Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of embroidery, in particular to an embroidery method of an animal wool-like embroidery badge.
Background
The embroidery is a process for embroidering patterns on cloth, and the embroidery seal is used for embroidering patterns on cloth marks on the shoes and the clothes. The figure pattern can be designed into an animal shape by the arrangement of colors and the arrangement of modeling, but most of the existing embroidery threads have flat or inverted U-shaped fluff shapes which are greatly different from the shapes and handfeel of real animal hair. The embroidery thread for toothbrush embroidery can be in a vertical thread form, but the embroidery thread which is stiff needs to be cut flat in a flat cutting machine, otherwise, the embroidery thread can only be flattened by a hair shaving machine, and the working efficiency of the hair shaving machine is very low. The stiff embroidery thread feels stiff.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide an embroidering method of an animal wool-like embroidered badge with more real shape and hand feeling.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical solution of the invention is as follows: an embroidery method of an animal wool-like embroidery badge comprises the following steps:
s1, arranging a strippable cushion layer on the front surface of a base fabric to form the base fabric;
s2, embroidering the base cloth by an embroidery needle of the embroidery machine from the front side of the base cloth, embroidering embroidery patterns on the base cloth by embroidering embroidery threads, wherein the upper ends of the embroidery patterns are positioned on the front side of the cushion layer, and the lower ends of the embroidery patterns are positioned on the back side of the base cloth;
s3, hot-pressing hot melt adhesive on the back of the base fabric, and fixing the lower end of the embroidery pattern on the back of the base fabric by using the hot melt adhesive;
s4, cutting the upper end of the embroidery pattern to be flat, and breaking the upper end of the embroidery pattern to form a hair shape;
s5, stripping the cushion layer from the base fabric;
and S6, trimming the base fabric to form the embroidery seal.
The height of the wool of the embroidery badge is generally more than 2mm, so that the embroidery badge can have good shape and hand feeling, the cushion layer can cushion the embroidery pattern to a certain height, then the top of the embroidery pattern is cut off, so that the embroidery thread is in a wool shape with the distributed root, and the embroidery badge can be embroidered in a common mode. The existence of the cushion layer enables the embroidery pattern to be cushioned and not pressed down when the hot melt adhesive on the back of the base fabric is hot pressed. The cushion layer can fix the embroidery pattern, so that the upper end of the embroidery pattern is flat after the base cloth is cut flat by the peeler or the flat cutting machine. When the cushion layer is finally stripped from the base fabric, the cushion layer can straighten the embroidery threads of the embroidery patterns, so that the embroidery threads are straighter and straighter. The cushion layer is used as a support, stiff materials are not needed for the hair of the embroidery badge, and the soft hair-imitating effect can be achieved by using common embroidery materials.
Preferably, the cushion layer is a compressible, resilient material. When the cushion layer is embroidered, the thickness of the cushion layer is compressed to 2-4mm from 7mm, the compressed cushion layer can tension the embroidery pattern, the embroidery pattern is cut flat in the tensioned state, and the cut flat embroidery pattern is more level.
Preferably, the backing layer is a foam board or an ionic cloth having a thickness of at least 7 mm. The cushion layer can be composed of a plurality of layers of ion cloth, and the ion cloth can be felt cloth.
Preferably, the mat layer includes at least two layers of mats, and further includes, between steps S4 and S5, the steps of:
and S4-1, peeling the upper cloth liner of the cushion layer from the base cloth, at least keeping the lowest cloth liner, and performing transfer printing on the embroidery pattern on the front surface of the base cloth. When embroidering, various colors of embroidery threads can be used to embroider various colors of patterns, but when embroidering some patterns with gradually changed colors, the matching of the embroidery threads becomes complicated and the embroidering effect is not good. By transfer printing the embroidery pattern on the front surface of the base fabric, more flexible pattern color expression can be realized. The cloth liner at the lowest layer is used for peeling off after the embroidery pattern is printed, because the temperature of the transfer printing is very high at 180-210 ℃, and the heat pressing is about 1min, the fur of the embroidery pattern peeled off from the cloth liner at the upper layer can be pressed down, and the cloth liner at the lowest layer can be peeled off from the base fabric after the transfer printing is finished, so that the pressed fur can be straightened and stretched.
Preferably, the blanket includes a plurality of blankets, and the blankets of the blanket are sequentially peeled from top to bottom a plurality of times each time one or more of the blankets are peeled off and the embroidery pattern on the front surface of the base fabric is transfer-printed after each peeling of the blankets at step S4-1. The multi-layer cloth liner is peeled for multiple times and is subjected to transfer printing after being peeled, so that different colors can be formed at different heights of the wool of the embroidery pattern, and the color effect of the embroidery pattern is enriched.
Preferably, the back of the base fabric is attached with a hot melt adhesive film, the back of the hot melt adhesive film is provided with release paper, and in step S3, the hot melt adhesive film fixes the lower end of the embroidery pattern on the back of the base fabric through hot pressing. The temperature of transfer printing is higher, if the bed course is too thin, the hot melt adhesive can also be partly heated and melted when the base cloth is in transfer printing, and the release paper can avoid the hot melt adhesive from overflowing after melting.
Preferably, the embroidery thread is composed of a plurality of yarns, each of the embroidery threads includes at least two yarns having different heat shrinkages, and the method further includes the steps between steps S4 and S5 of:
s4-2, heating the front surface of the cushion layer to shrink at least one yarn in the embroidery threads of the embroidery pattern. Thus, the embroidery thread is heated to show the form of less upper yarn and more lower yarn, the whole embroidery pattern has the effects of thin and flat upper wool and dense lower wool, the hair form of some animals can be more accurately simulated, and the more real visual effect and hand feeling are realized.
Preferably, the base fabric is trimmed along the outer contour of the embroidered pattern by a laser in step S6.
Preferably, the base fabric is artificial leather or high-density fabric, so that the hot melt adhesive cannot penetrate into the front side of the base fabric to adhere to the cushion layer after being melted.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the cushion layer can be used for cushioning the embroidery pattern to a certain height and then cutting off the top of the embroidery pattern to enable embroidery threads to be in a hair shape with one root distributed to simulate the hair of an animal. The existence of the cushion layer enables the embroidery pattern to be prevented from being pressed down when hot melt adhesive on the back of the base fabric is hot pressed, and the cushion layer can fix the embroidery pattern, so that the upper end of the embroidery pattern is smoother after the base fabric is cut flat by a peeling machine or a flat cutting machine, and the cushion layer can straighten the wool of the embroidery pattern and straighten the wool when the cushion layer is finally stripped from the base fabric. The hair of the embroidery seal made by the method is not hard, the color is rich, and the simulation degree is higher.
