compared with the prior art, on one hand, the filtering pipe 8, the screening seat 24 and the screen 25 are matched for use, so that the problem that the self-priming sewage pump is easy to block can be solved, water flow is extracted from a water pumping area through the water suction pipe, the water flow enters the filtering pipe 8 through the water suction pipe, when the water flow passes through the filtering pipe 8 and moves to one side of the water inlet connecting pipe 6, impurities in the water flow are filtered and screened by the screening seat 24, the impurities in the water flow are filtered and isolated by the screen 25, the screening seat 24 can rotate back and forth in the filtering pipe 8 through the connecting column 18, the water flow can be guided through the plurality of guide holes 28 and the screen 25, the blocking effect of the screening seat 24 on the water flow can be relieved, and the first sealing gasket 21 and the second sealing gasket 22 play a sealing role between the connecting column 18 and the filtering pipe 8, preventing water from leaking from the gap between the connecting column 18 and the filtering pipe 8; the water flow after screening and filtering flows into the impeller 14 through the water inlet connecting pipe 6, the water flow is conveyed into the water outlet connecting pipe 5 through the rotation of the impeller 14, the water flow is discharged through the water outlet connecting pipe 5, after the water pumping is finished, the motor 2 is stopped to work, and the backflow of the water flow is prevented through the check valve 31; the impurity in the sewage can be effectively filtered and screened, the foreign matters are prevented from entering the self-priming sewage pump, the influence of the impurity on the work of the self-priming sewage pump is eliminated, and the suction stroke effect of the self-priming sewage pump can be effectively improved;
on the other hand disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the connecting ring 9, the fixing hole, the first observation window 32 and the second observation window 33 are matched for use, so that the problem that sundries filtered in the self-suction sewage pump are inconvenient to observe and treat can be solved; one end of the filter pipe 8 is fixedly connected with the water inlet connecting pipe 6 through threads, the other end of the filter pipe 8 is connected with the water suction pipe through the connecting ring 9, one end of the water suction pipe is placed in a water suction area to suck water, the screening condition of sundries on the screen mesh 25 is observed through the first observation window 32 and the second observation window 33, the water suction pipe is separated from the filter pipe 8 after water suction is finished, the filter pipe 8 is separated from the water inlet connecting pipe 6, the filter pipe 8 is horizontally placed on the ground, and the sundries on the screen mesh 25 are washed and cleaned by using purified water, so that the filtering condition of the sundries can be observed conveniently, the sundries can be cleaned timely, and the influence of the sundries on the self-suction sewage pump work is eliminated to improve the work efficiency.

A high suction lift self-priming sewage pump which is not easy to block is characterized by comprising a pump body (4) and a filter pipe (8), the filter pipe (8) is positioned at one side of the pump body (4), the other side of the pump body (4) is connected with the motor (2) and the coupling (3), the coupling (3) is positioned between the motor (2) and the pump body (4), a water outlet connecting pipe (5) is arranged at the upper end of the pump body (4), a water inlet connecting pipe (6) is arranged at one side of the pump body (4) far away from the motor (2), the water inlet connecting pipe (6) is positioned between the filter pipe (8) and the pump body (4), the lower parts of the motor (2) and the pump body (4) are both connected with a supporting base (1), a first fixed seat (11) is arranged between the motor (2) and the supporting base (1), a second fixed seat (12) is arranged between the pump body (4) and the supporting base (1);
one side that pump body (4) were kept away from in filter tube (8) is provided with go-between (9) and water guide mouth (10), water guide mouth (10) are located the inside of go-between (9), the inside through connection of filter tube (8) has spliced pole (18), solid fixed ring (23) are installed to the surface of spliced pole (18) near the position in the middle, the surface of solid fixed ring (23) is connected with screening seat (24), the internally mounted of screening seat (24) has screen cloth (25).
2. The high suction lift self-priming sewage pump not prone to blockage according to claim 1, wherein a first clamping seat (19) and a second clamping seat (20) are installed at positions, close to two sides, inside of the filtering pipe (8), a first sealing gasket (21) is installed at one side, away from the filtering pipe (8), of the first clamping seat (19), a second sealing gasket (22) is installed at one side, away from the filtering pipe (8), of the second clamping seat (20), the connecting column (18) penetrates through the inside of the first clamping seat (19), the second clamping seat (20), the first sealing gasket (21) and the second sealing gasket (22), and an isolating ring (26) is connected between the connecting column (18) and the first sealing gasket (21).

The high suction lift self-priming sewage pump not prone to blockage according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of supporting columns (27) are connected between the screening seat (24) and the fixing ring (23), a third fixing seat (29) and a fourth fixing seat (30) are respectively installed on two sides of each supporting column (27), the supporting columns (27) are connected with the fixing ring (23) in a welded mode through the third fixing seats (29), the supporting columns (27) are fixed with the screening seat (24) in a welded mode through the fourth fixing seats (30), and a plurality of flow guide holes (28) are formed in the supporting columns (27).

The high suction lift self-priming sewage pump not easy to be blocked according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of said supporting columns (27) are symmetrically arranged and distributed in the interior of the screening seat (24), and said screening seat (24) is welded and fixed with the fixing ring (23) through the supporting columns (27).

The high suction lift self-priming sewage pump not easy to block according to claim 1, wherein a check valve (31) is installed inside the water outlet connection pipe (5), the upper end of the water inlet connection pipe (6) is connected with an inlet check valve (13), the inlet check valve (13) penetrates into the water inlet connection pipe (6), an impeller (14) is arranged inside the pump body (4), one side, close to the motor (2), of the inside of the pump body (4) is connected with a sealing ring (15), a bearing seat (16) and a pump shaft (17), the sealing ring (15) and the bearing seat (16) are both located on the outer surface of the pump shaft (17), and the sealing ring (15) is located on one side of the bearing seat (16).

The high suction lift self-priming sewage pump not easy to block up according to claim 1, wherein the rear end of the pump body (4) is provided with a water tank (7), the upper end of the water tank (7) is provided with a water injection valve, one side of the filter pipe (8) is embedded with a first observation window (32) and a second observation window (33), and the first observation window (32) is positioned above the second observation window (33).

The high suction lift self-priming sewage pump not prone to clogging according to claim 1, characterized in that the screening base (24) and the fixed ring (23) are both cylindrical, and the screening base (24) is rotated back and forth inside the filtering pipe (8) through the connection column (18).
8. The high suction lift self-priming sewage pump not easy to block up of claim 1, wherein the water inlet connection pipe (6) is fixed with the filtering pipe (8) by screw thread, and one side of the connection ring (9) far away from the pump body (4) is provided with a plurality of fixing holes.

the method comprises the following steps: the pump body (4) is transported and installed on the ground of a water pumping area through the supporting base (1), liquid storage water is injected into the water tank (7) after the water injection valve is rotated anticlockwise, the water tank (7) is closed by rotating the water injection valve clockwise, one end of the filter pipe (8) is fixedly connected with the water inlet connecting pipe (6) through threads, the other end of the filter pipe (8) is connected with the water suction pipe through the connecting ring (9), and one end of the water suction pipe is placed in the water pumping area;
step two: the power supply is switched on to start the motor (2), water flow is extracted from a water pumping area through the water suction pipe and enters the filter pipe (8), when the water flow passes through the filter pipe (8) and moves to one side of the water inlet connecting pipe (6), the screening seat (24) filters and screens sundries in the water flow, the screen (25) filters and isolates the sundries in the water flow, and the screening condition of the sundries on the screen (25) is observed through the first observation window (32) and the second observation window (33);
step three: the water flow after screening and filtering flows into the impeller (14) through the water inlet connecting pipe (6), the water flow is conveyed into the water outlet connecting pipe (5) through the rotation of the impeller (14), the water flow is discharged through the water outlet connecting pipe (5), after water pumping is finished, the motor (2) is stopped to work, and the water flow is prevented from flowing back in the water outlet connecting pipe (5) through the rotation of the check valve (31);
step four: separating the water suction pipe from the filter pipe (8), separating the filter pipe (8) from the water inlet connecting pipe (6), horizontally placing the filter pipe (8) on the ground, and washing and cleaning impurities on the screen (25) by using purified water.
