Abstract
The invention discloses a device and a system for connecting an express box and a using method thereof. The device and the system for the connectable express box and the using method thereof avoid resource waste caused by using a disposable express packing box, and meanwhile, the device for the connectable express box can be conveniently connected to a fixed object, has the functions of locking, alarming and monitoring, can provide convenience and safety for users, effectively avoids express loss/damage, avoids resource waste, improves logistics efficiency and reduces logistics cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of logistics, in particular to a device and a system capable of connecting an express box and a using method of the device and the system.
Background
Along with the change of life habits of people, express delivery has become the commodity circulation mode that often uses in daily life, and the express delivery case is the key device in the express delivery logistics system.
The use of current express delivery case has some problems that need to improve. Firstly, in the express delivery distribution process, a user needs to receive express on the spot, or generally places the express in a property or a storage cabinet, so that the logistics cost is greatly increased, and inconvenience or risk is brought to the user. In addition, the express box is usually packaged at one time, is scattered in placement, easy to lose/damage and low in safety, and simultaneously causes great resource waste. Therefore, there is a need for a new connectable courier box apparatus, system, and method of use.
Disclosure of Invention
The main purposes of the invention are: the connectable express box device and the system and the using method thereof avoid resource waste caused by using a disposable express packing box, can be conveniently connected to a fixed object, have the functions of locking, alarming and monitoring, can provide convenience and safety for users to use, effectively avoid express loss/damage, avoid resource waste and reduce logistics cost.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a connectable express box apparatus, comprising: the express box comprises an express box body, a box body locking device, a connection locking device, a box body locking control device and a connection locking control device;
the express box comprises a box body, a box cover, a connecting device and a fixing device, wherein the box body is used for storing articles, the box cover is used for opening and closing the box body, the connecting device is arranged on the box body or the box cover, and the fixing device is arranged on a fixed object or another express box and is connectable with the connecting device;
the box body locking device is arranged on the box body or the box cover and used for locking or unlocking the box cover and the box body;
the connecting locking device is arranged on the connecting device or the fixing device and used for locking or unlocking the connecting device and the fixing device;
the box body locking control device is arranged on the express box and used for controlling the box body locking device to be locked or unlocked;
the connection locking control device is arranged in the express box and used for controlling the connection locking device to be locked or unlocked.
The express box connecting device can be connected with an express box through a connecting rope, a connecting chain, a connecting belt or a connecting rod, wherein one end of the connecting rope is connected with the box body or the box cover, and the other end of the connecting rope is connected with the fixing device.
According to the device capable of being connected with the express delivery box, the box body locking control device and the connection locking control device respectively comprise at least one of a manual password component, an electronic password component, a voice recognition component, a face recognition component, a mobile phone signal recognition component, a key component, an electronic key component and a fingerprint recognition component.
The connectable express box device further comprises a communication component, connected with the box body locking control device and/or the connection locking control device, and used for receiving a control signal and forwarding the control signal to the box body locking control device and/or the connection locking control device.
The device capable of being connected with the express box further comprises an alarm device, wherein the alarm device is arranged in the express box and used for giving an alarm when the box body or the box body locking device or the connection locking device is damaged and forcibly opened.
The connectable express box device further comprises a monitoring device, which is arranged near the express box and used for monitoring the express box.
The invention also provides a system capable of connecting the express box device, which comprises: a server and more than one connectable express box device as described above.
According to the system capable of connecting the express box devices, after a user takes out the articles in the connectable express box devices, the logistics company breaks the connection between the connectable express box devices with the articles taken away and the connectable express box devices without the articles taken away, the connectable express box devices with the articles taken away are taken back from the two ends or the middle, and the connectable express box devices with the remaining articles not taken away are reconnected.
According to the system capable of being connected with the express box device, the logistics company obtains the logistics path and time of the articles contained in the express box device through the server, and the express box device is quickly connected and separated at each collection point or each dispersion point, so that efficient operation of goods logistics is guaranteed.
The invention also provides a use method of the system capable of connecting the express box device, which comprises the following steps:
a user unlocks the box body locking device through the box body locking control device, opens the express box and takes out the articles;
the logistics company breaks the connection between the connectable express box device with the taken article and the connectable express box device without the taken article, and the connectable express box device with the taken article is taken back from the two ends or the middle;
and the logistics company reconnects the connectable express box devices of the left unremoved objects.
The invention discloses a device and a system for connecting an express box and a using method thereof. The device and the system for the connectable express box and the using method thereof avoid resource waste caused by using a disposable express packing box, and meanwhile, the device for the connectable express box can be conveniently connected to a fixed object, has the functions of locking, alarming and monitoring, can provide convenience and safety for users, effectively avoids express loss/damage, avoids resource waste and reduces logistics cost.

Detailed Description
To further explain the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the intended purpose, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples.
A first embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a connectable express box apparatus of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, the connectable express box apparatus of the present invention includes: an express box 11, a box locking device 12, a connection locking device 13, a box locking control device 14 and a connection locking control device 15.
The express box 11 includes a box 111, a box cover 112, a connecting device 113 and a fixing device 114, the box 111 is used for storing articles, the box cover 112 is used for opening and closing the box 111, the connecting device 113 is disposed on the box 111 or the box cover 112, one end of the connecting device 113 is connected with the box 111 or the box cover 112, the connecting mode may be various methods that can connect or fix the connecting device 113 with the box 111 or the box cover 112 by welding, adhering, fixing screws, rivets, collars, locks, electric suction, and the like, or one end of the connecting device may be directly disposed on the surface of the box 111 or the box cover 112. The securing device 114 is disposed on a fixture or another courier box and is connectable to the connecting device 113. In the invention, the fixed object can be a fixed immovable object such as a wall surface, a column, a railing, a ground surface, a gate, a vertical cabinet, a fixed logistics box and the like, and can also be a lockable movable object such as an automobile, a motorcycle, an electric vehicle, a bicycle and the like, and the fixed object is not particularly limited. The fixing device can be mounted by various methods such as welding, sticking, fixing screws, rivets, lantern rings, chains, locks, electric absorbers and the like, so that the fixing device can be connected with a fixed object. The fixing device can also be directly arranged on the surface of a fixed object, for example, the fixing device is arranged on the surface of a wall body when a building is built; or fixtures are designed and produced directly as part of a fixture/fixture assembly, such as on an electric vehicle rack; when the surface or part of the fixture can act with a fixing device system of a certain type, a part of the fixture or a part of the fixture can be directly used as the fixing device, for example, when the fixing device is a fixing column with two closed ends, a railing, a safety door and a part of a goods shelf of an electric vehicle can be directly used as the fixing end, and in this case, the fixing device mounted on the fixture is not particularly limited.
The box locking device 12 is disposed on the box 111 or the box cover 112, and is used to lock or unlock the box cover 112 and the box 111, and prevent the box cover 112 from being opened at will to cause the loss of the articles stored in the box 111.
The connection locking device 13 is disposed on the connecting device 113 or the fixing device 114, and is used for locking or unlocking the connecting device 113 and the fixing device 114, so as to prevent the express box 11 from being lost or scattered due to the random disconnection between the connecting device 113 and the fixing device 114.
The box locking control device 14 is disposed on the express box 11 and used for controlling the box locking device 12 to be locked or unlocked. The connection locking control device 15 is provided on the express box 11, and is used for controlling the connection locking device 13 to be locked or unlocked.
In the present invention, the box locking control device 14 and the connection locking control device 15 may include at least one of a manual password component, an electronic password component, a voice recognition component, a face recognition component, a mobile phone signal recognition component, a key component, an electronic key component, and a fingerprint recognition component, and may also be locked and unlocked in other manners. The tank lock control means 14 and the connection lock control means 15 may be respectively formed of the same or similar components, or may be formed of different components.
The box locking control device 14 and the connection locking control device 15 of the present invention may include a user input device or a voice/fingerprint/image capture device, and the user may directly input a corresponding password or unlock through voice/fingerprint/human face. The connectable express box device of the present invention may further include a communication component, connected to the box locking control device 14 and/or the connection locking control device 15, for receiving the control signal and forwarding the control signal to the box locking control device 14 and/or the connection locking control device 15. A user can remotely input corresponding passwords or voice/fingerprint/face information to the communication assembly through electronic equipment such as a mobile phone APP, an intelligent watch, an intelligent bracelet and a computer, and the communication assembly sends the information to the box body locking control device 14 and/or the connection locking control device 15 for unlocking; or remotely inputting a corresponding password or voice/fingerprint/face information to the server, identifying the password or voice/fingerprint/face information by the server, sending a corresponding signal to the communication component, and sending the signal to the box body locking control device 14 and/or the connection locking control device 15 by the communication component for unlocking.
In fig. 1, the connecting device 113 of the present invention is a connecting rod, which is disposed on the box 111 and provided with the connecting and locking device 13, and the fixing device 114 is a connecting sleeve, when the connecting device 113 is inserted into the fixing device 114, the fixing device 114 and the connecting device 113 are locked together, and the connecting and locking device 13 is ejected to lock the connecting state of the fixing device 114 and the connecting device 113. In the invention, the connecting device can also be a connecting sleeve, and the fixing device is a connecting rod; the connecting device 113 may also be one of connectable devices such as a connecting rope/connecting chain/connecting belt, and the fixing device is a corresponding connectable device, which is not described in detail herein. The connecting device 113 of the present invention may also be disposed on the case cover 112, and the connecting device 113 and the case 111 or the case cover 112 may be fixedly connected or movably connected. The number of the connecting means 113 and the fixing means 114 may be 1, or 2 or more. In the present invention, the material of the fixing device 114 and the connecting device 113 is metal, alloy or other material.
The fixing device 114 can be arranged on a fixed object or another express box, and 2 or more than 2 connectable express box devices are connected together, so that the neatness of placement can be increased, and the space is saved; and the risk of loss can be reduced, and the safety is improved. Meanwhile, a plurality of connectable express box devices are connected together, so that the processing speed can be increased, and the logistics efficiency is increased.
In order to prevent the express box from being lost, the device for connecting the express box of the invention can also comprise an alarm device which is arranged on the express box 11 and used for giving an alarm when the box body 111 or the box body locking device 12 or the connection locking device 13 is damaged and is forcibly opened. The alarm device may be an audible alarm, a light alarm, a touch alarm, or the like.
The device for connecting the express box further comprises a monitoring device which is arranged near the express box 11 and used for monitoring the express box 11 and preventing relevant clues from being obtained when the express box is lost or found to be lost. The monitoring device capable of being connected with the express box device can be connected with an alarm device, when the monitoring device finds abnormality, the alarm device sends out an alarm, or when the alarm device sends out an alarm, the current video and/or other data of the monitoring device is sent to a server or a police station, and related clues are provided or stored in time.
The connectable express box device can further comprise a power supply module for supplying power to the connectable express box device. The power module is preferably a battery. The power line can be connected with the power interface to supply power for the connectable express box device, and the power line can be independently arranged or can be arranged together with the connecting device 113.
The connectable express box device can be used as a packaging box for containing express articles, can also be used as a general storage box for storing and keeping the articles, and can play roles in preventing loss, facilitating opening of specified objects and the like.
A second embodiment of the present invention is seen in figure 2. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a system for attaching a courier box assembly of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, the system capable of connecting the express box device of the invention comprises: a server 20 and more than one connectable courier box device 10. The connectable express box device 10 is the connectable express box device according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and reference may be made to the description of the connectable express box device, which is not described herein again.
The connectable express box device 10 is applied to the field of logistics, express items are placed in the express box 11, and the express box 11 is locked through the box body locking device 12, so that the items are prevented from being lost. The user can unlock the trunk locking device 12 by the trunk locking control device 14 using a password/key/personal voiceprint/fingerprint/face image and the like provided by the logistics company, and after taking out the article in the connectable express box apparatus 10, the logistics company disconnects the connection between the connectable express box apparatus 10 in which the article has been taken and the connectable express box apparatus 10 in which the article has not been taken, takes back the connectable express box apparatus 10 in which the article has been taken from both ends or the middle, and reconnects the connectable express box apparatuses 10 in which the remaining article has not been taken.
According to the system capable of connecting the express box device, a logistics company obtains the logistics route and time of the goods contained in the connectable express box device 10 through the server 20, the connectable express box device 10 is quickly connected and separated at each collection point or each distribution point, and the connectable express box devices 10 sent by the same vehicle are quickly connected together, so that efficient operation of goods logistics is guaranteed.
A third embodiment of the present invention is seen in fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a flow chart of a method of using the system for connecting express delivery box devices of the present invention. The system capable of connecting the express box device is the system capable of connecting the express box device according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and reference may be made to the description of the system capable of connecting the express box device, which is not described herein again. As shown in the figure, the use method of the system capable of connecting the express box device comprises the following steps:
s1: the user unlocks the box body locking device through the box body locking control device, and opens the express box to take out the articles.
S2: the logistics company breaks the connection between the connectable express box device which takes away the goods and the connectable express box device which does not take away the goods, and the connectable express box device which takes away the goods is taken back from the two ends or the middle.
S3: and the logistics company reconnects the connectable express box devices of the left unremoved objects.
In summary, the device and the system for connecting the express box and the using method thereof of the invention include the express box, the box locking device, the connection locking device, the box locking control device and the connection locking control device. The device and the system for the connectable express box and the using method thereof avoid resource waste caused by using a disposable express packing box, and meanwhile, the device for the connectable express box can be conveniently connected to a fixed object, has the functions of locking, alarming and monitoring, can provide convenience and safety for users, effectively avoids express loss/damage, avoids resource waste, improves logistics efficiency and reduces logistics cost.

1. A connectable express delivery box device, comprising: an express box, a box body locking device, a connection locking device, a box body locking control device and a connection locking control device,
the express box comprises a box body, a box cover, a connecting device and a fixing device, wherein the box body is used for storing articles, the box cover is used for opening and closing the box body, the connecting device is arranged on the box body or the box cover, and the fixing device is arranged on a fixed object or another express box and is connectable with the connecting device;
the box body locking device is arranged on the box body or the box cover and used for locking or unlocking the box cover and the box body;
the connecting locking device is arranged on the connecting device or the fixing device and used for locking or unlocking the connecting device and the fixing device;
the box body locking control device is arranged on the express box and used for controlling the box body locking device to be locked or unlocked;
the connection locking control device is arranged in the express box and used for controlling the connection locking device to be locked or unlocked.
2. A connectable courier box apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the connecting device is one of a connecting rope/a connecting chain/a connecting belt/a connecting rod, one end of the connecting device is connected to the box body or the box cover, and the other end of the connecting device is connected with the fixing device.
3. A connectable courier box apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the box body locking control device and the connecting locking control device respectively comprise at least one of a manual password component, an electronic password component, a voice recognition component, a face recognition component, a mobile phone signal recognition component, a key component, an electronic key component and a fingerprint recognition component.

A connectable courier box apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the device capable of being connected with the express box further comprises a communication assembly, wherein the communication assembly is connected with the box body locking control device and/or the connection locking control device and is used for receiving control signals and transmitting the control signals to the box body locking control device and/or the connection locking control device.

A connectable courier box apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the device capable of being connected with the express box further comprises an alarm device, and the alarm device is arranged in the express box and used for giving an alarm when the box body or the box body locking device or the connection locking device is damaged and forcibly opened.
6. A connectable courier box apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the connectable express box device further comprises a monitoring device which is arranged near the express box and used for monitoring the express box.
7. A system for connecting a courier box assembly, comprising: a server and one or more connectable courier boxes apparatus as claimed in claim 1.
8. A system for connecting a courier box assembly according to claim 7, wherein: after the user takes out the articles in the connectable express box device, the logistics company disconnects the connection between the connectable express box device which takes away the articles and the connectable express box device which does not take away the articles, takes back the connectable express box device which takes away the articles from the two ends or the middle, and reconnects the connectable express box devices which remain the articles which are not taken away.
9. A system for connecting a courier box assembly according to claim 7, wherein: the logistics company obtains the logistics path and time of the articles contained in the connectable express box device through the server, and the connectable express box device is quickly connected and separated at each collection point or dispersion point, so that the efficient operation of goods logistics is guaranteed.
10. A method of using the system of claim 7 in connection with an express box device, the method comprising:
a user unlocks the box body locking device through the box body locking control device, opens the express box and takes out the articles;
the logistics company breaks the connection between the connectable express box device with the taken article and the connectable express box device without the taken article, and the connectable express box device with the taken article is taken back from the two ends or the middle;
and the logistics company reconnects the connectable express box devices of the left unremoved objects.
