It should be noted that, when the pushing mechanism 4 pushes the packaging bag 10, the pushing cylinder 41 pushes outwards, the spring member 45 between the connecting rods 43 opens, so that the included angle between the connecting rods 43 becomes larger, the top rod 47 on the end of the connecting rod 43 pushes against the bottom of the packaging bag 10 to push outwards, when the packaging bag 10 enters the packaging bag box 32, the center of the packaging bag 10 abuts against the protrusion 321, then the packaging bag 10 turns downwards along the edge of the packaging bag box 32, so that the packaging bag 10 is reversely sleeved on the protrusion 321, when the pushing mechanism 4 pushes the packaging bag 10, the top rod 47 on the pushing mechanism 4 abuts against the protrusion 321, so that the protrusion 321 moves downwards, the included angle between the clamp plate 331 and the side wall of the packaging bag box 32 is opened by the change of the included angles of the sliding push rod 334 and the hinge connecting rod 335, and the opening edge of the packaging bag 10 enters the included angle between the clamp plate 331 and the side wall of the packaging bag box 32, in the recycling process of the pushing cylinder 41, the clamping plate 331 is reset, the opening edge of the packaging bag 10 is clamped by the clamping plate 331, the packaging bag 10 is fixed in the packaging bag box 10, and the packaging bag 10 is convenient to transfer and convey.
The working process comprises the following steps:
the conveying motor 15 is operated to rotate the conveying roller 14, the conveying roller 14 inputs the packaging bag 10 between the suction plates 261 symmetrically arranged on the adsorption component 26, when the packaging bag 10 is input to the adsorption area 264 between the suction plates 261 from the upper bag mechanism 1, the gear 273 is just positioned at the middle position of the first rack 274, when the second rotary driving member 24 drives the rotary mounting frame 25 to rotate downwards along the vertical direction, the gear 273 is firstly matched with the first rack 274 to fold the suction plate 261 to clamp the packaging bag 10, then when the gear 273 is matched with the second rack 275, the suction plate 261 moves backwards to open the packaging bag 10, when the suction plate 261 vertically downwards, the second rotary driving member 24 stops working, then the first rotary driving member 22 rotates to drive the packaging bag 10 to be transferred to the position right above the continuous conveying mechanism 3, when the pushing mechanism 4 pushes the packaging bag 10, the pushing cylinder 41 pushes outwards, the spring member 45 between the connecting bars 43 is opened to make the angle of the connecting bars 43 larger, the ejector pin 47 on the end of the connecting bar 43 pushes the bottom of the packing bag 10 outwards, when the packing bag 10 enters the packing bag box 32, the center of the packing bag 10 is abutted against the protrusion 321, and then the packing bag 10 is turned up downwards along the edge of the packing bag box 32, so that the packing bag 10 is reversely sleeved on the protrusion 321, when the pushing mechanism 4 pushes the packaging bag 10, the push rod 47 on the pushing mechanism 4 is abutted against the protrusion 321, so that the protrusion 321 moves downwards, the angle between the clamping plate 331 and the side wall of the packing bag box 32 is opened through the change of the angle between the sliding push rod 334 and the hinged connecting rod 335, and the opening edge of the packing bag 10 enters the angle between the clamping plate 331 and the sidewall of the packing bag box 32, during the recycling process of the pushing cylinder 41, the clamp plate 331 is reset, and the opening edge of the packaging bag 10 is clamped by the clamp plate 331.

c, clamping and closing, wherein after the vacuum pump (262) is started, a second rotary driving piece (24) is started to enable a suction plate (261) on the adsorption component (26) to rotate in the vertical direction, a gear (273) positioned on one side of the suction plate (261) is meshed with a first rack (274) to enable the gear (273) to rotate, when the gear (273) rotates, a swing arm (271) coaxially connected with the gear (273) swings, and the suction plate (261) is closed and clamped with the packaging bag (10) through a connecting rod (272) hinged to the suction plate (261) through the swing arm (271);
step d, opening the bag, wherein after the suction plate (261) is closed and the packaging bag (10) is clamped, the second rotary driving piece (24) continues to drive the suction plate (261) to rotate in the vertical direction, the gear (273) is meshed with the second rack (275), and the swing arm (271) swings in the reverse direction, so that the suction plate (261) moves backwards along the rotary mounting frame (25), and the clamped packaging bag (10) is opened;
step f, rotating and changing positions, wherein after the packaging bag (10) is opened, the second rotating driving piece (24) rotates the opened packaging bag (10) to a position that the opening is vertically upward, then the second rotating driving piece (24) stops working, the first rotating driving piece (22) runs, the packaging bag (10) is horizontally rotated by 90 degrees, and the packaging bag (10) is positioned right above the continuous conveying mechanism (3);
e, pushing, namely pushing the packaging bag (10) downwards by a pushing mechanism (4) positioned right above the packaging bag (10) after the packaging bag (10) is positioned right above the continuous conveying mechanism (3), so that the packaging bag (10) is transferred into a corresponding packaging bag box (32) on the continuous conveying mechanism (3) below from the suction plate (261); and
and f, conveying, namely horizontally conveying the packaging bags (10) in the packaging bag box (32) by a rotary conveying belt (31) to enable the packaging bag box (32) to be transferred to the position under the suction plate (261) for receiving the next packaging bag (10).
