2. A new fastener production cooling device, as in claim 1, characterized in that said cooling tank (2) is embodied in the form of a stainless steel tank; the inner wall of the cooling box (2) is embedded with a heat-insulating layer.
3. The new fastener production cooling device of claim 1, characterized in that the joint of the protective shell (1) and the protective door (8) is glued with a rubber sealing strip; the rubber sealing strips are glued at four corners of the inner wall of the protective door (8).

The new fastener production cooling device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said circulation duct (55) is embodied in the form of a serpentine stainless steel duct; and external threads are respectively turned on the upper part of the right side of the outer surface of the circulating pipe (55) and the lower part of the left side of the outer surface of the circulating pipe (55).
5. A novel fastener production cooling device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the four corners of the bottom of the mounting shell (51) are respectively bolted with supporting columns; the bottom of the supporting column is glued with a rubber pad.

A novel fastener production cooling device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the water storage fastener cooling frame structure (6) comprises a water storage tank (61), a water inlet pipe (62), a sealing cover (63), a supporting block (64), a valve (65), a spray pipe (66), a fixing block (67) and a water spray pipe (68), wherein the water inlet pipe (62) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the upper surface of the water storage tank (61); the sealing cover (63) is buckled on the upper part of the outer surface of the water inlet pipe (62); the supporting blocks (64) are respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the bottom of the water storage tank (61) through screws; the valve (65) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the bottom of the water storage tank (61); the spray pipe (66) is in threaded connection with the lower part of the spray pipe (66); the fixed blocks (67) are respectively glued to the left side and the right side of the upper surface of the spray pipe (66); the spray pipe (68) is sequentially connected with the middle position of the bottom of the spray pipe (66) in a threaded manner from left to right.
7. A new fastener production cooling device, as in claim 6, characterized in that said fixed block (67) is in particular a rubber block; the upper part of the fixing block (67) is glued with a double-sided glue layer.
8. A novel fastener production cooling device as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the bottom of the water spray pipe (68) is screwed with a trapezoidal acrylic shield.

The novel fastener production cooling device of claim 1, wherein the fastener cooling temperature detection plate structure (7) comprises a protection sheet (71), a temperature detection meter (72), a lifting rope (73), a holding rod (74), a mounting sheet (75) and a wiping sheet (76), wherein the temperature detection meter (72) is embedded in the middle of the front surface of the protection sheet (71); the lifting rope (73) is glued on the upper part of the right side of the protective sheet (71); the holding rod (74) is glued to the lower part of the lifting rope (73); the mounting piece (75) is connected to the lower part of the holding rod (74) through a screw; the wiping sheet (76) is glued at the middle position of the front surface of the mounting sheet (75).
10. The new fastener production cooling device as claimed in claim 10, characterized in that said protection sheet (71) is made of stainless steel sheet; the middle position of the front surface of the protection sheet (71) is provided with a groove.
