The invention is purely mechanically designed, has no electric element, is convenient to maintain and repair, and is safe and reliable; the structure is relatively simplified, the maintenance is convenient, and the cost is saved; the device can automatically brake as long as the steering wheel is not moved, and the condition that the vehicle cannot be braked under the condition that the foot is forgotten to step on or the air is cut off in the traditional foot valve type is avoided.
