101, a first terminal acquires a corresponding relation between a first place and a cleaning ID;
specifically, the first terminal may be a smart phone, a PAD (portable device) loaded with a mobile application, or a server. The first terminal may be used by a property manager. The first location includes the toilet number and the precise location of the toilet, such as the toilet number: M/AF15-1, the corresponding lavatory position is the south China Guanghua route SOHO2A seat F15 men lavatory 1 in Beijing city to make people more accurately find the vacant lavatory.
The user inputs the relevant information of the first place and the cleaning ID into the system in advance, and at least one cleaning ID is configured for each first place, so that the corresponding relation between the first place and the cleaning ID is established and stored. After the first terminal acquires the corresponding relation, the information is pushed to the related cleaning personnel, and the area in charge of the cleaning personnel can be known as long as the cleaning personnel logs in.
102, generating first task information by the first terminal according to the corresponding relation between the first place and the cleaning ID;
the first task information comprises a first task ID, a first task trigger condition and a first place; of course, the first task specification information can be added according to actual needs. Also, the first task specification information may specifically include a detailed location of the first task and a standard man-hour of the first task ID. The first task triggering condition comprises preset first task triggering time or a preset people flow threshold value of a first place;
specifically, before the first terminal acquires the corresponding relation between the first place and the cleaning ID, the invention also provides the setting data of the task type to distinguish different tasks.
In one particular embodiment, the first job ID is a daily routine job of cleaning, i.e., a job is performed daily (or weekly). For example: cleaning and disinfecting the whole shopping mall before opening the door to welcome guests; such as toilet equipment cleaning, consumable replacement, etc.
The first task ID specifically includes: the cleaning method comprises the following steps of cleaning tasks of a toilet public area, cleaning tasks of the interior of a toilet, cleaning tasks of a urine area and cleaning tasks of a hand washing area.
Specifically, the toilet public area cleaning task is as follows: the property manager can customize the property, such as cleaning the floor of a public area of a toilet, cleaning the window of the toilet, cleaning the garbage can of the public area of the toilet, cleaning and disinfecting the surface of equipment in the public area, and the like.
Cleaning tasks inside the toilet: the property manager can define the property, such as the integral cleaning of the interior of the toilet, the cleaning and the disinfection of the toilet seat, the cleaning and the disinfection of the small garbage can of the toilet seat and the like.
Cleaning of urine area task: the property manager can be self-defined, such as unified cleaning and disinfection of urinals, urinal replacement disinfection balls and the like.
Cleaning tasks of the hand washing area: the property manager can customize the property, such as unified cleaning and disinfection of the wash basin, cleaning of the mirror, addition and replacement of the hand sanitizer and the like.
In a specific embodiment, such as when the first task ID is a toilet bowl interior cleaning type task, the first task trigger time may be preset to trigger once every two hours, or may be preset to a specific time, such as ten am, two pm, four pm, and so on.
In another specific embodiment, such as when one task ID is also a toilet bowl interior cleaning type task, the traffic threshold for the first location may be preset to 30.
Specifically, there are various ways for collecting data of the pedestrian volume, including but not limited to: 1. according to equipment, such as a paper outlet machine, a built-in sensor (ultrasound + pyroelectric) collects the number of people in a toilet; 2. the integral human flow of the toilet is collected through an independent human flow collecting module arranged outside the device; 3. the number of users in each toilet is collected through the opening and closing state of the electronic door lock. And these equipment or electronic lock and first terminal communicate, like this, only need set up the flow of people trigger value in the first terminal can, first terminal can judge the flow of people who adopts which kind of mode collection automatically.
Further, the method may further include the first terminal receiving the device maintenance task sent by the device; the equipment maintenance task comprises an equipment ID; the first terminal generates equipment task processing information according to the corresponding relation between the equipment ID and a preset cleaning ID; the equipment task processing information comprises a cleaning ID; and the first terminal sends the equipment task processing information to a second terminal corresponding to the cleaning ID so that the second terminal can maintain the equipment according to the equipment ID.
The equipment maintenance tasks are automatically generated according to equipment detection conditions, such as battery replacement, toilet paper replacement, inductive soap dispenser replacement, toilet paper replacement, disinfection liquid replacement of the disinfection and sanitation integrated machine and the like.
103, the first terminal acquires first task release information; the first task release information comprises the current time or the flow of people at a first place;
104, the first terminal generates first task processing information according to the current time and the preset first task triggering time, or according to the pedestrian volume of the first place and the preset pedestrian volume threshold value of the first place;
the first task processing information comprises a cleaning ID, at least one first task ID and task required completion time corresponding to each first task ID.
Specifically, when the first terminal acquires the first task release information including the specific time, the first terminal compares the first task release information with the preset first task trigger time, and if the time is accurate, the first terminal generates first task processing information including the cleaning ID, the first task ID, and the task request completion time of each first task ID. When the first terminal acquires the people flow data comprising the specific location, the people flow data can be compared with the preset people flow threshold of the first location, and if the data is accurate, the first terminal can execute the same operation.
In a specific embodiment, for example, when the first task ID is a toilet internal cleaning task, the first task trigger time is preset to be triggered every two hours, when the first task release information received by the first terminal is 8 am and is the same as the preset first task trigger time, the first terminal triggers task release, the first terminal finds a cleaning ID matched with the first task release information according to the first task release information, detailed first task processing information such as a certain cleaning ID is obtained through identification and processing of the first terminal, the 6 th toilet in the fifth layer needs cleaning, the task requirement completion time of the first task ID is 50 minutes, and the standard working hour of the first task ID is 30 minutes.
In another specific embodiment, for example, when the first task ID is also a toilet internal cleaning task, the first task trigger condition is preset to be that a toilet flow threshold is 30 people, when the data received by the first terminal is equal to 30, the first task is triggered to issue, the first terminal finds a cleaning ID matched with the first task issue information according to the first task issue information, detailed first task processing information such as a cleaning ID is obtained through identification and processing of the first terminal, the fifth layer toilet seat 6 needs cleaning, the task completion time of the first task ID is 50 minutes, and the standard working hour of the first task ID is 30 minutes. In summary, when the first task trigger time and the people flow threshold of a specific place reach one of the thresholds, the first task processing information is obtained.
105, the first terminal pushes the first task processing information to a second terminal corresponding to the cleaning ID according to the cleaning ID;
specifically, the second terminal can be understood as an intelligent device terminal such as a mobile phone and a PAD.
In a specific embodiment, the first terminal generates first task processing information through a series of identification processing, and then pushes the information to the intelligent device end corresponding to each cleaning ID relevant to the task on duty according to each cleaning ID.
Because the first task is associated with the cleaning performance assessment, cleaning personnel must punch a card when going to work, so that the first terminal can conveniently push corresponding first task processing information according to the card punching information of each cleaning ID. Therefore, the first terminal generates the first task processing information, but does not push the first task processing information to the intelligent equipment terminal which requests for card reading and does not have the service ID of card reading, and the first terminal does not push the first task processing information on holidays. And after the cleaning personnel completes the first task ID, the cleaning personnel click to complete or fill the actual task completion time through the second terminal, the second terminal can send a confirmation instruction, and the confirmation instruction is fed back to the first terminal.
The first terminal counts a task completion state of the first task ID corresponding to each service ID. Specifically, when the actual completion time of the first task ID is not more than the task required completion time, determining that the task completion state of the first task ID is an on-time completion state; and when the actual completion time of the first task ID is larger than the task required completion time, determining that the task completion state of the first task ID is a timeout completion state. And then carrying out statistics, verification and calculation according to a performance assessment calculation method.
Further preferably, the first terminal receives evaluation information of the second location input by a third user; the first terminal analyzes the evaluation information of the second place to obtain an analysis result; the analysis result comprises a cleaning ID corresponding to the second place and an evaluation keyword; the first terminal compares the evaluation keyword with a preset reward and punishment grade to determine a target reward and punishment grade; and the first terminal calculates performance reward data or performance deduction data corresponding to the cleaning ID of the second place according to the target reward and punishment level.
Wherein the third user may be a user using the toilet, the second location is a location of the specific toilet used, and the user gives corresponding evaluation information after use.
Step 106, the first terminal receives a temporary task message sent by the third terminal;
specifically, the third terminal may be an intelligent terminal device such as a mobile phone and a PAD, and may be used by a property manager, a superior manager of the property manager, a cleaning company, an environmental protection unit, or a third user. In a preferred embodiment, the provisional task message includes: the task temporarily designated by the first user and received by the third terminal and the processing task reported by the second user are received by the third terminal. The temporary task is an irregular, sudden task needing temporary processing and belongs to a one-time task without repeated triggering. Wherein, the first user is a superior administrator of a property manager of a property company, a management layer of a cleaning company and the like; the second user is a property manager, a common user and the like; the third user is a normal user.
In one particular embodiment, the interim task messages are divided into two categories: the first type: the property management upper manager temporarily designates tasks, such as temporarily sterilizing a toilet. The second type: and the second user reports the processing task. For example, the second user feeds back the messy and bad toilet, heavy peculiar smell, used toilet paper, no water outlet of a faucet, a flushing fault of a toilet stool and the like through a WeChat small program.
Step 107, the first terminal processes the temporary task message to generate second task processing information;
the second task processing information comprises a cleaning ID, at least one second task ID and task requirement completion time and a task description corresponding to each second task ID; the task specification comprises second task processing information of the first category or second task processing information of the second category; the first category of second task processing information is performance-credited, and the second category of second task processing information is performance-disregarded.
Specifically, the cleaning completed tasks are related to the final performance assessment, which types of tasks are included in the final performance assessment, which types of tasks are not included in the performance assessment, and the first terminal is required to distinguish. The method comprises the steps that a first terminal extracts a temporary task message according to a preset keyword to obtain a target keyword; the first terminal compares the target keyword with a preset task type to generate second task processing information, wherein the second task processing information comprises first task processing information or second task processing information. Wherein the second task processing information of the first category includes: and the first user temporarily appoints a task and the second user reports a fault task in the processing tasks.
In a specific embodiment, the preset keywords are: sanitation, toilets, hand washing basins, disinfection, dirtiness, messiness, badness, peculiar smell, faults and the like. When the first terminal receives the temporary task message, the content of the temporary task message is compared with preset keywords to obtain dirty, messy and bad toilets, and then the dirty, messy and bad toilets are compared with the preset task types to obtain second task processing information. Specifically, the second task processing information of the first category incorporates workload and performance management for cleaning. Such as temporary disinfection of toilets, urinal flush failures, etc.
In the second task processing information of the second category, the second task processing information belongs to the work within the responsibility range of the cleaning staff, and the work is not in place, so that the workload calculation and the performance are not included. For example, the problems of dirtiness, messiness, poor smell and heavy odor of the toilet are solved by a cleaner, the property management personnel are responsible for supervising the execution result, and the property management personnel can punish the improper treatment.
And step 108, the first terminal pushes the second task processing information to a second terminal corresponding to the cleaning ID according to the cleaning ID.
Specifically, as the second task processing information of the first category is associated with the performance assessment of cleaning, the first terminal pushes the second task processing information according to the corresponding relation of the cleaning ID, the on-duty card punching condition and the task trigger place; the first terminal will only push other cleaning IDs if the relevant cleaning at the job-triggered site is busy and the job is particularly urgent.
And after the cleaning staff completes the second task ID, the cleaning staff also needs to click to complete or fill the actual task completion time through the second terminal to send a confirmation instruction, and the confirmation instruction is fed back to the first terminal. The method of referencing the first task ID by the first terminal calculates the workload and performance.
