In a specific embodiment, the user vehicle reports the geographic position to the server in real time in the navigation process, and when the server detects that the geographic position of the user vehicle is within a set range from the geographic position of the collection vehicle, the server determines the user vehicle as the user vehicle to be prompted, and issues a road condition prompting message to the user vehicle, for example, a target road condition exists on a target lane.
In the embodiment, the lane line recognition and the road surface condition recognition are respectively carried out on the road image, so that the image positions of the lane and the target road surface condition are obtained, the target lane covered by the target road surface condition is obtained by an image position matching method, and the road condition prompt is carried out on the vehicle of a user through a server, so that the recognition and the prompt of the lane grade road surface condition with finer granularity are realized, the driving safety is improved, and the auxiliary decision information is provided for the navigation application and the automatic driving of the lane grade; in addition, the lane direction can be recognized, and the recognized lane and the collecting vehicle are in the same direction, so that the target road surface condition in the driving direction of the collecting vehicle can be recognized more accurately without considering the lane and the road surface condition in the opposite direction, the driving requirement is met, the vehicle error prompt of a user is avoided, and the driving safety of the vehicle of the user is further improved.
In the embodiment of the present application, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a second road condition prompting method provided in the embodiment of the present application, and the embodiment is optimized.
The road condition prompting method shown in fig. 4 includes:
and S410, obtaining the user vehicle to be prompted.
And S420, determining a driving lane of the vehicle of the user.
Optionally, the driving lane of the user vehicle is determined according to the geographical position of the user vehicle.
And S430, calculating the direction of the target lane relative to the driving lane and the number of the interval lanes.
For example, the lane area has 4 lanes from left to right in sequence, the driving lane is the leftmost lane in the lane area, the target lane is the rightmost lane in the lane area, and the direction of the target lane relative to the driving lane is the right side and is separated by 3 lanes.
And S440, issuing road condition prompting messages to the vehicles of the users according to the condition and the direction of the target road surface and the number of the lane spaces.
Specifically, a prompt message of "there is a target road surface condition on the 3 rd lane on the right side of the driving lane" is issued to the user vehicle.
The direction of the target lane relative to the driving lane and the number of the lane at intervals are prompted to the vehicle of the user, so that the user can directly know the specific position of the road surface condition, and the method is more humanized and intelligent.
Fig. 5 is a structural diagram of a lane-level road surface condition recognition device according to an embodiment of the present application, which is implemented by software and/or hardware and is specifically configured in a vehicle-mounted terminal having a certain data calculation capability, and the embodiment of the present application is applied to the case of recognizing a road surface condition.
A lane-level road surface condition recognition apparatus 500 shown in fig. 5 includes: the system comprises a road surface condition identification module 501, a lane line identification module 502, a matching module 503 and an uploading module 504; wherein,
the road condition recognition module 501 is configured to perform road condition recognition on road images around the collected vehicle to obtain a target road condition and an image position of the target road condition;
the lane line recognition module 502 is configured to perform lane line recognition on the road image to obtain an image position of at least one lane in the same direction as the collected vehicle;
the matching module 503 is configured to match the image position of the target road surface condition with an image position of at least one lane, so as to obtain a target lane covered by the target road surface condition;
the uploading module 504 is configured to upload the target road surface condition and the target lane to the server, so that the server issues a road condition prompting message to the user vehicle according to the target road surface condition and the target lane.
In the embodiment, the image positions of the lane and the target road surface condition are obtained by respectively identifying the lane line and the road surface condition of the road image, and the target lane covered by the target road surface condition is obtained by the image position matching method, so that the road condition prompt is carried out on the vehicle of a user through the server, the recognition and the prompt of the lane grade road surface condition with finer granularity are realized, the driving safety is improved, and the auxiliary decision information is provided for the navigation application and the automatic driving of the lane grade; in addition, the lane direction can be recognized, and the recognized lane and the collecting vehicle are in the same direction, so that the target road surface condition in the driving direction of the collecting vehicle can be recognized more accurately without considering the lane and the road surface condition in the opposite direction, the driving requirement is met, the vehicle error prompt of a user is avoided, and the driving safety of the vehicle of the user is further improved.
Further, the lane line identification module 502 includes: the lane line recognition submodule is used for recognizing lane lines of the road image to obtain a lane area in the same direction as the collected vehicle and the type and position of the lane lines in the lane area; the vehicle identification submodule is used for carrying out vehicle identification on the road image to obtain the type and the position of a lane line shielded by a vehicle in a lane area; and the lane position recognition submodule is used for obtaining the image position of at least one lane in the same direction with the collected vehicle according to the type and the position of the lane line recognized in the lane area and the type and the position of the lane line shielded by the vehicle in the lane area.
Further, the lane line identification submodule includes: the lane line identification unit is used for identifying lane lines of the road image to obtain the types and the image positions of the lane lines, wherein the types of the lane lines comprise road separation lines and dotted lines; the lane area determining unit is used for determining a lane area in the same direction as the collection vehicle according to the image positions of the road separation lines on the two sides of the collection vehicle; and the type and position determining unit is used for determining the type and position of the lane line in the lane area according to the image position of the lane line.
Further, a vehicle identification submodule comprising: the vehicle position identification unit is used for carrying out vehicle identification on the road image to obtain the image position of the vehicle in the lane area; and a supplementing unit for supplementing a road separation line or a lane line of a dotted line category at a side where the lane line is not recognized, if the lane line is not recognized at the left side and/or the right side of the vehicle.
Further, a supplementing unit, specifically configured to supplement a lane line of a road separation line or a broken line category on an unidentified side if no lane line is identified within a set distance range on the left side and/or the right side of the vehicle; alternatively, if no lane lines are identified between adjacent vehicles, lane lines of the dotted line category are supplemented between adjacent vehicles.
The lane-level road surface condition recognition device can execute the lane-level road surface condition recognition method provided by any embodiment of the application, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects for executing the lane-level road surface condition recognition method.
According to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 6 is a structural diagram of a road condition prompting device in the embodiment of the present application, and the embodiment of the present application is suitable for a situation of prompting a road condition of a user vehicle.
As shown in fig. 6, the road condition prompting device 600 includes: an acquisition module 601 and a distribution module 602; wherein,
an obtaining module 601, configured to obtain a user vehicle to be prompted;
the issuing module 602 is configured to issue a road condition prompting message to a user vehicle according to a target road surface condition and a target lane;
the target road condition is obtained by carrying out road condition recognition on road images around the collected vehicle;
the target lane is used for identifying the road condition of the road image around the collected vehicle to obtain the image position of the target road condition; carrying out lane line recognition on the road image to obtain the image position of at least one lane in the same direction as the collected vehicle; and matching the image position of the target road surface condition with the image position of at least one lane to obtain the target lane covered by the target road surface condition.
In the embodiment, the lane line recognition and the road surface condition recognition are respectively carried out on the road image, so that the image positions of the lane and the target road surface condition are obtained, the target lane covered by the target road surface condition is obtained by an image position matching method, and the road condition prompt is carried out on the vehicle of a user through a server, so that the recognition and the prompt of the lane grade road surface condition with finer granularity are realized, the driving safety is improved, and the auxiliary decision information is provided for the navigation application and the automatic driving of the lane grade; in addition, the lane direction can be recognized, and the recognized lane and the collecting vehicle are in the same direction, so that the target road surface condition in the driving direction of the collecting vehicle can be recognized more accurately without considering the lane and the road surface condition in the opposite direction, the driving requirement is met, the vehicle error prompt of a user is avoided, and the driving safety of the vehicle of the user is further improved.
The device further comprises a determining module, a judging module and a judging module, wherein the determining module is used for determining a driving lane of the user vehicle before sending a road condition prompting message to the user vehicle according to the target road surface condition and the target lane; the calculation module is used for calculating the direction of the target lane relative to the driving lane and the number of the interval lanes; correspondingly, the issuing module is specifically configured to: and issuing road condition prompting messages to the vehicles of the users according to the condition, the direction and the number of the lane spaces of the target road.
According to an embodiment of the application, the application also provides a vehicle-mounted terminal, a server and a readable storage medium.
As shown in fig. 7, the present invention is a block diagram of a vehicle-mounted terminal that implements the lane-level road surface condition recognition method according to the embodiment of the present invention. Vehicle terminals are intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other appropriate computers. The in-vehicle terminal may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be examples only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the present application that are described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 7, the in-vehicle terminal includes: one or more processors 701, a memory 702, and interfaces for connecting the various components, including a high-speed interface and a low-speed interface. The various components are interconnected using different buses and may be mounted on a common motherboard or in other manners as desired. The processor may process instructions for execution within the electronic device, including instructions stored in or on the memory to display graphical information of a GUI on an external input/output apparatus (such as a display device coupled to the interface). In other embodiments, multiple processors and/or multiple buses may be used, along with multiple memories and multiple memories, as desired. Also, multiple in-vehicle terminals may be connected, with each terminal providing portions of the necessary operations (e.g., as a server array, a group of blade servers, or a multi-processor system). In fig. 7, one processor 701 is taken as an example.
The memory 702 is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium as provided herein. The memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the lane-level road surface condition identification method provided by the present application. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of the present application stores computer instructions for causing a computer to execute the lane-level road surface condition recognition method provided by the present application.
The memory 702, which is a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the lane-level road condition recognition method in the embodiment of the present application (for example, the program instructions/modules shown in fig. 5 include a road condition recognition module 501, a lane line recognition module 502, a matching module 503, and an uploading module 504). The processor 701 executes various functional applications of the server and data processing by running non-transitory software programs, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 702, that is, implements the method of lane-level road surface condition recognition in the above-described method embodiments.
The memory 702 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created by use of the in-vehicle terminal that implements the lane-level road surface condition recognition method, and the like. Further, the memory 702 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 702 may optionally include memory remotely located from the processor 701, and such remote memory may be connected via a network to an in-vehicle terminal that performs the lane-level road condition identification method. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The vehicle-mounted terminal performing the lane-level road surface condition recognition method may further include: an input device 703 and an output device 704. The processor 701, the memory 702, the input device 703 and the output device 704 may be connected by a bus or other means, and fig. 7 illustrates an example of a connection by a bus.
The input device 703 may receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the in-vehicle terminal that performs the lane-level road surface condition recognition method, such as an input device of a touch screen, a keypad, a mouse, a track pad, a touch pad, a pointing stick, one or more mouse buttons, a track ball, a joystick, or the like. The output devices 704 may include a display device, auxiliary lighting devices (e.g., LEDs), and tactile feedback devices (e.g., vibrating motors), among others. The display device may include, but is not limited to, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a Light Emitting Diode (LED) display, and a plasma display. In some implementations, the display device can be a touch screen.
In addition, the embodiment of the present application further provides a server, the structure of which is detailed in fig. 7, at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; the storage stores instructions executable by the at least one processor, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor, so that the at least one processor can execute the road condition prompting method provided by any of the above embodiments.
Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here can be realized in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuitry, application specific ASICs (application specific integrated circuits), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs that are executable and/or interpretable on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be special or general purpose, receiving data and instructions from, and transmitting data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.
These computer programs (also known as programs, software applications, or code) include machine instructions for a programmable processor, and may be implemented using high-level procedural and/or object-oriented programming languages, and/or assembly/machine languages. As used herein, the terms "machine-readable medium" and "computer-readable medium" refer to any computer program product, apparatus, and/or device (e.g., magnetic discs, optical disks, memory, Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs)) used to provide machine instructions and/or data to a programmable processor, including a machine-readable medium that receives machine instructions as a machine-readable signal. The term "machine-readable signal" refers to any signal used to provide machine instructions and/or data to a programmable processor.
To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on a computer having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and a pointing device (e.g., a mouse or a trackball) by which a user can provide input to the computer. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide for interaction with a user; for example, feedback provided to the user can be any form of sensory feedback (e.g., visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic, speech, or tactile input.
The systems and techniques described here can be implemented in a computing system that includes a back-end component (e.g., as a data server), or that includes a middleware component (e.g., an application server), or that includes a front-end component (e.g., a user computer having a graphical user interface or a web browser through which a user can interact with an implementation of the systems and techniques described here), or any combination of such back-end, middleware, or front-end components. The components of the system can be interconnected by any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include: local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), the internet, and blockchain networks.
The computer system may include clients and servers. A client and server are generally remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other.
It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present application may be executed in parallel, sequentially, or in different orders, and the present invention is not limited thereto as long as the desired results of the technical solutions disclosed in the present application can be achieved.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations and substitutions may be made in accordance with design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (17)

1. A lane-level road surface condition identification method is suitable for a vehicle-mounted terminal and comprises the following steps:
carrying out pavement condition recognition on road images around the collected vehicle to obtain a target pavement condition and an image position of the target pavement condition;
carrying out lane line recognition on the road image to obtain the image position of at least one lane in the same direction as the collected vehicle;
matching the image position of the target road surface condition with the image position of the at least one lane to obtain a target lane covered by the target road surface condition;
and uploading the target road surface condition and the target lane to a server, so that the server can issue road condition prompt messages to user vehicles according to the target road surface condition and the target lane.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the performing lane line recognition on the road image to obtain an image position of at least one lane co-directional with the capturing vehicle comprises:
carrying out lane line recognition on the road image to obtain a lane area in the same direction as the acquisition vehicle and the type and position of a lane line in the lane area;
carrying out vehicle identification on the road image to obtain the type and the position of a lane line shielded by a vehicle in the lane area;
and obtaining the image position of at least one lane in the same direction as the acquisition vehicle according to the type and the position of the lane line identified in the lane area and the type and the position of the lane line shielded by the vehicle in the lane area.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the performing lane line recognition on the road image to obtain a lane area in the same direction as the capturing vehicle and the type and position of the lane line in the lane area comprises:
performing lane line identification on the road image to obtain the type and the image position of the lane line, wherein the type of the lane line comprises a road separation line and a dotted line;
determining lane areas in the same direction as the collection vehicle according to the image positions of the road separation lines on the two sides of the collection vehicle;
and determining the type and the position of the lane line in the lane area according to the image position of the lane line.
4. The method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the vehicle recognition of the road image to obtain the type and position of a lane line blocked by a vehicle in the lane area comprises:
carrying out vehicle identification on the road image to obtain the image position of the vehicle in the lane area;
if no lane line is recognized on the left and/or right side of the vehicle, a lane line of a road separation line or a dotted line category is supplemented on the side where no lane line is recognized.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the supplementing of the lane markings of the road separation line or the dashed category at the side of the lane markings unrecognized if no lane markings are recognized at the left and/or right side of the vehicle comprises:
if no lane line is identified within a set distance range on the left side and/or the right side of the vehicle, supplementing a lane line of a road separation line or a dotted line type on the side which is not identified; or,
if no lane lines are identified between adjacent vehicles, lane lines of the dotted line category are supplemented between the adjacent vehicles.
6. A road condition prompting method is applicable to a server and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a user vehicle to be prompted;
issuing a road condition prompting message to the user vehicle according to the target road surface condition and the target lane;
the target road surface condition is obtained by carrying out road surface condition recognition on road images around the collection vehicle;
the target lane is used for identifying the road condition of the road image around the collection vehicle to obtain the image position of the target road condition; carrying out lane line recognition on the road image to obtain the image position of at least one lane in the same direction as the collected vehicle; and matching the image position of the target road surface condition with the image position of the at least one lane to obtain the target lane covered by the target road surface condition.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising, prior to said issuing a road condition prompting message to the user vehicle in accordance with the target road condition and the target lane:
determining a driving lane of the user vehicle;
calculating the direction of the target lane relative to the driving lane and the number of lane barriers;
the issuing of the road condition prompting message to the user vehicle according to the target road condition and the target lane comprises the following steps:
and issuing road condition prompting messages to the user vehicles according to the target road surface condition, the direction and the number of the lane spaces.
8. A lane-level road surface condition recognition device is applicable to a vehicle-mounted terminal, and comprises:
the road condition identification module is used for identifying the road condition of the road image around the collection vehicle to obtain the target road condition and the image position of the target road condition;
the lane line recognition module is used for recognizing lane lines of the road image to obtain the image position of at least one lane in the same direction as the acquisition vehicle;
the matching module is used for matching the image position of the target road surface condition with the image position of the at least one lane to obtain a target lane covered by the target road surface condition;
and the uploading module is used for uploading the target road surface condition and the target lane to a server so that the server can issue road condition prompting messages to user vehicles according to the target road surface condition and the target lane.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the lane line identification module comprises:
the lane line recognition submodule is used for recognizing lane lines of the road image to obtain a lane area in the same direction as the acquisition vehicle and the type and position of the lane lines in the lane area;
the vehicle identification submodule is used for carrying out vehicle identification on the road image to obtain the type and the position of a lane line shielded by a vehicle in the lane area;
and the lane position recognition submodule is used for obtaining the image position of at least one lane in the same direction as the acquisition vehicle according to the type and the position of the lane line recognized in the lane area and the type and the position of the lane line shielded by the vehicle in the lane area.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the lane line identification sub-module comprises:
the lane line identification unit is used for identifying a lane line of the road image to obtain the type and the image position of the lane line, wherein the type of the lane line comprises a road separation line and a dotted line;
the lane area determining unit is used for determining lane areas in the same direction as the collecting vehicle according to the image positions of the road separation lines on the two sides of the collecting vehicle;
and the type and position determining unit is used for determining the type and position of the lane line in the lane area according to the image position of the lane line.
11. The apparatus of claim 9 or 10, wherein the vehicle identification sub-module comprises:
the vehicle position identification unit is used for carrying out vehicle identification on the road image to obtain the image position of the vehicle in the lane area;
and a supplementing unit for supplementing a road separation line or a lane line of a dotted line category at a side where a lane line is not recognized, if the lane line is not recognized at the left side and/or the right side of the vehicle.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein,
a supplementing unit, specifically configured to supplement a lane line of a road separation line or a broken line category on an unidentified side if the lane line is not identified within a set distance range on the left side and/or the right side of the vehicle; alternatively, if no lane lines are identified between adjacent vehicles, lane lines of the dotted line category are supplemented between the adjacent vehicles.
13. A road condition prompting device is suitable for a server and comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a user vehicle to be prompted;
the issuing module is used for issuing road condition prompting messages to the user vehicle according to the target road surface condition and the target lane;
the target road surface condition is obtained by carrying out road surface condition recognition on road images around the collection vehicle;
the target lane is used for identifying the road condition of the road image around the collection vehicle to obtain the image position of the target road condition; carrying out lane line recognition on the road image to obtain the image position of at least one lane in the same direction as the collected vehicle; and matching the image position of the target road surface condition with the image position of the at least one lane to obtain the target lane covered by the target road surface condition.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, further comprising:
the determining module is used for determining a driving lane of the user vehicle before sending a road condition prompting message to the user vehicle according to the target road surface condition and the target lane;
the calculation module is used for calculating the direction of the target lane relative to the driving lane and the number of the interval lanes;
the issuing module is specifically configured to: and issuing road condition prompting messages to the user vehicles according to the target road surface condition, the direction and the number of the lane spaces.
15. An in-vehicle terminal comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform a lane-level roadway condition identifying method as recited in any one of claims 1-5.
16. A server, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor, the instructions being executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform a road condition notification method as claimed in claim 6 or 7.
17. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to execute a lane-level road surface condition recognition method according to any one of claims 1 to 5 or a road condition presentation method according to claim 6 or 7.
