Detailed Description
For the purposes, technical solutions and advantages of the present application, the technical solutions of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to specific embodiments of the present application and corresponding drawings. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
The following describes in detail the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method of determining a table occupancy state according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method may include:
step 101, in response to an on instruction for the occupancy mode of the current table, the occupancy mode of the current table is started.
For example, the above-mentioned on indication of the occupancy pattern for the current table may be that the current table is occupied by the user (e.g., that the current table is occupied by a person or an occupancy indication sent by the user to the current table through the terminal device is received, or that user information is collected through the information collecting device (e.g., a card swipe)). The above-described on indication for the occupancy mode of the current table may be used to indicate that the occupancy mode is on for the current table.
When the current table is in the occupied mode, the current table is occupied by a user, and when the user occupying the current table is determined to leave the current table, first prompt information can be displayed on a display interface of the current table, and the first prompt information can be used for prompting other users that the table is occupied by the user.
Step 102, determining the user occupying the current table.
For example, the user occupying the current table may be represented by an image acquired by the set image acquisition device, or the user occupying the current table may be represented by the received user information sent by the terminal device.
Step 103, in an occupied mode, if the user leaves the current table, displaying first prompt information on a display interface of the current table;
the first prompt information is information associated with the user and is used for identifying that the table is occupied by the user.
In the occupied mode, if the user leaves the current table (when the occupied mode is started, the image acquisition device acquires a face image of the user, the face image of the user is not included in the image of the current table acquired by the image acquisition device, or a user leaving instruction sent by the terminal device is received), first prompt information can be displayed on a display interface of the current table, and the first prompt information can be information associated with the user and can be used for proving that the table is occupied by the user, for example: the first prompt information may be information such as a head portrait, a photo of a personal belongings, a number, a nickname, etc. of the user.
In this way, the current table may turn on the occupancy pattern of the current table in response to the turn-on indication of the occupancy pattern for the current table and determine the user occupying the current table. In the occupied mode, if the user is determined to leave the current table, displaying first prompt information associated with the user on a display interface of the current table so as to remind other users that the current table is occupied by the user characterized by the first prompt information. According to the method for determining the table occupancy state, when the user leaves the table midway, the first prompt information is used for occupying the table for the user, so that the situation that the table is occupied by other users possibly caused by the user leaving the table midway is avoided, and user experience can be improved.
In one possible implementation manner, a first image acquisition device may be disposed at the current table, where the first image acquisition device may acquire an image of the current table, and the determining the user occupying the current table may include:
and determining the user occupying the current table according to the user image information acquired by the first image acquisition equipment.
For example, after the current table is turned on in the occupied mode, a user occupying the current table may be determined according to the user image information acquired by the first image acquisition device.
For example, after the current table is in the occupied mode, a user image information collection prompt may be generated, and the user may provide, through the first image collection device, user image information in response to the user image information collection prompt, for example: the face image of the user is acquired through the first image acquisition device, or the personal belongings image of the user is acquired through the first image acquisition device. The current table can represent the user occupying the current table through the user image information acquired by the first image acquisition equipment.
In this way, the current table can determine the user occupying the current table through the first image acquisition device, and when the user leaves, the first prompt information associated with the user can be displayed on the display interface, and other users are prompted to occupy the current table by the user through the first prompt information, so that the user occupies a seat.
In one possible implementation manner, the determining the user occupying the current table may include:
receiving user related information sent by terminal equipment;
and determining the user occupying the current table according to the user related information.
For example, the current table may be provided with scan information, where the scan information may include information of the current table, including identification information and address information of the current table, for example: two-dimensional code information. The user can scan the scanning information through the terminal equipment, establish the communication connection between the terminal equipment and the current table, and send relevant information (such as images, nicknames, codes and the like) of the user to the current table through the terminal equipment. The current table can characterize the user occupying the current table by using the user related information sent by the terminal equipment.
Therefore, the current table can determine the user occupying the current table through the user related information sent by the terminal equipment, and when the user leaves, the first prompt information associated with the user can be displayed on the display interface, and other users are prompted to occupy the current table by the user through the first prompt information, so that the user occupies a seat.
In one possible implementation manner, the starting the occupancy mode of the current table in response to the starting instruction of the occupancy mode of the current table may include:
when the current table is determined to be occupied, displaying second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting a user to start an occupied mode;
and responding to the triggering operation aiming at the second prompt information, and starting an occupied mode.
For example, after determining that the current table is occupied by the user, a second prompt may be displayed on the display interface of the current table, where the second prompt may be used to prompt the user to turn on the occupancy mode. For example: the second reminder information may include an open option, which may be used to open the occupied mode, and a cancel option, which may be used to close the second reminder information.
The user can trigger the opening option in a clicking or touching mode, and the current table can respond to the triggering operation of the user on the opening option to open the occupied mode. Or the user can trigger the cancel option by clicking or touching, and the current table can respond to the trigger operation of the user on the cancel option to close the second prompt information.
The second prompt information includes an open option and a cancel option, which are only examples of the second prompt information in the embodiment of the present application, but are not to be understood as a limitation of the second prompt information, and the prompt information that can be actually used to prompt the user whether to open the occupied mode may be used as the second prompt information.
In this way, the current table can determine whether to start the occupied mode according to the operation of the user, so that the situation that the current table is occupied by the user for a short time can be avoided, and the utilization rate of the table can be idealized.
In one possible implementation manner, the method may further include:
when the first image acquisition equipment acquires a face image, determining that the current table is occupied;
the image acquisition range of the first image acquisition device comprises a current table.
For example, a first image acquisition device may be provided, the image acquisition range of which may comprise the current table. That is, the first image acquisition device may acquire an image of a current table, and when a face image is identified in the acquired image of the current table, it may be determined that the current table is occupied, and a user occupying the current table is a user corresponding to the face image. For example, after determining that the current table is occupied, the current table may display a second hint information on a display interface of the current table, and may start the occupied mode according to a trigger operation for the second hint information.
In one possible implementation manner, the current table is provided with scan information, where the scan information may carry information of the current table, including identification information and address information of the current table, for example: two-dimensional code information. The method may further include:
receiving a first instruction sent by terminal equipment;
responsive to the first instruction, turning on an occupancy mode;
the first instruction is an instruction sent to the current table by the terminal equipment through scanning the scanning information, and the instruction is used for indicating that the current table starts an occupied mode.
For example, the user may scan the scan information through the terminal device, and establish a communication connection between the terminal device and the current table. The terminal device may send a first instruction to the current table, which may be used to instruct the current table to turn on the occupancy mode. After the current table receives the first instruction, the occupied mode can be started.
In a possible implementation manner, in the occupying mode, if the user leaves the current table, displaying the first prompt information on the display interface of the current table may include:
in an occupied mode, if the face image of the user cannot be acquired through the first image acquisition equipment, determining that the user leaves the current table;
and displaying the first prompt information on the display interface of the current table.
For example, in the occupied mode, an image of the current table may be acquired in real time through the first image acquisition device, when a face image of a user occupying the current table is not recognized in the acquired image of the current table, it may be determined that the user leaves the current table, and the current table may display the first prompt information on the display interface.
In this way, whether the user leaves the current table or not can be determined through the first image acquisition equipment, and the recognition accuracy of whether the user leaves the current table or not is high, so that the accuracy of the occupying operation is also high.
In a possible implementation manner, in the occupying mode, if the user leaves the current table, displaying the first prompt information on the display interface of the current table may include:
in an occupied mode, receiving an occupied instruction sent by terminal equipment, and determining that the user leaves the current table;
and displaying the first prompt information on the display interface of the current table.
For example, the terminal device establishes a connection with the current table by scanning the scan information set at the current table, and when the user leaves the current table halfway, the terminal device may be operated to send a space occupying instruction to the current table. After the current table receives the occupation instruction of the terminal equipment, the first prompt information can be displayed on a display interface of the current table.
In this way, the user can be determined to leave the current table through the occupied instruction sent by the terminal equipment, and the precision of occupied operation can be improved.
In one possible implementation manner, the method may further include:
closing an occupancy mode of a current table when the user is determined to leave the public place;
and displaying third prompt information on the display interface of the current table, wherein the third prompt information is used for identifying that the current table is unoccupied.
For example, when the current table determines that the user occupying the current table leaves the public place (e.g., the face head portrait of the user cannot be acquired within a threshold period of time, or a prompt message indicating that the user leaves the public place is received), the occupancy mode of the current table may be turned off.
After the occupancy mode of the current table is closed, a third hint information may be displayed on the display interface of the current table, where the third hint information may be used to identify that the current table is unoccupied, for example: the third prompt message may be: vacancies to prompt other users that the current table is available.
The third prompting message is a vacancy, which is only an example of the third prompting message in the embodiment of the present application, but is not to be understood as a limitation of the third prompting message, and in fact, the prompting message that can be used to prompt the user that the current table is unoccupied may be all the third prompting message, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Therefore, when the user leaves the public place, the occupation mode of the current table can be closed, the current table is provided for other users in time, and the utilization rate of the current table can be improved.
In one possible implementation manner, the method may include:
And if the first image acquisition equipment does not acquire the face image of the user within the threshold time, determining that the user leaves the public occasion.
For example, the first image capturing device captures an image of a current table in real time, and may determine that a user occupying the current table has left the current table when a face image of the user is not recognized in the captured image of the current table. If the face images of the user are not recognized in the acquired images within the threshold time, the user can be determined to leave the public place, the current table can close the occupied mode, and third prompt information is displayed on the display interface. The threshold duration may be a preset time value, for example: 15 minutes.
In one possible implementation manner, the public place outlet may be provided with a second image acquisition device, and the method may further include:
if a user leaving instruction sent by the second image acquisition equipment is received, determining that the user leaves the public occasion;
the user leaving indication is indication information which is sent to the current table and used for indicating that the user leaves the public occasion when the image collected by the second image collecting device and the image collected by the first image collecting device represent the same user.
For example, a second image capture device may be provided at the exit of the public, for capturing images of the face of a user entering and exiting the public. The second image acquisition device may send a user departure indication to the current table when it is determined that the acquired face image of the user and the acquired face image of the user of the first image acquisition device represent the same user. After the current table receives the user leaving indication sent by the second image acquisition device, the current table can determine that the user occupying the current table has left, the occupied mode can be closed, and third prompt information is displayed on the display interface.
Therefore, the situation that the user leaves a public place but the table is still occupied can be avoided, the occupancy of the current table can be timely relieved, and the utilization rate of the current table is improved.
FIG. 2 illustrates a schematic diagram of determining a table occupancy state according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 3 shows a schematic diagram for determining a table occupancy state according to an embodiment of the present application.
In order for those skilled in the art to better understand the embodiments of the present application, the embodiments of the present application are described below by way of specific examples.
Example one
In a convenience store, after a user purchases a food product in a fresh or public dining area, the food product is brought to a food processing area for processing. The user then goes to the public dining area to find dining tables. Finding dining table position: after table 4, the user sits down on table 4. And if the face image of the user is recognized in the image acquired by the first image acquisition equipment arranged at the table 4, determining that the table is occupied by the user. The table 4 can display a second prompt message on the display interface to remind the user whether to start the occupied mode. At this time, the user may trigger the opening option in the second prompt to open the occupancy mode for table 4.
After the table 4 is opened to the occupied mode, the user image information can be acquired through the first image acquisition device. The user may cause the first image capturing device to capture an image of a face of the user, or may cause the first image capturing device to capture an image of a personal belongings of the user. The table 4 may characterize the user occupying the table 4 with the user image information acquired by the first image acquisition device.
When the user goes to the meal taking area to take a meal, and at the moment, the face image of the user cannot be identified in the image information collected by the first image collecting device, the table 4 displays first prompt information associated with the user on the display interface, and the first prompt information can include the image information (the head portrait of the user in fig. 2) of the user so as to prompt that the table 4 is occupied by the user, as shown in fig. 2. After the user gets back, the first prompt information can be reduced or hidden after the first image acquisition device acquires the face image of the user.
If the user does not recognize the face image of the user in the images acquired within 15 minutes of the threshold time after the user finishes dining and leaves the table 4 to continue shopping the convenience store, the table 4 may determine that the user does not need the table, close the occupancy mode of the table, and display a third prompt message on the display interface to provide the table to other users, as shown in fig. 3.
If the user leaves the convenience store immediately after dining, the second image acquisition device arranged at the exit of the convenience store acquires the face image of the user, and the face image of the user acquired by the first image acquisition device are determined to represent the same user, then a user leaving indication can be sent to the table provided with the first image acquisition device. After receiving the leaving instruction of the user, the table can close the occupancy mode of the table in time, and display a third prompt message on the display interface to provide the table for other users, as shown in fig. 3.
Example two
In a convenience store, after a user purchases a food product in a fresh or public dining area, the food product is brought to a food processing area for processing. The user then goes to the public dining area to find dining tables. Finding dining table position: after table 4, the user sits down on table 4. The two-dimensional code is arranged at the table 4, a user can scan the two-dimensional code through the terminal equipment, communication connection between the terminal equipment and the table 4 is established, and a first instruction is sent to the table 4 through the terminal equipment. After the table 4 receives the first instruction, it may be determined that the table 4 is occupied by the user, and an occupancy mode for the table 4 may be turned on.
After the table 4 opens the occupied mode, the user can upload the user related information to the table 4 through the terminal device: the table 4 may represent the user occupying the table by using the above-mentioned user related information.
When a user goes to the meal taking area to take a meal, a seat occupying instruction can be sent to the table 4 through the terminal equipment, the table 4 responds to the seat occupying instruction, first prompt information associated with the user is displayed on a display interface, and the first prompt information can comprise the user related information (a user head portrait in fig. 2) for prompting that the table 4 is occupied by the user, as shown in fig. 2.
If the user finishes dining, the terminal device may send a user leaving indication to the table 4, and after the table 4 receives the user leaving indication, it may be determined that the user does not need the table 4 any more, the occupancy mode of the table 4 may be closed, and third prompt information may be displayed on the display interface, so as to provide the table 4 to other users, as shown in fig. 3.
A first image capturing device may be provided at the table 4, which captures images of the table 4 in real time, and a second image capturing device may be provided at the convenience store exit, which captures images at the convenience store exit in real time. If the user does not release the occupancy of the table 4 after dining, but leaves the convenience store directly, the second image acquisition device arranged at the exit of the convenience store acquires the face image of the user, and the face image of the user acquired by the first image acquisition device are determined to represent the same user, then a user leaving instruction can be sent to the table 4 provided with the first image acquisition device. After receiving the leaving instruction of the user, the table 4 may close the occupancy mode of the table in time, and display a third prompt message on the display interface, so as to provide the table to other users, as shown in fig. 3.
Fig. 4 shows a flowchart of a method for determining a table occupancy state according to an embodiment of the present application, which may be applied to a server. As shown in fig. 4, the method may include:
step 401, receiving a table occupation indication, where the table occupation indication includes table identification information and first user information of a user occupying a table.
For example, after the table occupancy indication may be performed by the table or the terminal device in response to the occupancy operation of the user with respect to the table, the table occupancy indication may be used to instruct the server to set the table identified by the table identification information to an occupancy mode according to the table identification information of the table and the first user information of the user occupying the table.
The table identification information may be used to identify a corresponding table, for example, may be a table code message, location information, etc.; the first user information of the user may be used to identify the user occupying the table, for example, information such as a head portrait, a photo of a personal item, a number, a nickname, etc. of the user.
The user may trigger the table to acquire the first user information of the user (for example, the table is provided with an occupancy control and an image acquisition device (or an audio acquisition device), the user may acquire the first user head image information of the user through the image acquisition device after triggering the occupancy control, or the user may trigger the table to acquire the first user information of the user through a voice instruction, where the first user information may be voice data of the user acquired through the audio acquisition device or head image information of the user acquired through the image acquisition device, or user related information (such as an image, a nickname, etc.) uploaded through the terminal device, and send the table occupancy indication to the server, or the user may acquire the table identifier information of the table through the terminal device (for example, scan two-dimensional code information set on the table) and send the corresponding table occupancy indication to the server through the terminal device.
Step 402, turning on an occupancy pattern of the table identified by the table identification information.
After receiving the table occupancy indication, the server may start the table occupancy mode identified by the table identification information, for example: the occupancy state of the table may be updated to a first state that may be used to identify that the table has an occupancy mode turned on, and correspondingly, when the occupancy state of the table is turned off, the occupancy state of the table may be updated to a second state that may be used to identify that the table has an occupancy mode turned off.
Step 403, sending first occupancy state indication information to the table, wherein the first occupancy state indication information includes second user information of a user occupying the table,
and displaying a first prompt message on a display interface according to the first occupation state indication message, wherein the first prompt message is the message associated with the second user message and is used for identifying that the table is occupied by the user identified by the second user message.
For example, after the server turns on the occupancy mode of the table, the server may send first occupancy state indication information to the table to indicate that the table displays first hint information on the display interface, where the first hint information may be used to identify that the table is occupied.
In one possible implementation manner, the sending the first occupancy state indication information to the table may include:
acquiring second user information of the user according to the first user information;
and sending first occupancy state indication information to the table according to the second user information of the user.
For example, the server may determine, according to the first user information, a user occupying a table, and may further obtain second user information corresponding to the user. The server may determine the user according to the user's job number, and obtain other information of the user as second user information (e.g., a head portrait, a nickname, etc.), and may further send first occupation state indication information including the second user information to the table to indicate that the table displays first prompt information on the display interface, where the first prompt information may be information associated with the second user information (including information of the second user information, e.g., the second user information is a head portrait of the user, and the first prompt information may be prompt information including the head portrait of the user), so that the table may display first prompt information associated with the user occupying the table on the display interface in an occupied mode, and may enable other users to determine that the table is occupied by the user according to the first prompt information.
In fact, the second user information may also be the same as the first user information, which is not limited in this application.
In this way, the server may receive a table occupancy indication, where the table occupancy indication may include table identification information and first user information of a user occupying a table. The method comprises the steps of starting an occupancy mode of a table identified by table identification information according to the table occupancy information, and sending first occupancy state indication information to the table according to second user information of a user identified by first user information, so that the table receiving the first occupancy state indication information can display first prompt information on a display interface, wherein the first prompt information is information associated with the second user information and is used for identifying that the table is occupied by the user identified by the second user information. According to the method for determining the table occupancy state, when the user leaves the table midway, the first prompt information is used for occupying the table for the user, so that the situation that the table is occupied by other users possibly caused by the user leaving the table midway is avoided, and user experience can be improved.
Fig. 5 illustrates a flowchart of a method of determining a table occupancy state according to an embodiment of the present application.
In one possible implementation, referring to fig. 5, the method may further include:
step 404, receiving a table occupancy release instruction, where the table occupancy release instruction includes the table identification information and third user information of the user initiating the table occupancy release instruction.
The table occupation relieving instruction can be used for indicating the server to close the table occupation mode identified by the table identification information, and relieving the occupation of the user on the table.
For example, the table may be provided with an information acquisition device (image acquisition device, audio acquisition device, etc.) and a release control. The table can respond to the triggering operation of the user on the release control, acquire the third user information of the user triggering the release control through the information acquisition equipment, and send a table occupation release instruction containing the third user information to the server.
Or the user can scan the two-dimensional code information arranged on the table through the terminal equipment, so that communication connection with the server is established, and the table occupation relieving instruction is sent to the server through triggering the occupation mode relieving control on the terminal equipment, wherein the table occupation relieving instruction can comprise third user information of the user acquired from the terminal equipment.
Step 405, closing the table occupation mode when the first user information and the second user information represent the same user.
The server may determine whether the second user information in the table occupancy release indication characterizes the same user as the first user information in the table occupancy indication, e.g.: the server can determine whether the first user information and the second user information are the same person or not through an image recognition technology, or whether the first user information and the second user information are the same user work number, or whether the first user information is a face image, and whether the second user information is the user work number, or whether a user corresponding to the face image is a user corresponding to the user work number, or not.
When the first user information and the second user information represent the same user, the server can close the occupancy mode of the table, and when the first user information and the second user information represent different users, the server does not respond, or the server can send failure release prompt information to the table.
Step 406, sending second occupation state indication information to the table, so that the table displays second prompt information on a display interface according to the second occupation state indication information, where the second prompt information is used to identify that the table is unoccupied.
After turning off the occupancy pattern of the table, the server may send a second occupancy state indication to the table. After receiving the second occupancy state indication, the table may display a second hint information on the display interface, where the second hint information may be used to identify that the table is unoccupied, for example: and (5) a vacancy.
In this way, the server can timely remove the occupation of the user to the table, and can remove the occupation when the user who removes the occupation and the user who occupies the table are the same user in the removing process, so that the interference of other users can be avoided in the process of occupying the table for the user.
Fig. 6 illustrates a flowchart of a method of determining a table occupancy state according to an embodiment of the present application.
In a possible implementation manner, the table occupancy indication further includes an occupancy duration, and referring to fig. 6, the method may further include:
step 407, closing the table occupation mode when the opening time of the table occupation mode reaches the occupation time.
For example, the user may set a corresponding occupied duration through the table or the terminal device, and the occupied duration may be an on duration of the occupied mode. For example: the table or terminal equipment interface is provided with an occupied time length setting option (which is assumed to comprise options of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes and the like) or an input box corresponding to the occupied time length, and a user can select the occupied time length through the occupied time length setting option or can set the occupied time length by inputting the corresponding occupied time length in the input box. The table occupancy indication sent to the server may include the occupancy time duration set as described above.
When the occupied mode is on for a period longer than the occupied period, the server can close the occupied mode of the table. Illustratively, the server may time after turning on the occupancy mode of the table. And when the timing duration reaches the occupied duration, closing the occupied mode of the table.
Step 408, sending second occupation state indication information to the table, so that the table displays second prompt information on a display interface according to the second occupation state indication information, where the second prompt information is used to identify that the table is unoccupied.
After turning off the occupancy pattern of the table, the server may send a second occupancy state indication to the table. After receiving the second occupancy state indication, the table may display a second hint information on the display interface, where the second hint information may be used to identify that the table is unoccupied, for example: and (5) a vacancy.
Therefore, the server can occupy the table for the user in the occupied time, and when the occupied time reaches the occupied time, the occupied of the user on the table is timely relieved, and the utilization rate of the table can be improved.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of a method of determining a table occupancy state according to an embodiment of the present application.
In one possible implementation manner, an information collecting device is disposed at an exit of a public place, and referring to fig. 7, the method may further include:
step 409, receiving third user information reported by the information acquisition device;
step 410, closing the occupancy mode of the table when the user represented by the third user information is the user represented by the first user information;
step 411, sending second occupancy state indication information to the table, so that the table displays third prompt information on a display interface according to the second occupancy state indication information, where the third prompt information is used to identify that the table is unoccupied.
For example, an information collection device for collecting third user information (face image, work card information, etc.) of a user who enters and exits the public may be provided at the exit of the public. When the server determines that the collected third user information of the user and the first user information of the user occupying the table represent the same user, the server can close the occupancy mode of the table and send second occupancy state indication information to the table. After the table receives the second occupation state indication information, the table can determine that the user occupying the table has left, and the second prompt information can be displayed on the display interface.
It should be noted that, if the duration of the table in the open occupation mode is within the occupation duration, the server does not respond when determining that the collected third user information of the user and the first user information of the user occupying the table represent the same user.
Therefore, the situation that the user leaves a public place but the table is still occupied can be avoided, the occupancy of the table can be timely relieved, and the utilization rate of the current table is improved.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart of a method for determining occupancy status of a table according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method may be applied to a table, as shown in fig. 8, and the method may include:
Step 801, obtaining first user information of a user occupying a table in response to an occupying operation for the table.
For example, a table may be provided with a space button, and the space button may be pressed by the space button; or the table display interface comprises a occupation control, and the occupation operation for the table can be a trigger operation for the occupation control. Or, the two-dimensional code is arranged on the table, the terminal equipment can establish communication connection with the table through the two-dimensional code, the occupied option is displayed on the display interface of the terminal equipment, and the occupied operation for the table can be triggering operation for the occupied option.
For example, an information collection device may be provided on a table, and the table may collect, in response to an occupying operation for the table, first user information of a user occupying the table, for example: collected face image information of a user, collected work card information (information such as a work number and a nickname) of the user, collected audio information and the like.
Step 802, sending a table occupation indication to a server, wherein the table occupation indication comprises table identification information of the table and the first user information.
After the first user information of the user is collected, the table may send a table occupation indication to the server, so that the server may turn on an occupation mode of the table according to the table occupation indication (for a specific process, reference may be made to the foregoing embodiment, and details of the process are not repeated herein).
803, receiving first occupancy state indication information sent by a server, wherein the first occupancy state indication information comprises second user information of a user occupying the table;
for example, after receiving the table occupancy indication for the table, the server may turn on the occupancy mode of the table, obtain the second user information (which may be consistent with the first user information) of the user occupying the table, and send the first occupancy state indication information to the table (for a specific procedure, reference may be made to the foregoing embodiments).
Step 804, displaying a first prompt message on a display interface, where the first prompt message is information associated with the second user information, and is used to identify that the table is occupied by the user identified by the second user information.
After receiving the first occupancy state indication information, the table may display first prompt information on the display interface, where the first prompt information may include second user information, for example: the second user information may be image information and/or nickname information, and the first prompt information may include the image information and/or nickname information, so that other users may learn that the table is occupied by the user according to the first prompt information.
In this way, the table may respond to the occupation operation for the table, obtain the first user information of the user occupying the table, and send the table occupation indication including the first user information and the table identification information of the table to the server, so that the server may start the occupation mode of the table according to the table occupation indication, send the first occupation state indication information including the second user information of the user to the table, and further display the first prompt information on the display interface according to the first occupation state indication information, where the first prompt information may be used to identify that the table is occupied by the user. According to the method for determining the table occupancy state, when the user leaves the table midway, the first prompt information is used for occupying the table for the user, so that the situation that the table is occupied by other users possibly caused by the user leaving the table midway is avoided, and user experience can be improved.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart of a method of determining a table occupancy state according to an embodiment of the present application.
In one possible implementation, referring to fig. 9, the method may further include:
step 805, responding to the table occupation relieving operation, and obtaining third user information of the user corresponding to the table occupation relieving operation.
For example, an information collection device (image collection device, etc.) and a release button may be provided on the table. The table occupation removing operation may be a pressing operation of a user on a removing button, and the table may collect third user information (for example, image information, work card information, etc.) of the user through the information collecting device in response to the pressing operation of the user on the removing button; or the table may be provided with an information acquisition device (such as an image acquisition device) and a display interface of the table may include a release control, the table occupation release operation may be a trigger operation of the user for the release control, and the table may acquire, by the information acquisition device, third user information of the user in response to the trigger operation of the user for the release control.
Or, the user can scan the two-dimensional code information set on the table through the terminal equipment, so as to establish communication connection with the server, an occupation mode release control is set in a display interface of the terminal equipment, the operation of releasing the occupation of the table can be triggering operation aiming at the occupation mode release control, and the terminal equipment can respond to the triggering operation aiming at the occupation mode release control, acquire third user information of the user locally and send the third user information to the table.
Step 806, sending a table occupation relieving instruction to a server, where the table occupation relieving instruction includes the table identification information and the third user information.
For example, a table occupancy release instruction may be used to instruct the server to turn off the occupancy mode of the table identified by the table identification information, and release the occupancy of the table by the user. When the server determines that the third user information and the first user information represent the same user, the occupancy mode of the table may be closed, and the specific process may refer to the foregoing embodiment, which is not described herein.
Step 807, receiving second occupancy state indication information sent by a server, where the second occupancy state indication information is sent to the table by the server when the first user information and the third user information represent the same user;
step 808, displaying a second hint information on the display interface, where the second hint information is used to identify that the table is unoccupied.
For example, after the server turns off the occupancy pattern of the table, the second occupancy state-indicating information may be sent to the table.
In one possible implementation manner, the sending a table occupancy indication to the server may further include:
determining an occupied duration in response to a setting operation for the occupied duration;
and sending a table occupancy indication to a server, wherein the table occupancy indication comprises table identification information of the table, the first user information and the occupancy time.
For example, the user may set an occupied duration for a table through the table or the terminal device, and the occupied duration may be an on duration of an occupied mode of the table.
After the setting of the occupied duration is completed, the table may send a table occupancy indication to the server, where the table occupancy indication may include table identification information of the table, the first user information and the occupied duration.
When the occupied mode is on for a period longer than the occupied period, the server can close the occupied mode of the table. Illustratively, the server may time after turning on the occupancy mode of the table. And when the timing duration reaches the occupied duration, closing the occupied mode of the table.
Therefore, the server can occupy the table for the user in the occupied time, and when the occupied time reaches the occupied time, the occupied of the user on the table is timely relieved, and the utilization rate of the table can be improved.
