calculating cosine similarity between the information vector of the target person and the screening standard vectors of the plurality of service objects in a preset distribution engine according to a preset similarity formula to obtain a plurality of cosine similarity;
comparing the plurality of cosine similarities to obtain the maximum cosine similarity;
extracting the screening standard vector of the service object corresponding to the maximum cosine similarity from the screening standard vectors of the plurality of service objects to obtain the screening standard vector of the target service object;
and confirming the target business object according to the screening standard vector of the target business object, and distributing target personnel to the target business object according to a preset distribution engine.

The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, or a volatile computer-readable storage medium, and the computer-readable storage medium stores instructions that, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to execute the steps of the method for allocating business objects and business standards.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (10)

1. A method for distributing service objects and service standards is characterized in that the method for distributing the service objects and the service standards comprises the following steps:
acquiring information data of a target person through a preset aggregation interface, and converting the information data of the target person into an information vector of the target person;
acquiring screening standard data of a plurality of business objects through a preset application programming interface, and converting the screening standard data of the plurality of business objects into screening standard vectors of the plurality of business objects;
acquiring a target business object according to a preset distribution engine, the information vector of the target person and the screening standard vectors of the plurality of business objects, and distributing the target person to the target business object;
ranking the target personnel according to the information vectors of the target personnel to obtain the ranking of the target personnel;
and distributing the business standard corresponding to the target business object to the target personnel according to the rating level of the target personnel.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the filtering standard data of the plurality of business objects through a preset application programming interface and the converting of the filtering standard data of the plurality of business objects into the filtering standard vectors of the plurality of business objects comprises:
reading the service data of a plurality of service objects through a preset application programming interface;
standardizing the service data of the plurality of service objects to obtain screening standard data of the plurality of service objects;
and vectorizing the screening standard data of the plurality of business objects through a preset vector model to obtain screening standard vectors of the plurality of business objects.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the step of normalizing the service data of the plurality of service objects to obtain the screening standard data of the plurality of service objects comprises:
reading a standard interface document of a preset application programming interface, wherein the standard interface document comprises an interface address standard, an interface description standard and an interface parameter standard;
based on the interface address standard, the service data of the plurality of service objects are standardized to obtain address standard data of the plurality of service objects;
standardizing the address standard data of the plurality of business objects based on the interface description standard to obtain description standard data of the plurality of business objects;
and standardizing the description standard data of the plurality of business objects based on the interface parameter standard to obtain screening standard data of the plurality of business objects.
4. The method for distributing business objects and business standards according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining information data of a target person through a preset aggregation interface and converting the information data of the target person into an information vector of the target person comprises:
segmenting the information data of the target personnel to obtain segmented data of the target personnel;
and converting the word segmentation data of the target person into an information vector of the target person based on a preset vector model.

The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining a target business object according to a preset allocation engine, the information vector of the target person, and the screening standard vector of the plurality of business objects, and allocating the target person to the target business object comprises:
calculating cosine similarity between the information vector of the target person and the screening standard vectors of the plurality of service objects in a preset distribution engine according to a preset similarity formula to obtain a plurality of cosine similarity;
comparing the plurality of cosine similarities to obtain the maximum cosine similarity;
extracting the screening standard vector of the service object corresponding to the maximum cosine similarity from the screening standard vectors of the plurality of service objects to obtain the screening standard vector of the target service object;
and confirming the target business object according to the screening standard vector of the target business object, and distributing target personnel to the target business object according to a preset distribution engine.

The method for distributing business objects and business standards according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein before the obtaining of the information data of the target person through the preset aggregation interface and the conversion of the information data of the target person into the information vector of the target person, the method for distributing business objects and business standards further comprises:
reading the processing flows of a plurality of business objects, and setting a preset aggregation interface according to the processing flows of the business objects, wherein the preset aggregation interface is used for acquiring information data of target personnel;
and setting a preset application programming interface, wherein the preset application programming interface is used for acquiring the screening standard data of a plurality of business objects.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the setting a preset application programming interface, the preset application programming interface being configured to obtain the screening standard data of the plurality of business objects includes:
setting a preset address format as an address standard of an initial application programming interface to obtain a first application programming interface;
setting a preset description name as a description standard of the first application programming interface to obtain a second application programming interface;
and setting the preset parameter type and the preset parameter value as the parameter standard of the second application programming interface to obtain the preset application programming interface.
8. An apparatus for distributing service objects and service standards, comprising:
the information vector conversion module is used for acquiring information data of a target person through a preset aggregation interface and converting the information data of the target person into an information vector of the target person;
the standard vector conversion module is used for acquiring screening standard data of a plurality of business objects through a preset application programming interface and converting the screening standard data of the plurality of business objects into screening standard vectors of the plurality of business objects;

the ranking module is used for ranking the target personnel according to the information vectors of the target personnel to obtain the ranking of the target personnel;
and the business allocation module is used for allocating the business standard corresponding to the target business object to the target personnel according to the rating level of the target personnel.

A distribution device of business objects and business standards is characterized in that the distribution device of business objects and business standards comprises: a memory having instructions stored therein and at least one processor, the memory and the at least one processor interconnected by a line;
the at least one processor invokes the instructions in the memory to cause the business object and business standard assignment device to perform the business object and business standard assignment method of any of claims 1-7.
