moreover, the toilet room is sterilized and disinfected in various details to avoid cross infection, for example, the automatic cover changing toilet is adopted, and the toilet bowl adopts the foam generated by the first foaming device to lubricate, clean, sterilize and disinfect the urinal of the toilet bowl for a long time and seal the lower drainage outlet; the hand washing pool is provided with a second foaming device for sterilization and disinfection when people wash hands; an ultraviolet germicidal lamp is arranged in the excrement collecting box to carry out secondary sterilization on excrement stored in the excrement collecting box; an ultraviolet germicidal lamp is also arranged in the interlayer space between the ground of the toilet and the excrement collecting box to sterilize the space, and the like.

In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are only used for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention and are not limited.

A sterilizing toilet special for infectious diseases is shown in figure 1, which is a schematic view of the top layout of the toilet, and comprises a front air shower 1 and a rear toilet room 2, wherein a vertical hinged door 3 is installed at the inlet of the air shower 1, a partition wall 4 is arranged between the air shower 1 and the toilet room 2 to separate the air shower 1 and the toilet room, an inlet is formed in the partition wall 4, and an electric sliding door 5 is installed at the inlet to separate the air shower 1 and the toilet room 2; the relative positions of the vertical hinged door 3 and the electric sliding door 5 are staggered as much as possible, and the vertical hinged door and the electric sliding door are not required to be aligned vertically, and can be arranged as shown in fig. 1, or can be arranged in a manner as shown in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 3, which is a side view of the inside of the toilet, first, the air shower 1 is provided with the air shower 6, the air shower 6 is preferably arranged at the center of the top of the air shower 1, and the air shower 6 is an existing product and will not be described in detail herein; the air shower 1 is also provided with a disinfection foot pad 7 on the ground, preferably arranged right below the air shower 6.
In order to improve the safety of using the toilet and avoid cross infection, the core of the toilet is as follows: an ultrasonic atomizer 8 is arranged in the toilet room 2; a disinfectant is added into a water tank of the ultrasonic atomizer 8, and water with the disinfectant is atomized into gas molecules through the ultrasonic atomizer 8 to fill the toilet room 2 for sterilization and disinfection; the working time of the ultrasonic atomizer 8 is finished before personnel enter the toilet room 2 and is controlled to be 1-2 minutes approximately;
in order to shorten the time for filling the toilet room 2 with the ultrasonic atomizer 8, mist heads 9 are provided at a plurality of places on the floor of the toilet room 2, the mist heads 9 are connected to the mist outlet of the ultrasonic atomizer 8, for example, as shown in fig. 1, four mist heads 9 are provided at four corners of the floor of the toilet room 2, and the mist heads 9 may be connected in series or in parallel.
The sterilization and disinfection gas generated by the ultrasonic atomizer 8 is filled in the toilet room 2 for a certain time and then needs to be discharged, the atomized gas is harmful to human bodies, and people can not enter the toilet room without discharging the gas; for this purpose, an air exhaust device is also provided for exhausting the air in the toilet room 2;
the air exhausting device comprises an exhaust fan 10 arranged at the top of the toilet room 2, the exhaust fan 10 is connected with a filter box body 11 through an air pipe, as shown in figure 8, the side view internal structure of the filter box body 11 is shown, the interior of the filter box body 11 is divided into an upper space, a middle space and a lower space, which are respectively a disinfectant storage cavity 1101 at the bottom, and disinfectant is stored in the disinfectant storage cavity 1101; the middle part is a filter cavity 1102, a plurality of filter cores 1103 are arranged in the filter cavity 1102 at intervals, and the filter cores 1103 divide the filter cavity 1102 into a plurality of unit chambers; the filter element 1103 has a sandwich structure, and a porous filter layer with water absorption property is filled inside the filter element, for example, porous filter cotton is adopted; the top space in the filtering box body 11 is a spraying cavity 1104, a water pump 1105 is arranged on one side in the spraying cavity 1104, and the water inlet end at the lower end of the water pump 1105 passes through the filtering cavity 1102 to enter the disinfectant storage cavity 1101 below and is positioned below the liquid level; the water outlet end of the water pump 1105 is located in the spray chamber 1104; a water pump 1105 pumps disinfectant from the disinfectant storage chamber 1101 into the spray chamber 1104; a hole is formed right above each filter element 1103 and communicated with the spraying cavity 1104, and disinfectant enters each filter element 1103 from the spraying cavity 1104 and then flows back to the disinfectant storage cavity 1101 from the hole formed in the bottom of the filter element 1103;
as shown in fig. 8, an air inlet is arranged on the right side of the filtering box body 11 and is connected with the exhaust fan 10 through an air pipe; an air outlet is arranged at the left side of the filtering box body 11 and is connected with an exhaust fan 12; under the driving of the exhaust fan 12, the gas in the toilet room 2 enters the filter box from the exhaust fan 10, is filtered, sterilized and disinfected by the multi-layer filter element 1103 and then is discharged from the gas outlet; the process carries out sterilization and disinfection treatment on the discharged gas; in addition, the filter box body is also provided with a disinfectant adding port and a water filling port 1106 which are communicated with the disinfectant storage cavity 1101, and the bottom of the filter box body is provided with a sewage draining port 1107;
the exhaust fan 12 is a high-power fan, for example, a fan with an exhaust rate of 2000 cubic meters per hour, so that the gas in the toilet room 2 can be exhausted in a short time.
Further, an air intake device 13 is also arranged, the air intake device 13 has a similar structure with the air exhaust device, and the difference is that an air intake fan is used for sterilizing and disinfecting the outside air through the same filtering box body 11 and then sucking the air into the toilet room 2; the air in the toilet room 2 is replaced by the air exhaust device and the air intake device 13.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, a medical sterilizing lamp 14 and an illuminating lamp 15 are also installed at the top of the toilet room 2, and the medical sterilizing lamp 14 and the illuminating lamp 15 are preferably controlled by an inductive switch; the medical sterilizing lamp 14 is turned on when the toilet room 2 is unattended, and is turned off when someone enters; the illuminating lamp 15 is used for providing illumination, and the electric energy is practiced thrift to the open of someone state, unmanned state closing.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the toilet bowl 16 installed in the toilet room 2 is not a common toilet bowl, but a toilet bowl (existing product) with an automatic cover changing function, the toilet lid adopts an automatic cover changing toilet lid, the disposable sanitary seat cushion automatically changes a sanitary film (the sanitary film rotates for one circle accurately) through a built-in microcomputer controller, the used sanitary film is cut into a recovery cabin before being rolled away, the used sanitary film and the unused sanitary film respectively exist in a paper outlet bin and the recovery cabin, and the disposable use of the film ensures that the sanitary film cannot be reused, so that bacteria, virus residues and cross infection are avoided.
The toilet 16 is further characterized in that an automatic foaming device is matched, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the automatic foaming device comprises a main water tank 17, a water level control box 18, a foaming box 19 and a first foaming device;
the main water tank 17 is used for storing water, a foaming agent and a disinfectant which are dissolved in the water are added into the water in the main water tank 17, and the main water tank 17 conveys the water into a water level control tank 18 of the closestool 16 through a water pipe; the water level control box 18 is a box body with a top cover at the top, is arranged behind the closestool 16, and is internally provided with a ball float valve 20 for controlling the height of the water level; the foaming box 19 is arranged in the water level control box 18, a communication pipe 1901 is arranged on the side surface of the foaming box 19, the communication pipe 1901 is used for communicating the foaming box 19 with the water level control box 18, the communication pipe 1901 is positioned below the liquid level in the water level control box 18, and water in the water level control box 18 enters the foaming box 19 through the communication pipe 1901; the top of the foaming box 19 is also provided with a first liquid outlet 1902 and a first air inlet 1903;
the first foaming device comprises a foaming stone 21 which is arranged in the foaming box 19 and below the liquid level, and the foaming stone 21 is connected with the air outlet end of an external first electric air pump 23 through an air conveying pipe 22; the air pipe 22 penetrates into the foaming box 19 from a first air inlet 1903 at the top of the foaming box 19, and the first air inlet 1903 and the air pipe 22 are sealed by a sealing ring; the foaming agent 21 is a shell body with a cavity formed by bonding fine sand particles, and due to the fine air holes existing among the fine sand particles, when the high-pressure air flow delivered by the first electric air pump 23 enters the foaming agent 21 and flows out of the air holes, the high-pressure air flow is dispersed into a plurality of bundles of fine air flows, the fine air flows form a large amount of mixed liquid bubbles in the mixed liquid of the foaming box 19, and the mixed liquid carries a large amount of mixed liquid bubbles to flow out of the foaming box 19 from the first liquid outlet 1902 along with the increase of the pressure in the foaming box 19; a urinal connecting pipe 24 is connected to the first liquid outlet 1902 at the top of the foaming tank 19, the urinal connecting pipe 24 penetrates through the other end of the top cover of the water level control tank 18 and is communicated with the urinal of the closestool 16, and bubbles of the mixed liquid are discharged into the urinal through the urinal connecting pipe 24;
one end of the urinal connecting pipe 24 communicated with the closestool 16 is positioned at the rear side in the urinal, a first inductive switch 25 used for sensing the foam height and controlling the first electric air pump 23 to be turned on and off is further installed on the inner side wall of the urinal, and the first inductive switch 25 is installed at the designated height of the side wall of the urinal; for example, a diffuse reflection type photoelectric switch is adopted, and the height of foam required to be kept in the urinal is arranged at a corresponding height position; the height position of the foam in the urinal is sensed in real time through the photoelectric switch, when the foam reaches the height position detected by the photoelectric switch, a closing signal is generated and sent to the controller 30, and the controller 30 controls the first electric air pump 23 to stop running; the foam is consumed after the toilet 16 is used or after a period of time when no one is using it; when the foam is lower than the height position detected by the photoelectric switch, a starting signal is generated and sent to the controller 30, and the controller 30 controls the first electric air pump 23 to start running until the foam reaches the height position detected by the photoelectric switch again; the photoelectric switch is preferably arranged on the opposite side of the foam inlet and far away from the foam inlet, so that the generation of error signals caused by early-stage foam shielding is avoided.
As shown in fig. 5, the specific structure of the foam box 19 may be such that a communication pipe 1901 is disposed in the middle of the left side wall of the foam box 19, a partition plate 1904 surrounding the communication pipe 1901 is disposed in the foam box 19, the partition plate 1904 further divides the interior of the foam box 19 into a water inlet chamber 1905 and a foam chamber 1906, and the bottoms of the water inlet chamber 1905 and the foam chamber 1906 are communicated through a narrow slit; the foaming cavity 1906 is internally provided with the sepiolite 21 in a hanging manner, specifically, a horizontal hanging porous plate 1907 is adopted to fixedly place the sepiolite 21, the porous plate 1907 is fully distributed with through holes, and water at the lower part of the porous plate 1907 enters the upper space of the porous plate 1907 through the through holes; therefore, the contact area between the sepiolite 21 and the mixed liquid in the foaming box 19 is larger, and the foaming efficiency is greatly improved.
The automatic foaming device of the closestool 16 can enable the urinal of the closestool 16 to be filled with foam with a specified height and a sterilization and disinfection function all the time, and the foam can play a role in lubricating, cleaning, sterilizing and disinfecting the urinal of the closestool 16 and blocking the lower drainage outlet 1107; compared with the traditional water-flushing type, the method has the following advantages: the traditional water flushing type has the problem of splashing, bacteria and viruses are easy to sputter to high altitude, and the risk of polluting the space in the toilet room 2 exists for sensing bacteria and viruses; the device has the advantages that excrement is directly wrapped by foam to be sterilized and disinfected and then is discharged through the foam, so that the problem that bacteria and viruses are sputtered to the high altitude does not exist, and the bacteria and the viruses are prevented from being diffused to the environment of the toilet room 2.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, a feces collection box 26 made of stainless steel is hidden under the ground of the toilet room 2, and feces in the toilet bowl 16 are discharged into the feces collection box 26 through a discharge pipe; in order to further kill bacteria and viruses, the upper surface of the excrement collecting box 26 is also provided with a lamp box 27, an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 28 is arranged in the lamp box 27, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 28 irradiates towards the excrement collecting box 26, and the excrement stored in the excrement collecting box 26 is secondarily sterilized by using ozone generated by the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 28; in addition, the interlayer space between the floor of the toilet room 2 and the feces collection tank 26 is also provided with an ultraviolet germicidal lamp 28 (not generating ozone) to sterilize the space; the ultraviolet germicidal lamps at the two positions are in a normally open state.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, a second inductive switch 29 for sensing the height position of the feces and controlling the alarm device to open is further arranged in the feces collection box 26, the second inductive switch 29 detects the height of the feces in the feces collection box 26 in real time, when the height of the feces reaches a limited height position, the second inductive switch 29 sends a signal to the controller 30, the controller 30 controls the alarm device to start an alarm, the alarm device can be an alarm lamp or a buzzer, and the alarm lamp or the buzzer is provided with a manual closing switch; a sewage draining pipe 2601 is arranged on the side surface of the excrement collecting box 26, and a valve is arranged on the sewage draining pipe 2601; the second inductive switch 29 can also adopt a diffuse reflection type photoelectric switch, specifically, the photoelectric switch is arranged at the top in the excrement collecting box 26, and when excrement is 5cm away from the top surface of the excrement collecting box 26, the alarm is given.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, a hand washing sink 31 is further installed in the toilet room 2, a foam type hand washing sterilizer is installed below the hand washing sink 31, the foam type hand washing sterilizer includes a liquid storage tank 32 and a second foaming device, as shown in fig. 7, the structural schematic diagram of the foam type hand washing sterilizer is shown, and the liquid storage tank 32 is used for containing mixed liquid of water and hand washing disinfectant; the liquid storage box 32 is a box body with a sealing structure, mixed liquid of water and hand washing disinfectant is contained in the liquid storage box 32, the hand washing disinfectant is a no-clean hand washing disinfectant, and the hand washing disinfectant on the hand does not need to be washed by clean water after the hand is washed by the mixed liquid; a second liquid outlet 3201, a second air inlet 3202 and a mixed liquid adding port 3203 are arranged at the top of the liquid storage tank 32, the mixed liquid adding port 3203 is used for supplementing mixed liquid which is uniformly mixed with water and hand sanitizer in proportion into the liquid storage tank 32, and a liquid adding cover is arranged on the mixed liquid adding port 3203; the second liquid outlet 3201 is communicated with a water tap 33 on the hand washing basin 31 through a water pipe;
the second foaming device is similar to the first foaming device and comprises a sand ball 34 and a second electric air pump 35; the sand ball 34 is a shell body with a cavity formed by bonding fine sand particles, is arranged in the liquid storage tank 32 and close to the bottom of the tank body, and ensures that the sand ball 34 is immersed below the liquid level of the mixed liquid when in use; the sand ball 34 is communicated with the air outlet end of the second electric air pump 35 through an air pipeline, and the air pipeline penetrates out of the liquid storage tank 32 from the second air inlet 3202; because fine air holes are formed among the fine sand particles, when the high-pressure air flow delivered by the second electric air pump 35 enters the sand ball 34 and flows out of the air holes, the high-pressure air flow is dispersed into a plurality of fine air flows, the fine air flows form a large amount of mixed liquid bubbles in the mixed liquid, and along with the increase of the pressure in the liquid storage tank 32, the mixed liquid carries a large amount of mixed liquid bubbles to flow out of the liquid storage tank 32 from the second liquid outlet 3201 and then flows out of the water tap 33 through a water pipe for washing hands;
in order to facilitate the control of the second electric air pump 35, the foam-type hand sanitizer further comprises a control switch 36, the control switch 36 is connected with the second electric air pump 35, the control switch 36 is a manual switch or an inductive switch, and the second electric air pump 35 is controlled through the control switch 36;
in addition, the drainage pipe of the hand washing basin 31 is communicated with the excrement collecting box 26 below.
Further, in order to fully utilize the space in the toilet room 2, as shown in fig. 1, a rack 37 is disposed at the upper right corner of the toilet room 2, the rack 37 is divided into a plurality of layers from top to bottom, and the air intake device 13, the main water tank 17, the electrical control cabinet and the bottom for placing the ultrasonic atomizer 8 (as shown in fig. 3) are respectively disposed.
Further, the whole toilet room 2 adopts a stainless steel frame, and a stainless steel plate is laid on the bottom surface to serve as a floor, so that the toilet room is bacteriostatic and convenient to clean; 2 walls in the lavatory 2 adopt antibacterial boards, and the gap is sealed with the sealing strip, guarantees 2 interior leakproofness in the lavatory.
The use mode of this lavatory does:
(1) in an unmanned state, the medical sterilizing lamp 14 at the top of the toilet room 2 is turned on to sterilize and disinfect the toilet room 2;
(2) a patient enters the air shower 1 from the side hung door 3 and closes the side hung door 3, and at the moment, the electric sliding door 5 between the air shower 1 and the toilet room 2 is closed; standing a patient on a disinfection foot pad 7, starting an air shower 6 in an air shower room 1 to perform air shower for 1-2 minutes, blowing off dust on the body, wherein bacteria, viruses and the like generally need attachments and cannot survive alone, and performing preliminary degerming through the air shower; a manual switch can be arranged to turn on or off the air shower 6, and an induction switch can also be arranged; for example, an infrared sensor is arranged on the roof right above the disinfection foot pad 7, when a patient stands on the disinfection foot pad 7, the infrared sensor generates an opening signal and sends the opening signal to the controller 30, and the controller 30 controls the air shower 6 to be opened; when the patient leaves the disinfection foot pad 7, the infrared sensor generates a closing signal and sends the closing signal to the controller 30, and the controller 30 controls the air shower 6 to be closed;
(3) when a patient enters the toilet, the ultrasonic atomizer 8 of the toilet room 2 starts to work to atomize, sterilize and disinfect the toilet room 2 for a certain time; then the air in the toilet room 2 is replaced by the air exhaust device and the air intake device 13; when the patient finishes the air shower in the air shower room 1, the atomization and the air exchange in the toilet room 2 are also finished;
(4) after a patient opens the electric sliding door 5 and enters the toilet room 2, the electric sliding door 5 is closed, and the electric sliding door 5 can be controlled by a manual switch or an inductive switch; the purpose of closing the electric sliding door 5 when the toilet room 2 is used is to prevent bacteria and viruses from being diffused out when a patient uses the electric sliding door.
The toilet of the invention is mainly characterized in that: the air shower 1 is arranged at the front end of the toilet room 2 to perform early sterilization on a user, so that the user is prevented from carrying bacteria and viruses carried outside the body into the toilet room 2; meanwhile, before the user enters the toilet, the atomization sterilization and disinfection are rapidly carried out on the toilet room 2, so that the condition that the residual bacteria and viruses of the user in the toilet room 2 are subjected to cross infection in the last time is avoided; in addition, the toilet room 2 is sterilized and disinfected through the specially arranged filtering box body 11 in the air exchange process, so that the probability of leaking bacteria and viruses is reduced;
secondly, in an unmanned state, the medical sterilizing lamp 14 at the top of the toilet room 2 is used for sterilizing and disinfecting for a long time, and the sterile environment is maintained as much as possible;
furthermore, the toilet room 2 is sterilized and disinfected in various details to avoid cross infection, such as the automatic toilet bowl 16, and the toilet bowl 16 is lubricated, cleaned, sterilized and disinfected for a long time by using the foam generated by the first foaming device to the toilet bowl 16, and the lower drainage outlet 1107 is sealed; the hand washing basin 31 is provided with a second foaming device for sterilization and disinfection when people wash hands; an ultraviolet germicidal lamp 28 is arranged in the excrement collecting box 26 to carry out secondary sterilization on excrement stored in the excrement collecting box 26; an ultraviolet germicidal lamp 28 is also arranged in the interlayer space between the floor of the toilet room 2 and the faeces collecting box 26 for sterilizing the space.
The toilet is mainly used for patients with bacteria and virus infectious diseases in hospitals, and has the functions of avoiding cross infection in the toilet link as much as possible and reducing the possibility of leakage of bacteria and viruses to the outside.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing examples, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that various changes in the embodiments and/or modifications of the embodiments and/or portions thereof may be made, and all changes, equivalents, and modifications that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A sterilization and disinfection toilet special for infectious diseases is characterized by comprising an air shower in front and a toilet room in back, wherein a vertical hinged door is installed at an inlet of the air shower, a partition wall is arranged between the air shower and the toilet room to separate the air shower and the toilet room, an inlet is formed in the partition wall, and an electric sliding door is installed at the inlet to isolate the air shower and the toilet room; an air shower is arranged in the air shower chamber, and a disinfection foot pad is also arranged on the ground of the air shower chamber;
an ultrasonic atomizer is arranged in the toilet; adding a disinfectant into a water tank of the ultrasonic atomizer, atomizing water with the disinfectant into gas molecules by the ultrasonic atomizer, filling the gas molecules in a toilet, and sterilizing and disinfecting the toilet;

the inner side wall of the urinal is also provided with a first inductive switch used for sensing the foam height and controlling the first electric air pump to be turned on and off, and the first inductive switch is arranged at the designated height of the side wall of the urinal.
