Abstract
The invention discloses a switch panel and socket safety detection device, which is characterized in that: the electric power switch comprises an insulating box body, a conductive bottom plate, a clamp, a conductive terminal and a plurality of conductive steel balls, wherein the conductive steel balls are used for being in contact with the surface of an insulator of a switch panel or a socket, the conductive bottom plate is horizontally arranged on the inner bottom surface of the insulating box body, the conductive steel balls are horizontally paved on the upper surface of the conductive bottom plate, the conductive steel balls can freely move, the clamp is arranged on the upper portion of the insulating box body and used for pressing the switch panel or the socket on the conductive steel balls, the conductive terminal is fixed on the insulating box body and connected with the conductive bottom plate through a wire, and the conductive terminal is used for being connected with a voltage output end of an external instrument. The invention has the advantages of simple operation, accurate detection and safe detection.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a switch panel and a socket safety detection device.
Background
Before the engineering material is used for engineering construction, a third party detection mechanism is required to detect whether each performance of the engineering material meets the standard according to the regulations, and a switch panel and a socket in an electric appliance are required to be checked.
According to the related national standard GB16915.1-2014 general requirements of the switch part 1 of stationary electric apparatuses for household and similar uses, GB2099.1-2008 plug and socket part 1 for household and similar uses: general requirements, switch panels, sockets need to be checked for insulation resistance and electrical strength. The above criteria illustrate the detection principle but do not explain in detail how this is done. The above standard requires that one end of the applied voltage is required to contact the insulator of the switch panel or the socket during measurement, and it is difficult to achieve good contact with the voltage terminal because the surface of the insulator of the switch panel or the socket is usually required to be contacted, and the surface is not a plane, usually a curved surface. The existing method comprises the following steps: the insulators of the switch panel and the socket are covered by tinfoil, and then led out through copper wire sections so as to indirectly contact with the insulators.
The tin foil wrapping method works naturally, but is quite labor-and material-consuming, and the application of 500v voltage in measurement is extremely unsafe for the human body.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a safety detection device for a switch panel and a socket, which is simple to operate, accurate in detection and safe in detection.

Further, the safety detection device for the switch panel and the socket comprises two clamps, and the two clamps are respectively arranged on two opposite side edges of the insulation box body.

Further, the length of the insulating box body is 90-92 mm, the width is 90-92 mm, the height is 50-52 mm, and the thickness of the wall plate of the insulating box body is 15-20 mm.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention can contact with the surface of the switch panel or the insulator of the socket more fully through the contact of the plurality of conductive steel balls with the surface of the switch panel or the insulator of the socket, thereby ensuring more accurate detection and no spark during detection. During detection, the switch panel or the socket is directly pressed on the conductive steel balls through the clamp without wrapping tinfoil, so that the working efficiency is improved, the labor force is reduced, the operation is simple, and the cost is saved. During detection, the switch panel or the socket is pressed in the insulating box body, so that the switch panel or the socket is safer during time and voltage detection and does not leak electricity.

The invention is further described below with reference to examples.
The safety detection device for the switch panel and the socket shown in fig. 1 comprises an insulating box body 1, a conductive bottom plate 2, two clamps 4, a conductive terminal 5 and a plurality of conductive steel balls 3, wherein the conductive steel balls 3 are used for being in contact with the surface of an insulator of the switch panel or the socket.
The insulating box body 1 is composed of a transparent insulating material plate and is a square transparent box body, and the upper end of the insulating box body 1 is open. The conductive bottom plate 2 is horizontally arranged on the inner bottom surface of the insulation box body 1, is attached to the inner bottom surface of the insulation box body 1, and is basically paved on the inner bottom surface of the insulation box body 1. The conductive steel balls 3 are paved on the upper surface of the conductive bottom plate 2, the conductive steel balls 3 are directly placed on the upper surface of the conductive bottom plate 2, the conductive steel balls 3 can move freely, and the conductive steel balls 3 are incompletely paved on the upper surface of the conductive bottom plate 2, so that the conductive steel balls 3 have a certain moving space, and the conductive steel balls 3 can be better adapted to the surfaces of insulators of different switch panels or sockets, and can be better adapted to curved surfaces with different concave-convex degrees.
Two clamps 4 are respectively installed on two opposite sides of the insulation box body 1, the clamps 4 are vertical clamps, the clamps 4 are used for pressing a switch panel or a socket on the conductive steel balls 3, and the press ends 42 of the clamps 4 can be used for pressing the switch panel or the socket or loosening the switch panel or the socket by rotating the handles 41 of the clamps 4.
In this embodiment, two conductive terminals 5 are provided, and the two conductive terminals 5 are fixed at the upper end of a wall plate of the insulation box 1, wherein one conductive terminal 5 is connected with the conductive base plate 2 through a wire 6, and the conductive terminal 5 connected with the conductive base plate 2 is used for being connected with a voltage output end of an external instrument. The other conductive terminal 5 of the present embodiment serves as a standby. The above-mentioned further conductive terminal 5 can also be used for connection to the upper part of a switching panel or socket, which conductive terminal, when used for connection to the upper part of a switching panel or socket, is connected to a further voltage output of an external instrument.
The preferred scheme for each component is: according to market conditions and detection statistics, the insulator size of most switch panels and sockets is 85mm multiplied by 85mm, so that the length of the insulating box body 1 is 90-92 mm, the width is 90-92 mm, the height is 50-52 mm, and the thickness of the wall plate of the insulating box body is 15-20 mm. The diameter of the conductive steel ball 3 is 6.0-8.5 mm, and the diameter of the conductive steel ball 3 cannot be too large, so that the conductive steel ball is not beneficial to fully contacting the surface of an insulator of a switch panel or a socket, and cannot be too small, and the conductive steel ball is easy to fall into a jack of the socket to cause danger. The conductive base plate 2 may be a copper plate or an aluminum plate, and the thickness thereof is 1-2 mm, and the conductive base plate 2 in this embodiment is a copper plate.
During detection, a switch panel or a socket to be detected is arranged in the insulating box body 1, the lower surface of an insulator of the switch panel or the socket is in contact with the conductive steel balls 3, the switch panel or the socket is pressed tightly through the clamp 4, the conductive terminal 5 connected with the conductive bottom plate 2 is connected with one voltage output end of an external instrument, the other voltage output end of the external instrument is connected with the upper part of the switch panel or the socket, and the connection mode can be that a conductive clamp is arranged at the voltage output end of the external instrument, the connection is carried out on a relevant part through the conductive clamp, and voltage detection can be applied through the external instrument after the connection is completed. The safety detection device for the switch panel and the socket is mainly used for detecting the insulation resistance and the electrical strength performance of the switch panel and the socket.
