation water usage amount based on the third response level information.

a seventh judging unit, configured to judge whether the first area change information meets a first preset condition;
a ninth determining unit configured to determine fourth response level information when the first area variation information does not meet a first preset condition.

a twelfth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first air quality of the ecological protection red line region;
the eighth judging unit is used for judging whether the first air quality meets a second preset condition or not;
a thirteenth obtaining unit, configured to obtain first pollution source information within a second predetermined range of the ecological protection red line region when the first air quality does not meet a second preset condition;
a tenth determination unit to determine fifth response level information from the first pollution source information.

EXAMPLE III
Based on the same inventive concept as the cloud service platform-based eco-friendly red line management method in the foregoing embodiment, the present invention further provides an eco-friendly red line management apparatus based on a cloud service platform, as shown in fig. 3, including a memory 304, a processor 302, and a computer program stored in the memory 304 and capable of running on the processor 302, where the processor 302, when executing the program, implements the steps of any one of the foregoing cloud service platform-based eco-friendly red line management methods.
Where in fig. 3 a bus architecture (represented by bus 300), bus 300 may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, bus 300 linking together various circuits including one or more processors, represented by processor 302, and memory, represented by memory 304. The bus 300 may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface 306 provides an interface between the bus 300 and the receiver 301 and transmitter 303. The receiver 301 and the transmitter 303 may be the same element, i.e., a transceiver, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The processor 302 is responsible for managing the bus 300 and general processing, and the memory 304 may be used for storing data used by the processor 302 in performing operations.

Based on the same inventive concept as the cloud service platform-based environmental protection ecological red line management method in the foregoing embodiments, the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the following steps: obtaining a first position of an ecological protection red line area; acquiring first water environment data information in a first preset range of the first position according to the cloud service platform; judging whether the first water environment data information meets a first preset standard or not; when the first water environment data information does not meet a first preset standard, acquiring ecological guarantee area information within the first preset range; acquiring first sewage discharge information of the ecological guarantee area; judging whether the first influence degree of the first sewage discharge information on the first water environment data information exists or not; and when the first sewage discharge information has a first influence degree on the first water environment data information, obtaining first response level information.
In a specific implementation, when the program is executed by a processor, any method step in the first embodiment may be further implemented.

according to the environment-friendly ecological red line management method and device based on the cloud service platform, a first position of an ecological protection red line area is obtained; acquiring first water environment data information in a first preset range of the first position according to the cloud service platform; judging whether the first water environment data information meets a first preset standard or not; when the first water environment data information does not meet a first preset standard, acquiring ecological guarantee area information within the first preset range; acquiring first sewage discharge information of the ecological guarantee area; judging whether the first influence degree of the first sewage discharge information on the first water environment data information exists or not; when the first sewage discharge information has a first influence degree on the first water environment data information, first response grade information is obtained, so that the technical problems that in the prior art, the integral supervision degree of an ecological protection red line area is not high, and emergency measures cannot be responded in time are solved, the ecological protection red line area is supervised in an all-round mode, the supervision efficiency and the supervision quality are improved, the ecological safety pattern is strengthened, and the technical effects of ecological environment comprehensive decision-making scientification and supervision accuracy are achieved.

Claims (9)
1. An environmental protection ecological red line management method based on a cloud service platform is characterized by comprising the following steps:
obtaining a first position of an ecological protection red line area;
acquiring first water environment data information in a first preset range of the first position according to the cloud service platform;
judging whether the first water environment data information meets a first preset standard or not;
when the first water environment data information does not meet a first preset standard, acquiring ecological guarantee area information within the first preset range;
acquiring first sewage discharge information of the ecological guarantee area;
judging whether the first influence degree of the first sewage discharge information on the first water environment data information exists or not;
and when the first sewage discharge information has a first influence degree on the first water environment data information, obtaining first response level information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the first sewage discharge information of the eco-friendly area comprises:
obtaining breeding species information and planting species information of the ecological guarantee area;
determining first sewage discharge amount information according to the breeding variety information and the planting variety information;
judging whether the first pollution discharge amount information exceeds a preset constraint index or not;
and when the first sewage discharge amount information exceeds a preset constraint index, determining first sewage discharge information according to the first sewage discharge amount information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method comprises:
obtaining second water environment data information of the ecological protection red line area, wherein the second water environment data information comprises second water quality and second water quantity of the ecological protection red line area;
setting a preset water quality grade of the ecological protection red line area;
judging whether the second water quality meets the preset water quality grade or not;
when the second water quality accords with the preset water quality grade, determining first water quality grade information of the second water quality;
and determining second response grade information according to the first water quality grade information, wherein the second response grade information is used for increasing the first water quality grade of the second water quality to a second water quality grade.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the method comprises:
obtaining first water quantity demand information of the ecological protection red line area;
judging whether the second water quantity meets the first water quantity demand information or not;
when the second water quantity does not meet the first water quantity demand information, obtaining first weather information;
determining first precipitation information according to the first weather information;
judging whether the first precipitation information and the second water quantity meet the first water quantity demand information or not;
when the first precipitation amount information and the second water amount do not meet the first water amount demand information, determining third response grade information;
determining a first amount of irrigation water based on the third response level information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method comprises:
obtaining a first area range of the ecological protection red line area in a first time period;
obtaining a second area range of the ecological protection red line area in a second time period;
comparing the first area range with the second area range, and determining first area change information;
judging whether the first area change information meets a first preset condition or not;
and when the first area change information does not meet a first preset condition, determining fourth response level information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining a first air quality of the ecological protection red line area;
judging whether the first air quality meets a second preset condition or not;
when the first air quality does not meet a second preset condition, obtaining first pollution source information in a second preset range of the ecological protection red line area;
and determining fifth response grade information according to the first pollution source information.
7. An environmental protection ecological red line management method based on a cloud service platform is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the first obtaining unit is used for obtaining a first position of an ecological protection red line area;
the second obtaining unit is used for obtaining first water environment data information in a first preset range of the first position according to the cloud service platform;
the first judgment unit is used for judging whether the first water environment data information meets a first preset standard or not;
a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain information of the ecological guarantee area within the first predetermined range when the first water environment data information does not meet a first preset standard;
a fourth obtaining unit, configured to obtain first sewage discharge information of the ecological safeguard area;
the second judging unit is used for judging whether a first influence degree exists on the first water environment data information or not by the first sewage discharge information;
a fifth obtaining unit, configured to obtain first response level information when the first sewage discharge information has a first influence degree on the first water environment data information.
8. An eco-friendly red line management device based on a cloud service platform, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the program.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
