Detailed Description

In this embodiment, the clamping blocks 10 are provided in two sets, and the two sets of clamping blocks 10 are symmetrically arranged on a processing platform, so that a longer workpiece can be stably clamped by the two sets of clamping blocks 10, and the compatibility of the clamping blocks 10 is improved. The top surface of the processing platform is parallel to or coincided with the horizontal plane, the stability of the clamped workpiece can be improved through the two groups of clamping blocks 10, the processing precision and quality of the workpiece are further improved, and meanwhile the working efficiency of workpiece processing is guaranteed.
In this embodiment, the adjusting slide rail 20 is provided with a holding strip 101 moving along with the adjusting slide rail 20, and the other holding strip 101 and the adjusting slide rail 20 are arranged in parallel. The clamping strip is arranged on the same processing platform, so that the grooves formed by the inclined plane protrusions 1011 on the clamping strips 101 can be ensured to be on the same level, and further, the clamping of workpieces can be completed. Meanwhile, the holding strips 101 can slide by adjusting the sliding rails 20, so that the distance between the inclined plane protrusions 1011 on the two holding strips 101 is adjusted, the effect of clamping workpieces with different sizes is achieved, and the universal matching performance of the multi-station fixture is improved. The distance between the two clamping bars 101 can be set according to the length of the workpiece, so as to meet the purpose that the workpiece can be stably clamped on the clamping block 10.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pressing mechanism 30 in the present embodiment is provided with a movable platen 301 that presses the workpiece against the clamp block 10 and a driving unit 302 that drives the movable platen 301 against or away from the workpiece. The pressing mechanism 30 can be used for clamping the workpiece on the holding strip 101. Specifically, the driving unit 302 can be a cylinder 3020 or a hydraulic cylinder, the movable pressing plate 301 can be driven to move up and down through the cylinder 3020, and the clamping or loosening of the workpiece is realized by the aid of the clamping block 10, so that the workpiece clamping effect is stabilized, and accordingly, the working efficiency can be guaranteed or improved.
In this embodiment, the pressing mechanism 30 is located between the two sets of clamping blocks 10. The purpose that all workpieces on the clamping block 10 can be clamped through one movable pressing plate 301 is achieved, meanwhile, whether the workpieces on the clamping block 10 are located on the same horizontal plane or not can be judged through the fact that whether the workpieces are loosened, the problem that unqualified workpieces are machined by mistake is avoided, and the machining quality of the workpieces is improved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the driving unit 302 of the present embodiment includes a center rod 3021 allowing the movable platen 301 to slide up and down, a spring 3022 sleeved between the fixed stage of the processing platform and the movable platen 301, and a nut 3023 for locking the movable platen 301 to the workpiece. As shown in fig. 1, the adjusting slide 20 of the present embodiment includes a linear rail 201, a slide block 202 slidable on the linear rail 201, and a driving cylinder 203 for pushing the slide block 202 to slide, and a gib 101 is disposed on the slide block 202.
