Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the terms "upper, lower, inner, outer, top, bottom" and the like included in the terms "an" and "an" merely represent the orientations of the terms in a conventional use state or are colloquially known by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the terms.
The invention provides a tooth-shaped bending assembly for machining an anchoring part, which comprises a chassis 2 and a bending head, as shown in figures 1-3; the chassis 2 is provided with a through hole 16, a first mounting hole 9, a second mounting hole 10 and a plurality of fixing holes 15; the bending head comprises a head part 1, a neck part 14 and a rotating shaft 13 which are sequentially connected, a first tooth block 7 and a second tooth block 8 are arranged on the head part 1, and a bending gap is formed between the first tooth block 7 and the second tooth block 8; the head 1 can pass through the through hole 16, and the diameter of the neck 14 is larger than the inner diameter of the through hole 16; the first mounting hole 9 is provided with a first bending roller 3, and the second mounting hole 10 is provided with a second bending roller 5; the rotation shaft 13 can drive the head 1 to rotate in the through hole 16.
The tooth-shaped bending assembly for processing the anchoring part firstly places the reinforcing steel bar in a bending gap between the first tooth block 7 and the second tooth block 8, and then enables the bending head to rotate anticlockwise so that one end of the reinforcing steel bar enters the gap between the outer part of the first tooth block 7 and the first bending roller 3 to be bent to a certain degree; the bending head can be operated to rotate clockwise, so that the other end of the reinforcing steel bar enters a gap between the outer part of the second gear block 8 and the second bending roller 5 to be bent, and the bending of two ends of the reinforcing steel bar is finished; after the complete bending action of one bending is finished, the reinforcing steel bar can move forwards in the bending gap, and the next bending operation is carried out on the reinforcing steel bar, so that continuous bending is realized. When the bending angle is not more than 100 degrees and the turning radius is less than or equal to the diameter of the steel bar, the tooth-shaped bending assembly for processing the anchoring piece can repeatedly avoid the retraction of the bending head, the repositioning of the bending head and the extension of the bending head during the continuous bending operation in the opposite direction, thereby greatly improving the bending efficiency. In addition, in the same bending action, the bending head can firstly rotate anticlockwise or clockwise, and the sequence of rotation is not strictly required.
In the above embodiment, in order to further facilitate bending of the reinforcing bars, it is preferable that the outer side surfaces of the first tooth block 7 and the second tooth block 8 are composed of two planes, and the middle portion is formed with a tip. Therefore, the tip can increase the pressure intensity, and the bending effect is improved.
In the present invention, the fixing manner of the first and second bending rollers 3 and 5 may be selected in a wide range, but for convenience of installation and removal, it is preferable that the first bending roller 3 is installed above the first installation hole 9 by the first bending pin 4 and the second bending roller 5 is installed above the second installation hole 10 by the second bending pin 6. Therefore, the first bending roller 3 and the second bending roller 5 can be quickly mounted and dismounted through the first bending pin 4 and the second bending pin 6.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in order to further achieve the rapid fixing and detaching of the first bending roller 3 and the second bending roller 5, preferably, the top portions of the first bending pin 4 and the second bending pin 6 are sequentially provided with a fastening nut 12 and a gasket 11 from top to bottom to fix the first bending roller 3 and the second bending roller 5. Therefore, the first bending roller 3 and the second bending roller 5 can be quickly mounted on and dismounted from the first bending pin 4 and the second bending pin 6 by fastening the nut 12 and the gasket 11.
In the present invention, in order to further facilitate the end of the reinforcing bar to enter the gap between the outer portion of the first tooth block 7 and the first bending roller 3 or between the outer portion of the second tooth block 8 and the second bending roller 5, it is preferable that the first bending roller 3 be rotatable about the first bending pin 4 and the second bending roller 5 be rotatable about the second bending pin 6. Thereby, the rotation of the first and second bending rollers 3 and 5 can facilitate the introduction of the end of the reinforcing bar into the gap.
In the present invention, in order to facilitate control of the installation position of the head 1, it is preferable that the neck portion 14 is cylindrical and the diameter of the cylindrical shape is larger than that of the rotation shaft 13. Thus, the neck 14 stabilizes the mounting position of the head 1.
In the present embodiment, in order to improve the stability of the chassis 2 and to facilitate the operation of the rotation shaft 13, it is preferable that the fixing hole 15 is fixed to a cylinder by a bolt, and the cylinder can drive the rotation shaft 13 to rotate.
In the above embodiment, the number of the fixing holes 15 may be selected in a wide range, but in order to further improve the stability of the chassis 2, it is preferable that the number of the fixing holes 15 is 3 to 4.
Finally, in order to facilitate the steel bars to enter the bending gap, the bottom of the bending gap is preferably a concave arc surface.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
