Claims (10)

1. A wet desulphurization and whitening system comprises a desulphurization purification tower body (1), wherein a flue gas heater (2), a demisting system (3), a flue gas condensing system (4), a flue gas washing and purifying system (5) and a desulphurization absorption system (6) are arranged in the desulphurization purification tower from top to bottom, an outlet flue (7) is arranged at the top end of the desulphurization purification tower, and an inlet flue (8) is arranged at the bottom of the outer side of the desulphurization purification tower; it is characterized by also comprising a flue gas cooler (9), a flue gas washing water supply system for providing circulating water for the flue gas washing system and a flue gas condensation water supply system for providing circulating cooling water for the flue gas condensation system (4), the output end of the flue gas cooler (9) is communicated with the inlet flue (8), a cooling pipeline (10) is arranged inside the flue gas cooler (9), the output end of the cooling pipeline (10) is provided with a first circulating pump (11), the interior of the flue gas heater (2) is provided with a heating pipeline (12), the output end of the first circulating pump (11) is communicated with the input end of the heating pipeline (12), the output end of the heating pipeline (12) is communicated with the input end of the cooling pipeline (10), the demisting system (3) comprises a dehydration demister (13) and an electromagnetic whiting device (14), the electromagnetic de-whitening device (14) is positioned above the dehydration demister (13).

The wet desulphurization and white removal system according to claim 1, further comprising a flushing device, wherein the flushing device comprises a first water tank (15), a first water pump (16) and a flushing spray pipe (17), the flushing spray pipe (17) is installed above the electromagnetic desulphurization device (14), a plurality of groups of flushing nozzles are arranged at the bottom end of the flushing spray pipe (17) in a communication manner, the input end of the first water pump (16) is communicated with the first water tank (15), and the output end of the first water pump (16) is communicated with the flushing spray pipe (17).
3. A wet desulphurization and whitening system according to claim 2, characterized in that the electromagnetic whitening means (14) is an electromagnetic screen.

The wet desulphurization and whitening system according to claim 3, wherein the flue gas condensing system (4) and the flue gas washing system each comprise a spray atomizer (18) and a flue gas flow equalizing plate (19), the flue gas flow equalizing plate (19) comprises a plurality of groups of upper semicircular tubes (20) and a plurality of groups of lower semicircular tubes (21), the plurality of groups of upper semicircular tubes (20) are respectively staggered with the plurality of groups of lower semicircular tubes (21), the opening directions of the plurality of groups of upper semicircular tubes (20) are downward, the opening directions of the plurality of groups of lower semicircular tubes (21) are upward, and a water collecting pipeline (22) is arranged at the bottom end of the plurality of groups of lower semicircular tubes (21).

The wet desulphurization and whitening system according to claim 4, wherein the flue gas condensation water supply system comprises a first water storage tank (23), a second circulating pump (24), a third circulating pump (25), a heat exchanger (26), a water cooling tower (27) and a first water return pipe (28), the input end of the first water return pipe (28) is communicated with the water collecting pipeline (22) of the flue gas condensation system (4), the output end of the first water return pipe (28) is communicated with the water inlet of the first water storage tank (23), the input end of the second circulating pump (24) is communicated with the water outlet of the first water storage tank (23), the output end of the second circulating pump (24) is communicated with the circulating water input end of the heat exchanger (26), the circulating water output end of the heat exchanger (26) is communicated with the spray atomizer (18) of the flue gas condensation system (4), the input end of the third circulating pump (25) is communicated with the cold water output end of the water cooling tower (27), the output end of the third circulating pump (25) is communicated with the cooling water input end of the heat exchanger (26), and the cooling water output end of the heat exchanger (26) is communicated with the spraying system of the water cooling tower (27).

The wet desulphurization and whitening system according to claim 5, wherein the flue gas washing water supply system comprises a second water storage tank (29), a fourth circulating pump (30) and a second water return pipe (31), the input end of the second water return pipe (31) is communicated with the water collecting pipeline (22) of the flue gas washing system, the output end of the second water return pipe (31) is communicated with the water inlet of the second water storage tank (29), the input end of the fourth circulating pump (30) is communicated with the water outlet of the second water storage tank (29), and the output end of the fourth circulating pump (30) is communicated with the spray atomizer (18) of the flue gas washing system.

The system according to claim 6, wherein the first water storage tank (23) is installed at the top end of the second water storage tank (29), the first water storage tank (23) and the second water storage tank (29) are integrally formed, and a curved heat conducting plate (32) is arranged between the first water storage tank (23) and the second water storage tank (29).
8. The wet desulphurization and whitening system according to claim 7, wherein the cooling pipeline (10) and the heating pipeline (12) are both serpentine pipelines, and the outer sides of the serpentine pipelines are provided with H-shaped fins (33).

The wet desulphurization and white precipitation system of claim 8, wherein the desulphurization system comprises a fifth circulating pump (34) and a desulphurization spray device (35), the desulphurization spray device (35) is installed in the desulphurization purification tower, the input end of the fifth circulating pump (34) extends into the desulphurization purification tower, and the output end of the fifth circulating pump (34) is communicated with the desulphurization spray device (35).
10. A wet desulphurization and whitening system according to claim 9, characterized in that the dewatering mist eliminator (13) is provided in a plurality of groups.
