Background
The permanent magnet synchronous motor is a synchronous motor which generates a synchronous rotating magnetic field by permanent magnet excitation, the permanent magnet is used as a rotor to generate a rotating magnetic field, and a three-phase stator winding is reacted through an armature under the action of the rotating magnetic field to induce three-phase symmetrical current. When the kinetic energy of the rotor is converted into electric energy, the permanent magnet synchronous motor is used as a generator; in addition, when three-phase symmetrical current is introduced to the stator side, the three-phase stator current generates a rotating magnetic field in the space due to the fact that the phase difference of the three-phase stator is 120 in the space position, the rotor rotates under the action of electromagnetic force to move, electric energy is converted into kinetic energy at the moment, and the permanent magnet synchronous motor serves as a motor.
In the prior art, when a permanent magnet motor is installed, the permanent magnet motor is fixed on a working table surface after penetrating through a preformed hole on the surface of an installation seat by means of a bolt, and due to the limited area of the working table surface, a suspended part usually appears on a body part of the permanent magnet motor, so that the permanent magnet motor is easy to loosen or even break at a joint due to vibration when working for a long time; and the permanent magnet motor is heavy, and is large in physical consumption to the workman in handling, and it is very hard to transfer permanent magnet motor under the condition of not having auxiliary work such as shallow.

2. according to the self-starting synchronous permanent magnet motor, the travelling wheels are additionally arranged on the surface of the connecting seat, when the permanent magnet motor is disassembled and transferred, the permanent magnet motor is erected, the telescopic screw rod is disassembled from the connecting sleeve, the supporting sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the driving shaft, the driving shaft is clamped by the clamping screw rod, and the permanent magnet motor can be driven to slide by pulling the telescopic screw rod;
3. the connection part of the connecting seat and the permanent magnet motor of the self-starting synchronous permanent magnet motor is surrounded by the limiting seat, and the surface of the limiting seat is additionally provided with the limiting plug which is pulled by the elastic traction wire body to be connected with the connecting seat, so that the connecting seat cannot rotate around the permanent magnet motor when being braked, and the connecting seat is prevented from loosening from the end part of the permanent magnet motor.

The working principle is as follows: when the device is actually used, the limit plug 6 is lifted by holding the pull ring 7 by hand, the elastic traction line body 10 is stretched, after the end part of the limit plug 6 enters the jack on the surface of the limit seat 5, the pull ring 7 is buckled on the hanging rod 8, the limit plug 6 is prevented from being rebounded and pulled by the elastic traction line body 10, at the moment, the cross handle 14 is held by hand to screw the connecting seat 4 on the end part of the permanent magnet motor body 1 until the end part of the connecting seat 4 is blocked by the limit seat 5, then the pull ring 7 is pulled out of the hanging rod 8, the elastic traction line body 10 rebounds, resets, the limit plug 6 is inserted in the jack on the surface of the connecting seat 4, the connecting seat 4 is prevented from rotating around the permanent magnet motor body 1, namely, the screw joint of the connecting seat 4 and the permanent magnet motor body 1 is prevented from loosening, the permanent magnet motor body 1 is fixed on a workbench after a bolt passes through a reserved hole on the surface of the mounting seat 3, the top of the telescopic screw 17 is screwed at the connecting sleeve 16 by holding the first handle 18, then, one hand holds the first handle 18 to prevent the telescopic screw rod 17 from rotating, the other hand holds the second handle 20 to downwards screw the enclosing sleeve 19 to move along the telescopic screw rod 17 until the bottom surface is supported by the backing plate 23, at the moment, the suspended part of the permanent magnet motor body 1 is supported by the lower structure of the connecting sleeve 16, and the fracture of the connecting part of the mounting seat 3 and the workbench caused by the fact that the permanent magnet motor body 1 is suspended for a long time is avoided; when the permanent magnet motor body 1 needs to be transferred after being detached, the permanent magnet motor body 1 is erected, namely the walking wheels 15 support the ground, then the telescopic screws 17 are detached from the connecting sleeves 16, the supporting sleeves 21 are sleeved on the outer sides of the driving shafts 2, the clamping screws 22 are screwed to clamp the driving shafts 2, at the moment, the telescopic screws 17 can be pulled to drive the permanent magnet motor body 1 to slide and move, and the physical force for carrying the permanent magnet motor body 1 is saved.
