The embodiment of the invention provides a natural gas pipeline leakage detection method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring two detection nodes which are selected on a pipeline and need to be detected; acquiring flow detection information of corresponding positions according to the positions of the two detection nodes; taking the difference value of the two pieces of flow detection information as judgment information; comparing the judgment information with preset flow threshold information, and if the numerical value corresponding to the judgment information is larger than the numerical value corresponding to the flow threshold information, forming leakage information; and if the numerical value corresponding to the judgment information is less than or equal to the numerical value corresponding to the flow threshold information, forming normal information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the flow detection information is obtained according to the two selected detection nodes needing to be detected, and whether leakage occurs is judged based on the difference condition of the two flow detection information; if the leakage does not exist, the flow detection information of the two detection nodes does not have great difference in general and only has some slight floating changes; and once the flow detection information of the two detection nodes is greatly different, the situation that leakage may occur between the two detection nodes is described, so that corresponding leakage information needs to be formed for feedback, and unnecessary risks caused by leakage but unknown are avoided.

The embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings attached hereto.
The embodiment of the invention provides a natural gas pipeline leakage detection method, and the main flow of the method is described as follows.
As shown in fig. 1:
step 1000: and acquiring two detection nodes which are selected on the pipeline and need to be detected.
The natural gas pipeline is preset with a plurality of detection nodes, and the detection nodes can be uniformly distributed on the natural gas pipeline; the detection nodes can also be unevenly distributed on the natural gas pipeline, namely, the detection nodes are arranged according to actual requirements. In the process of selecting two detection nodes, the two detection nodes can be selected manually, or the two detection nodes can be selected randomly by a system or according to a set rule; if the detection node is manually selected, manually triggering a corresponding button to acquire two corresponding detection nodes, wherein the triggered button can be a mechanical button or a virtual button on a touch screen; if the system selects the detection node, the detection node selected by the system can be directly obtained.
Step 2000: and acquiring the flow detection information of the corresponding position according to the positions of the two detection nodes.
The method comprises the steps that a plurality of detection nodes are preset on a natural gas pipeline, each detection node is provided with a flow sensor, and the flow sensors are used for acquiring flow detection information of the detection nodes at the current positions.
Step 3000: taking the difference value of the two pieces of flow detection information as judgment information; and comparing the judgment information with preset flow threshold information.
The method for judging whether leakage occurs is judged based on a flow balance method, namely flow detection information at two detection nodes of a pipeline is analyzed and judged by utilizing the principle that fluid is transmitted in the pipeline and flows in and out; if the difference exists between the numbers corresponding to the two pieces of flow detection information, the leakage of the pipeline can be judged to possibly occur; to avoid the effects of some interference, traffic threshold information is set for comparison.
Step 4100: and if the numerical value corresponding to the judgment information is larger than the numerical value corresponding to the flow threshold information, leakage information is formed.
Step 4200: and if the numerical value corresponding to the judgment information is less than or equal to the numerical value corresponding to the flow threshold information, forming normal information.
If there is no leakage, the traffic detection information of the two detection nodes will not have a large difference and will only have some slight floating changes in general; and once the flow detection information of the two detection nodes is greatly different, the situation that leakage may occur between the two detection nodes is described, so that corresponding leakage information needs to be formed for feedback, and unnecessary risks caused by leakage but unknown are avoided.
In the process of laying pipelines of urban natural gas, the lengths of partial pipelines are relatively long, so that the positions where leakage occurs can be quickly located, the distance between two detection nodes is analyzed after the two detection nodes are obtained, once the distance between the two detection nodes is large, further analysis and judgment are carried out, the step can be independently carried out or can be carried out after the step 1000, and adjustment and setting can be carried out according to actual conditions; as shown in fig. 2, the method specifically related to the fast location of the leak is as follows:
step 5100: and acquiring distance information between the two detection nodes.
Each detection node is a preset position, so that the distance between two adjacent detection nodes is stored in a corresponding database in advance, namely the distance between the two detection nodes can be obtained through accumulation calculation according to the two selected detection nodes.
Step 5200: the distance information is compared with preset distance threshold information.
Wherein, the distance area information can be set according to the actual situation. Whether the distance between the two selected detection nodes is too long or not is judged by comparing the distance information with the distance threshold value information, and the situation that the specific leakage position is not easy to know due to the fact that the distance between the two detection nodes is too long is avoided.
Step 5310: and if the value corresponding to the distance information is smaller than the value corresponding to the distance threshold information, taking the difference value of the two pieces of flow detection information corresponding to the two selected detection nodes as judgment information to judge whether the leakage exists.
The distance between the two detection nodes is smaller than the preset distance, which indicates that the distance between the two detection nodes is smaller, so that whether leakage occurs between the two detection nodes can be directly judged.
Step 5320: and if the numerical value corresponding to the distance information is larger than the numerical value corresponding to the distance threshold information, acquiring other detection nodes on the pipeline and between the two selected detection nodes.
If the distance between the two detection nodes is greater than the preset distance, the distance between the two detection nodes is larger, and the corresponding leakage point cannot be quickly located, so that whether other detection nodes exist between the two selected detection nodes is analyzed and judged.
Step 5321: and judging whether other detection nodes exist between the two selected detection nodes.
Step 5322: and if no other detection node exists between the two selected detection nodes, taking the difference value of the two pieces of flow detection information corresponding to the two selected detection nodes as judgment information to judge whether leakage exists.
Step 5323: if at least one other detection node exists between the two selected detection nodes; and acquiring the traffic detection information corresponding to other detection nodes, and sequentially taking the difference value of the two traffic detection information corresponding to the two adjacent detection nodes as judgment information to judge whether leakage exists.
The method comprises the steps that once the distance between two detection nodes is larger than a preset distance, whether other detection nodes exist between the two detection nodes needs to be judged, and if the other detection nodes do not exist, the flow detection information of the two selected detection nodes is directly analyzed to judge whether leakage occurs; if other detection nodes exist, analyzing and judging the flow detection information of every two adjacent detection nodes, and determining the leakage position by analyzing the leakage condition between the two detection nodes. As for the method for determining whether leakage occurs, the determination methods in step 3000, step 4100 and step 4200 may be directly adopted, that is, the difference between two pieces of traffic detection information corresponding to two detection nodes is used as determination information, and the determination information is compared with the traffic threshold information; if the numerical value corresponding to the judgment information is larger than the numerical value corresponding to the flow threshold information, leakage information is formed; and if the numerical value corresponding to the judgment information is less than or equal to the numerical value corresponding to the flow threshold information, forming normal information.
Once a leakage occurs, maintenance needs to be performed as soon as possible, so that a corresponding maintenance person needs to be allocated to a position where the leakage occurs, as shown in fig. 3, a specific maintenance task allocation method is as follows:
step 6100: in the process of judging whether leakage occurs or not, if the difference value of two pieces of flow detection information corresponding to two detection nodes is larger than the numerical value corresponding to the flow threshold information, marking the two adjacent detection nodes to leak the marking information.
The marking mode can adopt a color changing mode, and can also adopt a mode of highlighting and displaying two detection nodes needing to be marked, such as thickening and displaying; after the mark is finished, the staff can be reminded to process, and meanwhile, follow-up calling is facilitated.
Step 6200: and calling leakage position information of the position corresponding to the marked detection node according to the leakage mark information.
The position of each detection node is pre-stored in the corresponding database, so that the position corresponding to the marked detection node can be called according to the marked detection node corresponding to the leakage marking information, and the position is defined as the leakage position information.
Step 6300: forming a search area by using the leakage position information as a central point and a preset diameter.
In order to quickly execute the maintenance task, the position corresponding to the leakage position information is used as a central point to search for the maintenance personnel, the maintenance personnel can be ensured to reach the position corresponding to the leakage position information in time, and the diameter corresponding to the search area can be set according to the actual situation.
Step 6400: and acquiring personnel positioning information of maintenance personnel.
The maintenance personnel have a mobile terminal, which can be a portable terminal such as a mobile phone and a tablet personal computer, and the portable terminal is loaded with corresponding software so as to realize functions of receiving maintenance tasks, feeding back maintenance results and the like; the portable terminal has a GPS positioning element by which the person positioning information of the corresponding person is acquired.
Step 6500: and judging whether the personnel positioning information is positioned in the searching area.
Step 6510: if no personnel positioning information exists in the search area, the corresponding diameter is enlarged to update the corresponding search area, and whether the personnel positioning information exists in the search area is judged again until the personnel positioning information exists in the search area.
Step 6520: and if the personnel positioning information exists in the search area, sending maintenance task information to personnel corresponding to the personnel positioning information.
Step 6530: and if at least two pieces of personnel positioning information exist in the search area, sending maintenance task information on the principle of near according to the distances between the plurality of pieces of personnel positioning information and the leakage position information.
Wherein, directly distributing related maintenance personnel after forming leakage mark information; in the distribution process, acquiring personnel positioning information of maintenance personnel, realizing distribution according to whether the personnel positioning information is positioned in a search area, and if no maintenance personnel exist in the search area, enlarging the diameter of the search area and judging and analyzing again; if a maintenance person exists in the search area, directly assigning maintenance task information to the maintenance person; if the search area has a plurality of maintenance personnel, the maintenance task information is assigned to the corresponding maintenance personnel according to the principle of proximity.
After the maintenance is completed, the position where the leakage occurs is detected again to ensure that the maintenance task is completed satisfactorily, as shown in fig. 4, the specific method for rechecking the maintenance task is as follows:
step 7100: and acquiring the repair information of the designated maintenance personnel.
The maintenance personnel have a mobile terminal through which relevant repair information can be fed back, and the feedback process can be fed back in a mechanical key triggering mode or a virtual key triggering mode.
Step 7200: and according to the repair information, the difference value of the two pieces of flow detection information of the two adjacent detection nodes corresponding to the leakage marking information is used as judgment information to judge whether leakage exists.
Step 7310: and if the numerical value corresponding to the judgment information is larger than the numerical value corresponding to the flow threshold information, forming the still leakage information and feeding the still leakage information back to the designated maintenance personnel.
Step 7320: and if the numerical value corresponding to the judgment information is less than or equal to the numerical value corresponding to the flow threshold information, deleting the leakage marking information.
After the maintenance personnel finish the maintenance, feeding back corresponding repair information, carrying out detection judgment again according to the repair information, and if the repair information is judged to be still leakage, continuously feeding back the leakage information to the corresponding maintenance personnel; if it is judged that the leakage has not occurred any more, the leakage flag information is directly deleted.
In an urban natural gas pipeline, an air outlet node may exist between two detection nodes, and if the air outlet node is in an open state, the flow detection information of the two detection nodes is greatly changed; therefore, whether the air outlet node exists between the two detection nodes is judged, and the risk of misjudgment is reduced; the specific misjudgment detection method comprises the following steps:
if the value corresponding to the determination information is greater than the value corresponding to the flow threshold information, further determining whether the determination is a false determination, as shown in fig. 5, the specific method is as follows:
step 8100: and judging whether an air outlet node exists between the two detection nodes which correspondingly form the judgment information.
The natural gas pipeline is preset with a plurality of gas outlet nodes, and the gas outlet nodes are positions for accessing users; the position corresponding to each air outlet node is stored in a corresponding database so as to be called later; in the process of judging whether the air outlet node exists between the two detection nodes, the data in the database is directly called to obtain the result.
Step 8200: and if the air outlet node does not exist, leakage information is formed.
Step 8300: and if at least one air outlet node exists, acquiring flow detection information corresponding to the air outlet node.
Step 8400: and analyzing according to the flow detection information corresponding to all the air outlet nodes and the flow detection information corresponding to the two detection nodes forming the judgment information to judge whether air leakage occurs or not.
Step 8500: sequentially defining two detection nodes forming judgment information as a front detection node and a rear detection node according to the natural gas transmission direction; and sequentially subtracting the flow detection information corresponding to all the air outlet nodes and the flow detection information corresponding to the rear detection node from the flow detection information corresponding to the front detection node to form verification information.
Step 8600: and if the numerical value corresponding to the checking information is larger than the numerical value corresponding to the flow threshold information, forming leakage information.
Step 8700: and if the numerical value corresponding to the checking information is less than or equal to the numerical value corresponding to the flow threshold information, forming normal information.
If the air outlet node does not exist, the condition that the numerical value corresponding to the judgment information is larger than the numerical value corresponding to the flow threshold information is caused by leakage, and temporary large-amplitude change is not caused by user use; if the air outlet node exists, the flow of all the air outlet nodes and the flow of the rear detection node are sequentially subtracted from the flow of the front detection node, the calculation result is used as checking information, and if the number corresponding to the checking information is larger than the flow threshold value, the leakage condition is possibly caused; otherwise, it is indicated that the large change of the flow detection information of the two detection nodes is caused by the fact that the air outlet node is in the open state.
