背景技术
1906年,爱迪生以钨丝为灯丝发明了家用电灯泡,从此,白炽灯、日光灯、节能灯、霓虹灯以及当代利用高科技发明的各种高科技照明装置如雨后春笋般登上照明的舞台,极大地方便了人们的生产和生活,随着医疗技术的发展,为外科手术设计而生的辅助照明装置也应运而生。
但是现有的外科手术照明装置大都是固定在手术台顶部,无法做到灵活移动,有很多光线难以照入的地方,是视线的死角,需要医生调整手术方位,影响手术的进程和质量,而且照明装置大都是一个整体,配置简单,容易导致光线不均匀,而对于长时间的手术照明,灯体不易散热,会产生较高的热量,容易老化,光衰严重,故障率高。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种外科手术辅助照明装置,解决了现有外科手术辅助照明装置配置单一,导致光照不均匀,在外科手术进行时,灯体无法做到灵活移动,在使用过程中极为不便,影响医务人员对病人进行手术,且灯体不易散热,可靠性差,光衰严重,故障率高的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种外科手术辅助照明装置,包括底座,所述底座顶端固定连接支撑台,所述支撑台顶端固定连接支撑杆,所述支撑杆内部滑动连接伸缩杆,所述支撑杆表面安装有控制装置,所述支撑杆一端与横梁左端固定连接,所述横梁右端可拆卸连接有散热装置,所述散热装置底端设有金属定型软管,所述金属定型软管与照明灯体活动连接,所述照明灯体内部设有反光层。
优选的,所述伸缩杆贯穿支撑杆内部,且伸缩杆底端与驱动电机输出轴固定连接,所述照明灯体、驱动电机与控制装置均通过控制电路板有导线相连,所述控制装置上设有总开关、指示灯、下降按钮、上升按钮和显示屏,所述支撑杆和升缩杆连接处安装有锁扣。

(2)、该外科手术辅助照明装置,通过照明灯体与控制装置通过导线相连,照明灯体内部设有反光层,反光层中心安装有聚光灯,聚光灯周围环形分布LED灯,反光层周围固定连接紫外线灯圈,可以随意调节灯线的上下左右照射角度,大大提高了手术效率,同时反光层、聚光灯和LED灯的配合使用可以让光照更加均匀,减少视觉盲区,另外紫外线灯圈能起到杀菌消毒作用。
(3)、该外科手术辅助照明装置,通过转接体固定连接排热风扇,散热装置表面设有散热孔,在灯体使用过程中启动散热模式,能够使灯体产生的热量进行分散,降低灯体的温度,延长照明装置的使用寿命。

工作原理:工作时将该装置借助底部滑轮15推至所需要的位置,连接电源,开打控制装置16上总开关161,指示灯162亮起,照明模式开启,驱动电机21开始工作,控制电路板22与控制装置16电性相连,长按上升按钮164,驱动电机21控制伸缩杆4在支撑杆3内上滑直到所需高度,松开上升按钮164即可固定,反之,需要下降到指定高度,长按下降按钮163就可以实现伸缩杆4下降,把升缩杆4调到合适位置后,手动调节金属定型软管7弯曲方向,通过金属定型软管7内部金属弹簧钢线和外部螺旋纹在立体空间弯曲定型,可以将照明灯体8固定至手术所需要的角度,方便医护人员的工作,照明灯体8中反光层9将光线集中,避免光照不均匀的现象,同时,散热装置6中的转接体14带动排热风扇13,排热风扇13旋转扇叶,吸收照明灯体8产生的热量,通过散热孔12和散热条网81将热源排出,达到降温效果。
本发明的,底座-1、支撑台-2、驱动电机-21、控制电路板-22、支撑杆-3、伸缩杆-4、横梁-5、散热装置-6、金属定型软管-7、照明灯体-8、散热条网-81、反光层-9、聚光灯-91、紫外线灯圈-92、LED灯-93、螺纹卡槽-10、螺纹卡盘-11、散热孔-12、排热风扇-13、转接体-14、滑轮-15、控制装置-16、总开关-161、指示灯-162、下降按钮163、上升按钮164、显示屏-165、锁扣-17,部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知,本发明解决的问题是现有外科手术辅助照明装置存在无法灵活移动,照射角度不方便调节,光照不均匀,在使用过程中极为不便,影响医务人员对病人进行手术,且灯体不易散热,可靠性差,光衰严重,故障率高照明力弱,导致其寿命特别短需要频繁更换,在手术室使用也具有很大局限性的问题,本发明通过上述部件的互相组合,可以实现照明装置位置的自由移动,灵活调节所需要照明的高度和角度,方便医护人员因地制宜的使用,扩大进行外科手术照明时的照射角度范围,使得光照角度可以随意调整,且光照分布均匀,有效的减少了视觉盲区,其散热模式可以使照明灯体产生的热量进行分散,降低照明灯体附近的温度,提高照明灯体的使用寿命。

1.一种外科手术辅助照明装置,其特征在于:包括底座(1),所述底座(1)顶端固定连接支撑台(2),所述支撑台(2)顶端固定连接支撑杆(3),所述支撑杆(3)内部滑动连接伸缩杆(4),所述支撑杆(3)表面安装有控制装置(16),所述支撑杆(3)一端与横梁(5)左端固定连接,所述横梁(5)右端可拆卸连接有散热装置(6),所述散热装置(6)底端设有金属定型软管(7),所述金属定型软管(7)与照明灯体(8)活动连接,所述照明灯体(8)内部设有反光层(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外科手术辅助照明装置,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆(4)贯穿支撑杆(3)内部,且伸缩杆(4)底端与驱动电机(21)输出轴固定连接,所述照明灯体(8)、驱动电机(21)与控制装置(16)均通过控制电路板(22)有导线相连,所述控制装置(16)上设有总开关(161)、指示灯(162)、下降按钮(163)、上升按钮(164)和显示屏(165),所述支撑杆(3)和升缩杆(4)连接处安装有锁扣(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种外科手术辅助照明装置,其特征在于:所述散热装置(6)内部设有转接体(14),所述转接体(14)固定连接排热风扇(13),所述散热装置(6)表面设有散热孔(12)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种外科手术辅助照明装置,其特征在于:所述反光层(9)中心安装有聚光灯(91),所述聚光灯(91)周围环形分布LED灯(93),所述反光层(9)周围固定连接紫外线灯圈(92)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种外科手术辅助照明装置,其特征在于:所述散热装置(6)顶端内部设有螺纹卡槽(10),所述螺纹卡槽(10)可拆卸连接螺纹卡盘(11)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种外科手术辅助照明装置,其特征在于:所述底座(1)底部安装有滑轮(15)。
