Abstract
The invention provides a corona wire for an electric tar precipitator, which comprises a conductive wire and a plurality of bur plates, wherein the bur plates are arranged on the conductive wire; the electric lead is made of single-stranded or multi-stranded stainless steel wires, the bur plate and the electric lead are connected through an integrally formed or multi-form connecting piece, 5-18 sharp burs are arranged on the bur plate, and lantern rings facilitating installation of corona wires are arranged at two ends of the electric lead; the conductor wire is wound in the clamping groove of the lantern ring to prevent the conductor wire from falling off. The corona wire for the electric tar precipitator increases the electric field intensity by using the bur plate, and the bur plate is provided with a plurality of sharp burs extending outwards, so that the removal effect of particles is improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection and dust removal, and particularly relates to a corona wire for an electric tar precipitator.
Background
The corona wire for the conventional electric tar precipitator is made of single-stranded or multi-stranded stainless steel wires. For example, a combined electrical tar precipitator disclosed in chinese patent CN201820638172.5, which comprises a plurality of electrical tar precipitator units arranged side by side, wherein adjacent electrical tar precipitator units are separated by partition boards; each electrical tar precipitator unit is provided with an independent cavity, and a top spraying pipe, an insulating box, a feed box, an upper hanger, a corona wire, a honeycomb panel, a lower hanger, a gas distribution plate and a lower spraying pipe are arranged in the independent cavity; one side of the upper part of the independent chamber is provided with a gas outlet, and the other side of the bottom of the independent chamber is provided with a gas inlet; an upper hanger, a honeycomb plate, a lower hanger and a gas distribution plate are sequentially arranged in an independent chamber between the gas outlet and the gas inlet from top to bottom, a plurality of corona wires are arranged between the upper hanger and the lower hanger, and each corona wire penetrates through a corresponding vertical channel of the honeycomb plate; the insulation box is arranged in the middle of the upper part of the independent cavity, and the feed box is arranged on one side of the upper part of the independent cavity; the top spraying pipe is arranged at the top in the independent cavity and above the upper hanging bracket; the lower spraying pipe is arranged at the lower part in the independent chamber and below the gas distribution plate; the bottom surface of the independent chamber is an inclined surface, and a tar discharge port is arranged on the side wall of the independent chamber corresponding to the lower end side of the inclined surface. The corona wire in the patent has small working current, lower applicable working voltage and general dust removal effect.
The applicant of the patent finds an electric tar precipitator for ultra-clean purification through years of research, and particularly refers to CN201710246641.9, wherein an insulating box and a cathode fixer are mounted on a barrel body of the electric tar precipitator, a precipitation electrode, an upper hanger, a lower hanger, wire electrodes, a pretreatment system, a top flushing system and a hanger pull rod are mounted inside the barrel body of the electric tar precipitator, the precipitation electrode is a plurality of regular-hexagonal honeycomb holes, one wire electrode is mounted at the center of each honeycomb hole, the deviation is not more than 5mm, and the upper hanger and the lower hanger are connected and tensioned through the hanger pull rod; the service life is longer, and the stability is better during the operation; the pre-purification system can directly purify large particles mixed in the coal gas and condense the small fog drops into large particles, so that the electrostatic system can directly and effectively adsorb and remove impurities, and the purpose of pretreatment is achieved. The electric tar precipitator for ultra-clean purification has the technical effect obtained since the application, but needs extremely stable voltage or keeps higher operation voltage.
Because the field conditions of the operation of the electrical tar precipitator are different, the existing electrical tar precipitator generally has the problems of small working current, low working voltage, small electric field injection power and low efficiency of particulate matter trapping under the condition of low working voltage, so that the calibrated operation index can hardly be reached.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the practical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a corona wire for an electric tar precipitator, which adopts a bur plate for increasing the electric field intensity, namely, a plurality of bur plates specially used for increasing the electric field intensity are arranged on a single-strand or multi-strand stainless steel wire, thereby improving the volt-ampere characteristic of the corona wire. The application of the electric tar precipitator for ultra-clean purification invented by the patent applicant perfectly solves the problems in the prior art.
According to the technical scheme, the corona wire for the electric tar precipitator comprises a conductive wire and a plurality of bur plates, wherein the bur plates are arranged on the conductive wire. Wherein the bur plate is connected with the conducting wire by a clamping pipe.
Preferably, in the corona wire for the electrical tar precipitator, lantern rings are arranged at two ends of the conductive wire, and the conductive wire is wound in the clamping grooves of the lantern rings. The barbed plate is fixed on the conductive wire by using a nut or a snap ring or a buckle.
Further, the bur plate in the corona wire for the electric tar precipitator is in a shape of a polygonal star. The conductive wire is made of a conductive material. The bur plate and the electric lead are connected by adopting an integral forming or adopting connecting pieces in various forms. 5-18 sharp prickles are arranged on the prickle plate.
More preferably, the shape of the barbed plate differs according to the number of barbs. The specification and shape of the barbed plates installed on the conductive wires are completely the same, or the barbed wires with different specification and shape are alternately installed at different positions of the conductive wires. In addition, an appropriate interval is arranged between every two adjacent bur plates, and the interval between every two adjacent bur plates changes along with the change of the size of the bur plates.
Compared with the prior art, the corona wire for the electric tar precipitator uses the bur plate which increases the electric field intensity, and the bur plate is provided with a plurality of sharp burs which extend outwards, so that the best corona effect is obtained, the removal effect of the particulate matters is improved, and the problems of small working current, low working voltage, small electric field injection power and low particulate matter capturing efficiency in the prior art are further solved.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
The invention provides a corona wire for an electric tar precipitator, which comprises a conductive wire and a plurality of bur plates, wherein the bur plates are arranged on the conductive wire. The barbed plate and the electric lead are connected in an integrated forming mode or are connected by adopting connecting pieces in various forms. 5-18 sharp prickles are arranged on the prickle plate arranged on the conductive wire, the shape of the prickle plate is different according to the number of the prickles, and the shape of the prickle plate is generally a polygonal star, preferably a pentagonal star, a hexagonal star, an octagonal star, a decagonal star, a dodecagonal star, a decaoctagonal star and the like. Furthermore, the specification and the shape of the barbed plates can be completely the same, and barbed wires with different specification and shapes can also be alternately installed at different positions of the conducting wire.

Furthermore, lantern rings which are convenient for installing corona wires are arranged at two ends of the conducting wire. The conductor wire is wound in the clamping groove of the lantern ring to prevent the conductor wire from falling off.

The corona wire for the electric tar precipitator comprises a conductive wire 1 and a plurality of barbed plates 2, the barbed plates 2 are connected with the conductive wire 1 through clamping pipes 3, and lantern rings 4 are arranged at two ends of the conductive wire 1.
When the prickle plate 2 is installed, the clamping pipes 3 are arranged on two sides of the prickle plate 2 respectively, and the clamping pipes 3 are extruded to deform the clamping pipes 3 to form an upper bulge and a lower bulge, so that the prickle plate 2 is clamped on the electric lead 1. In further embodiments, bur plate 2 is secured to conductive wire 1 using a nut or snap ring or clasp made of conductive material. The prickle plate 2 is provided with a plurality of sharp prickles 5 extending outwards, and the main body of the prickle plate 2 is generally sheet-shaped; the prickle plate 2 can also be a spherical or other solid or hollow structure, and the sharp prickle 5 is installed from the main body of the prickle plate 2, namely the spherical or other solid or hollow structure to the peripheral space in a scattering way. When 12 sharp barbs 5 are arranged on the barbed plate 2, the barbed plate is in a dodecagonal star shape. Furthermore, the shape, size and length of the prickle 5 on the prickle plate 2 are related to the gas component required to be purified by the electric tar precipitator, and the shape, size and length of the prickle 5 are different according to the gas component required to be purified.
The conducting wire 1 is provided with a plurality of barbed plates 2, the specification shapes of the barbed plates 2 can be completely the same, the barbed plates 2 with different specifications and shapes can be alternatively or alternatively arranged at different positions of the conducting wire 1, and the barbed plates 2 with different specifications and shapes are arranged according to the concentration distribution of dust particle aggregation, the size distribution of dust particles and/or the applied voltage or electric field intensity. The proper distance is set between the adjacent prickle plates, the best corona effect is obtained, the removing effect of particulate matter is improved, preferably, the distance between the 2 adjacent prickle plates arranged on the conducting wire is 20-200 mm, and the distance is changed along with the size change of the prickle plates. The conducting wire is made of conducting materials with good tensile strength, and preferably stainless steel wires or multi-strand wound stainless steel ropes are adopted. Similarly, the mounting distance between two adjacent barbed plates 2 varies with the size of the barbed plates 2 themselves. The conductive wire 1 is made of conductive material with good tensile strength, preferably stainless steel wire or multi-strand wound stainless steel rope. And lantern rings 4 convenient for installing corona wires are arranged at two ends of the conductive wire 1. The lantern ring 4 is provided with a groove or a clamping groove, preferably the groove or the clamping groove of an external groove, and the conducting wire 1 is wound and fixed in the clamping groove of the lantern ring to prevent the conducting wire 1 from falling off from the lantern ring 4. The collar 4 may also be a hollow tube. Further, the collar 4 is made of a material having good electrical conductivity.

5. The corona wire for an electrical tar precipitator according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the conductive wire is made of a conductive material.
6. The corona wire for the electrical tar precipitator according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bur plate (2) is fixed on the conductive wire (1) by using a nut, a snap ring or a buckle.
7. The corona wire for the electrical tar precipitator according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bur plate has 5 to 18 sharp burs.
8. The corona wire for an electrical tar precipitator according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the shape of the bur plate is different according to the number of burs.
9. The corona wire for the electrical tar precipitator according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bur plates mounted on the conductive wire have the same specification and shape, or the bur wires of different specification and shape are alternately mounted at different positions of the conductive wire.
10. The corona wire for the electric tar precipitator according to claim 1 or 2, wherein an appropriate distance is provided between adjacent bur plates, and the distance between the adjacent 2 bur plates varies with the size of the bur plates themselves.
