Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a supporting device, which comprises: a first support member for supporting a first supported device; a second support member for supporting a second supported device; the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting device; the connecting device comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, wherein the first end of the first connecting piece is rotatably arranged on the first supporting piece, and the first end of the second connecting piece is fixed on the second supporting piece; the second end of the first connecting piece is connected with the second end of the second connecting piece; the first connecting piece is arranged to be rotatably connected with the second connecting piece and is adjustable in position axially relative to the second connecting piece. In the supporting device according to the embodiment of the invention, by the above technical solution, at least one aspect of the following advantageous effects can be obtained: when the loading and unloading are convenient, the supporting device can adjust the length and the angle according to the relative position change between the supported devices.

Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the field of fixed support, in particular to a supporting device.
Background
The device for fixing and supporting in the prior art is difficult to solve the problem of adjustment of the supporting device when the relative position between the supported devices is uncertain. Disclosure of Invention

According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a supporting device including: a first support member for supporting a first supported device; a second support member for supporting a second supported device; the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting device; the connecting device comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, wherein the first end of the first connecting piece is rotatably arranged on the first supporting piece, and the first end of the second connecting piece is fixed on the second supporting piece; the second end of the first connecting piece is connected to the second end of the second connecting piece; the first connecting piece is arranged to be rotatably connected with the second connecting piece, and the position of the first connecting piece relative to the second connecting piece in the axial direction is adjustable.

The technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described by the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings. In the specification, the same or similar reference numerals denote the same or similar components.
In the following detailed description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the disclosure. It may be evident, however, that one or more embodiments may be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices are shown in schematic form in order to simplify the drawing.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a supporting device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of another view angle according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the supporting device 100 includes: a first support 10 for supporting a first supported device 200; a second support 20 for supporting a second supported device 300; the connecting device 30, the first support 10 and the second support 20 are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting device 30; the connecting device 30 includes a first connecting member 31 and a second connecting member 32, a first end of the first connecting member 31 is rotatably disposed on the first supporting member 10, and a first end of the second connecting member 32 is fixed to the second supporting member 20; the second end of the first connecting piece 31 is connected to the second end of the second connecting piece 32; the first link 31 is provided rotatably connected to the second link 32, and is adjustable in position axially relative to the second link 32.
The first support 10 and the second support 20 are respectively used for supporting a first supported device 200 and a second supported device 300, and the support and the supported devices are fixedly arranged. The first support 10 and the second support 20 are disposed at both ends of the connection device 30, and the connection device 30 serves to connect and support the first support 10 and the second support 20. The connecting device 30 has one end rotatably connected to the first supporting member 10, such that the angle of the first supporting member 10 relative to the connecting device 30 is adjustable, and the other end fixed to the second supporting member 20.
The connecting device 30 comprises a first connecting piece 31 and a second connecting piece 32, which are rotatably connected and adjustable in relative position, when the supporting device 100 supports the first supported device 200 and the second supported device 300, the relative angle between the two supported devices can be adjusted through the relative rotation between the first connecting piece 31 and the second connecting piece 32, and the relative distance between the two supported devices can be adjusted through the relative position adjustment between the two connecting pieces in the installation process.
The second connecting member 32 is fixed to the second supporting member 20, so that in the installation process, the second supporting member 20 is fixed to the second supported device 300, and then the angle and position of the first connecting member 31 relative to the second connecting member 32 are adjusted based on the second supporting member 20 and the second connecting member 32. With respect to the benefits of the rotatable connection of the second connector 32 to the second support member 20, the fixed connection reduces the number of parts of the support device 100 that need to be angled relative to each other during installation, and facilitates handling during installation.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in some embodiments, the first support 10 is provided with a protrusion 121 at a side connected with the first connector 31; the first end of the first connecting piece 31 is provided with a first matching part 311; the first mating portion 311 is rotatably disposed on the protrusion 121.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in some embodiments, the protrusion 121 comprises a first boss and a second boss; the first fitting portion 311 is rotatably provided between the first boss and the second boss.
In some embodiments, the protrusion 121 is opened with screw holes penetrating the first and second bosses, the first fitting part 311 is provided with corresponding screw holes, and the first fitting part 311 is connected with the first and second bosses of the protrusion 121 by bolts through the screw holes. The relative angle between the first matching portion 311 and the protruding portion 121 can be adjusted by taking the bolt as a center, so as to realize the rotatable connection between the first supporting member 10 and the first connecting member 31.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in some embodiments, the second support 20 is provided with a positioning groove 221; the first end of the second connecting member 32 is provided with a second matching portion 321 matched with the positioning groove 221, and the second matching portion 321 is matched and positioned with the positioning groove 221, so that the second connecting member 32 and the second supporting member 20 are accurately positioned in the axial direction of the connecting device 30, and the installation is convenient. During the installation of the supporting device 100, the second connecting member 32 is fixedly connected to the second supporting member 20 by any other fixing means such as screwing, welding, gluing, etc.
In one embodiment shown in fig. 1, a first end of the second connecting member 32 is provided with a second matching portion 321, the second supporting member 20 is provided with a threaded hole in a penetrating manner, a position corresponding to the second matching portion 321 is provided with an external thread, and the threaded hole is provided with a positioning groove 221 at one end inside the second supporting member 20, so that the second connecting member 32 is positioned with the second supporting member 20 through the positioning groove 221 and is fixedly connected with the second supporting member 20 through a thread. Further, the second connecting piece 32 is provided with the boss with second connecting piece 32 connection side, runs through being provided with above-mentioned screw hole in the boss, and the boss has increased threaded connection's length for connect more firmly.
According to embodiments of the present invention, in some embodiments, the first support 10 is ring-shaped; the first support 10 includes a first half ring 11 and a second half ring 12, wherein two ends of the first half ring 11 and the second half ring 12 are correspondingly disposed together, and at least one end of the first half ring 11 and the second half ring 12 is detachably connected. At least one end of the first half ring 11 and the second half ring 12 is detachably connected, so that the first supporting member 10 and the first supported device 200 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted.
According to embodiments of the present invention, in some embodiments, the second support 20 is annular; second support member 20 includes third half 21 and fourth half 22, and third half 21 and fourth half 22 both ends are corresponding to be set up together, and wherein have at least one end detachably connected. At least one end of the third half ring 21 and the fourth half ring 22 is detachably connected, so that the second supporting member 20 and the second supported device 300 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, in some embodiments, at least one end of the connection between the two ends of the first half ring 11 and the second half ring 12 is provided with a gap, and the gap is adjustable. At least one end between the first half ring 11 and the second half ring 12 is detachably disposed, and the detachable position is set to have an adjustable gap, so that the compactness of the first supporting member 10 and the first supported device 200 can be adjusted when the device is installed.
In some embodiments, at least one end of the connection between the ends of the third half ring 21 and the fourth half ring 22 has a gap, and the gap is adjustable. At least one end of third half ring 21 and fourth half ring 22 is detachably disposed, and the detachable portion is disposed with an adjustable gap, so that the compactness of second supporting member 20 and second supported device 300 can be adjusted when the device is installed.
In some embodiments, the joints of the two ends of the first half ring 11 and the second half ring 12 are respectively connected by screws, and the size of the gap between the two half rings is adjusted by the screws during the process of mounting and dismounting the first support 10; the joints of the two ends of the third half ring 21 and the fourth half ring 22 are respectively connected by screws, and the size of the gap between the joints of the two half rings is adjusted by the screws in the process of mounting and dismounting the second support 20; in the process of mounting the supporting device 100 and the supported device, in the initial mounting, the screws at the corresponding joints of the first half ring 11, the second half ring 12, the third half ring 21 and the fourth half ring 22 are not required to be screwed, and after the relative length and angle adjustment between the components of the supporting device 100 is completed, the screws at the joints are screwed.
In some embodiments, the connection point of the first half ring 11 and the second half ring 12 at one end is rotatably connected, and the connection point at the other end can be connected by a screw, and the size of the gap at the connection point of the two half rings can be adjusted by the screw during the process of installing and detaching the first support 10; the joint of one end of the third half ring 21 and the fourth half ring 22 can be rotatably connected in a hinged or other rotating way, the joint of the other end can be connected through a screw, and the size of the gap between the two half ring joints can be adjusted through the screw in the process of installing and detaching the second support 20; in the process of mounting the supporting device 100 and the supported device, in the initial mounting, the screws at the corresponding joints of the first half ring 11, the second half ring 12, the third half ring 21 and the fourth half ring 22 are not required to be screwed, and after the relative length and angle adjustment between the components of the supporting device 100 is completed, the screws at the joints are screwed.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, in some embodiments, the second end of the first connecting member 31 is provided with a threaded hole, the second end of the second connecting member 32 is provided with a corresponding external thread, and the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32 are in threaded connection to realize relative rotation and axial extension and retraction. The relative angle and length adjustment between the first connecting piece 31 and the second connecting piece 32 is realized through the rotation of the screw threads.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in some embodiments, the first locking nut 33 is disposed on the external thread section at the second end of the second connecting member 32, and the first locking nut 33 is disposed in pressure contact with the second end of the first connecting member 31 for fixing the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32. After the relative positions of the two connecting pieces are adjusted, the first locking nut 33 is adjusted by rotation, so that the first connecting piece 31 and the second connecting piece 32 are fastened.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, in some embodiments, the second end of the second connecting member 32 is provided with a threaded hole, the second end of the first connecting member 31 is provided with a corresponding external thread, and the first connecting member 31 is in threaded connection with the second connecting member 32 to realize relative rotation and axial extension. The relative angle and length adjustment between the first connecting piece 31 and the second connecting piece 32 is realized through the rotation of the screw threads.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in some embodiments, the second locking nut 34 is disposed on the external thread section at the second end of the first connecting member 31, and the second locking nut 34 is disposed in pressure contact with the second end of the second connecting member 32 for fixing the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32. After the relative positions of the two connecting pieces are adjusted, the first connecting piece 31 and the second connecting piece 32 are fastened by rotating and adjusting the second locking nut 34.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in some embodiments, the connection device 30 may be a telescopic rod structure comprising two parts, a first part being rotatably arranged around a second part.
According to embodiments of the present invention, in some embodiments, the first support 10 is configured to conform to a surface of the first supported device 200. At least one end of the first half ring 11 and the second half ring 12 is provided with a gap, the gap is adjustably set, and the shape of the first supporting member 10 is set to be attached to the outer surface of the first supported device 200, so that the first supporting member 10 stably supports the first supported device 200.
According to embodiments of the present invention, in some embodiments, the second support 20 is configured to surface conform to the second supported device 300. At least one end of the third half ring 21 and the fourth half ring 22 is provided with a gap, the gap is adjustably arranged, and the shape of the second support 20 is arranged to be attached to the outer surface of the second supported device 300, so that the second support 20 stably supports the second supported device 300.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a reactor comprising the support device 100 provided above. The supporting device 100 is arranged between the collecting pipe and the supporting frame in the reactor and is used for stably supporting two supported devices.
In some embodiments, the supporting device 100 is uniformly arranged between the support and the collecting pipe along the extending direction of the collecting pipe, and is used for the support to stably support the collecting pipe.

Claims (15)
1. A support device (100) comprising:
a first support (10) for supporting a first supported device (200);
a second support (20) for supporting a second supported device (300);
a connecting device (30), wherein the first support (10) and the second support (20) are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting device (30);
the connecting device (30) comprises a first connecting piece (31) and a second connecting piece (32), the first end of the first connecting piece (31) is rotatably arranged on the first supporting piece (10), and the first end of the second connecting piece (32) is fixed on the second supporting piece (20);
the second end of the first connecting piece (31) is connected to the second end of the second connecting piece (32);
the first connecting piece (31) is rotatably connected with the second connecting piece (32) and is adjustable in position relative to the second connecting piece (32) in the axial direction.
2. The support device of claim 1, wherein:
the first support (10) is provided with a convex part (121) at the side connected with the first connecting piece (31);
a first matching part (311) is arranged at the first end of the first connecting piece (31);
the first matching part (311) is rotatably arranged on the convex part (121).
3. The support device of claim 2, wherein:
the projection (121) comprises a first boss and a second boss;
the first mating portion (311) is rotatably disposed between the first boss and the second boss.
4. The support device of claim 1, wherein:
the second support member (20) is provided with a positioning groove (221);
the first end of the second connecting piece (32) is provided with a second matching part (321) matched with the positioning groove (221), and the second matching part (321) is matched and positioned with the positioning groove (221).
5. The support device of claim 1, 2 or 4, wherein:
the first support (10) is annular;
the first support part (10) comprises a first half ring (11) and a second half ring (12), two ends of the first half ring (11) and two ends of the second half ring (12) are correspondingly arranged together, and at least one end of the first half ring (11) and the second half ring (12) is detachably connected.
6. The support device of claim 1, 2 or 4, wherein:
the second support (20) is annular;
