Abstract
The invention relates to a wall-mounted furnace with a humidity sensing anti-soaking function and an anti-soaking method thereof, wherein the wall-mounted furnace comprises a functional component with a water conveying function and/or a water storing function, an electric valve for switching on or off a water channel of the functional component, and a control main board for controlling the electric valve, wherein the electric valve is arranged on the water channel of the functional component, and is electrically connected with the control main board; the method is characterized in that: still including the water collector that is used for collecting the water and the humidity transducer who is used for detecting the water in the water collector, the water collector sets up in the functional unit below, and humidity transducer's probe stretches into the water collector inner chamber, humidity transducer communication connection control mainboard. The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:
a wall-mounted furnace with a humidity sensing and anti-soaking function comprises a functional component with a water conveying function and/or a water storing function, an electric valve for switching on or off a water path of the functional component, and a control main board for controlling the electric valve; the electric valve is arranged on a water path of the functional component and is electrically connected with the control main board; the method is characterized in that: the device also comprises a water collector for collecting the water body and a humidity sensor for detecting the water body in the water collector; the water collector is arranged below the functional component, a probe of the humidity sensor extends into an inner cavity of the water collector, and the humidity sensor is in communication connection with the control mainboard.

The water collector is funnel-shaped.
The functional components include, but are not limited to, a heat exchanger for heating a water body, a hot water pipe for delivering hot water, and a cold water pipe for delivering cold water, etc.; the electric valve is arranged on a coil pipe, a hot water pipe or a cold water pipe of the heat exchanger.
The water collector is provided with a water outlet for draining water inside, and the water outlet is provided with a cover body.
The wall-mounted boiler further comprises a backup power supply module, and the backup power supply module is electrically connected with the control mainboard.
The anti-soaking method of the wall-mounted boiler is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
step one, starting a humidity sensor in a power-off state, and detecting the water body condition of an inner cavity of a water collector in real time;

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
through setting up water collector and humidity transducer, when the water leakage phenomenon appears, the water collector can unify the water of collecting the leakage, when the water reaches and sets for the water level height, humidity transducer can detect the water and feed back relevant information to the control mainboard, and the control mainboard is tentatively judged functional unit and is leaked the water to close the motorised valve in order to cut the water route, and then effectively prevent to soak. This hanging stove effectively prevents to have a power failure in winter under the condition, because of the cold weather frost crack water pipe and the soaking phenomenon that produces, and then can avoid causing unnecessary loss of property.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the wall-hanging stove with humidity sensing and anti-soaking functions includes a functional component having a function of conveying and/or storing water, an electric valve 6 (not shown in the figures, it is to be noted that the electric valve 6 is an existing valve device on the market) for connecting or disconnecting a water path of the functional component, a control main board 7 (not shown in the figures, it is to be noted that the control main board 7 is an existing circuit board on the market) for controlling the electric valve 6, a water collector 5 for collecting water, and a humidity sensor 4 for detecting water in the water collector 5; the electric valve 6 is arranged on a water path of the functional component, and the electric valve 6 is electrically connected with the control main board 7; water collector 5 sets up in the functional block below, and humidity transducer 4's probe stretches into 5 inner chambers of water collector, and humidity transducer 4 communication connection control mainboard 7. This hanging stove is through setting up water collector 5 and humidity transducer 4, when the water leakage phenomenon appears, water collector 5 can unify the water of collecting the leakage, and when the water in water collector 5 reached and set for the water level height, humidity transducer 4 can detect the water and feed back relevant information to control mainboard 7, and control mainboard 7 tentatively judges functional unit leakage water to close motorised valve 6 in order to cut the water route, and then effectively prevent to soak.
