The heat preservation method for the mixing pile machine conveying pipeline in the cold area has the advantages that the device structure is simple, the construction is convenient, cement mortar is heated and preserved heat by the heat tracing band in the conveying process, the cement mortar is prevented from freezing and blocking the pipe in the conveying process, the production efficiency is improved, the temperature of the cement mortar entering the pile foundation is guaranteed, the pile body strength increasing speed is guaranteed, the pile foundation maintenance time is reduced, the construction period is shortened, the cement mortar is heated and preserved heat by the heat tracing band in the conveying process, and the cement mortar is prevented from freezing and blocking the pipe in the conveying process and is prevented from being continuously constructed.

Background

Example 1
The heat-insulating pipeline of the mixing pile machine conveying pipeline comprises a cement mortar conveying pipe 1, a heat tracing band 2, a rubber-plastic heat-insulating sleeve 3 and a plastic buckle 4 from the inner layer to the outer layer.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a heat insulation structure of a conveying pipeline of a mixing pile machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a side view of fig. 1. As shown in the figure, the outer side of the cement mortar conveying pipe is wound with a heat tracing band 2, then a rubber and plastic heat-insulating sleeve 3 is added, and finally a plastic buckle 4 is arranged on the outer side of the rubber and plastic heat-insulating sleeve.

The rubber-plastic heat-insulating material is rich in flexibility, can be installed together with the pipeline after being sleeved on the pipeline, and can also be adhered by glue or adhesive tape after the heat-insulating material is longitudinally cut and wrapped on the pipeline, so that the tightness of the whole system is ensured, the heat-insulating property of the whole system is ensured, external cold air is isolated, and the temperature loss of the heat tracing band is reduced.
3. And fixing the rubber-plastic heat-insulating pipe by plastic buckles every 300mm to enable the cement mortar conveying pipe, the automatic temperature control electric tracing band and the rubber-plastic heat-insulating sleeve to form a whole.
