To further illustrate the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the predetermined purpose, the following detailed description is made on the brake monitoring device provided by the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, a brake monitoring device 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a first sensor 10 and a controller 20.
The brake monitoring device 100 is applied to a hospital bed (not shown), referring to fig. 2, the hospital bed includes a brake block 1, and the brake block 1 can be switched between a first position a and a second position B. The first position A is that the brake catch 1 is positioned at a brake position, so that the sickbed can not move continuously; the second position B is that the brake catch 1 is located at the unlocking position, so that the sickbed can continue to move. The first sensor 10 is configured to detect whether the brake pad 1 is switched from the first position a to the second position B, and the controller 20 is configured to determine that an alarm signal needs to be sent at least when the brake pad 1 is switched to the second position B.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the first sensor 10 is a hall sensor. And a magnet 2 is arranged on the brake catch 1, and the magnet 2 is opposite to the Hall sensor. When the brake separation blade 1 is switched to the second position B, the Hall sensor judges that the brake separation blade 1 is switched to the second position B when not detecting the magnetic field of the magnet 2. The hall sensor can avoid being influenced by other factors (such as lamplight, sunlight and ground reflected light) in the detection process by detecting the magnetic field of the magnet 2, and the detection accuracy is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, in another embodiment, the first sensor 10 is a reflective sensor. The reflective sensor comprises an emitting end 101 and a receiving end 102, wherein the emitting end 101 and the receiving end 102 are located on the same side of the brake block sheet 1. The transmitting end 101 is configured to transmit a sensing signal, when the brake block sheet 1 is switched to the second position B, the sensing signal is reflected by the brake block sheet 1, and the receiving end 102 is configured to determine that the brake block sheet 1 is switched to the second position B when receiving the reflected sensing signal. The sensing signal may be an acoustic wave signal or an optical signal, and for example, the sensing signal may be an infrared signal.
Referring to fig. 4, in another embodiment, the first sensor 10 is an interrupt sensor. The transmitting end 101 and the receiving end 102 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the brake block piece 1. The transmitting end 101 is used for transmitting a sensing signal, when the brake block sheet 1 is switched to the second position B, the sensing signal is blocked by the brake block sheet 1, and the receiving end is used for judging that the brake block sheet 1 is switched to the second position B when the sensing signal is not received.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the first sensor 10 further includes a first communication module 103, the controller 20 includes a second communication module 201, and the first sensor 10 and the controller 20 communicate with each other through the first communication module 103 and the second communication module 201. That is, when the first sensor 10 detects that the brake pad 1 is switched from the first position a to the second position B, the first communication module 103 sends a detection result to the second communication module 201 of the controller 20.
In this embodiment, the first sensor 10 and the controller 20 communicate with each other in a wireless manner, that is, the first communication module 103 and the second communication module 201 are wireless communication modules, such as a bluetooth module, a Wi-Fi module, or an infrared module. At this time, the first sensor 10 further includes a first battery 104, and the first battery 104 provides power for the first communication module 103. In other embodiments, the first sensor 10 and the controller 20 may communicate with each other by wire, that is, a wire (not shown) is connected between the first sensor 10 and the controller 20.
In this embodiment, the controller 20 further includes a logic circuit 202, and the logic circuit 202 is electrically connected to the second communication module 201, and is configured to obtain the detection result through the second communication module 201, so as to determine whether the alarm signal needs to be sent. In other embodiments, the logic circuit 202 may be replaced by a micro control unit (MCU, not shown).
The controller 20 further includes an alarm unit 203, and the alarm unit 203 is electrically connected to the logic circuit 202 or the micro control unit. The alarm unit 203 is configured to send the alarm signal so that the medical staff can timely handle the hospital bed, thereby ensuring the safety of the patient. Wherein, the alarm unit 203 may be a buzzer for emitting a buzzer sound to notify the medical staff. Of course, in other embodiments, the alarm unit 203 may also be an LED lamp or a speaker, that is, the medical staff may be notified by flashing light or voice broadcasting.
The controller 20 further comprises a second battery 204, and the second battery 204 is used for supplying power to the second communication module 201 and the alarm unit 203. Of course, the second battery 204 may be omitted, and the brake monitoring device 100 may also be powered by an external power source (e.g., a power box on a hospital bed).
Referring to fig. 7, a brake monitoring device 200 according to a second embodiment of the present invention is further provided, which is different from the first embodiment in that the brake monitoring device 200 further includes a second sensor 30. The second sensor 30 is configured to detect whether the hospital bed is displaced, and the controller 20 is configured to control the alarm unit 203 to send the alarm signal when the brake block 1 is switched to the second position B and the hospital bed is not displaced.
In this embodiment, the second sensor 30 is an acceleration sensor, and the acceleration sensor can be installed at any position of the bed body of the patient bed. The acceleration sensor is used for detecting the acceleration of the sickbed, and when the acceleration sensor detects that the acceleration of the sickbed is zero, the sickbed is judged not to be displaced.
In another embodiment, the second sensor 30 is a photoelectric sensor, which may be located adjacent to a wheel of the patient's bed. The photoelectric sensor is used for detecting whether the wheels of the sickbed rotate or not, and when the photoelectric sensor detects that the wheels of the sickbed do not rotate, the sickbed is judged not to displace.
In other embodiments, the second sensor 30 may be omitted. In consideration of the fact that, in practical applications, if the hospital bed is not connected to the utility power when moving, the controller 20 can determine whether the hospital bed is displaced by determining whether the brake monitoring device 200 is connected to the utility power. Specifically, when the hospital bed is connected to the mains supply, the electronic control system of the hospital bed sends a control command to the controller 20. When the controller 20 receives the control instruction (i.e., at this time, the brake monitoring device 200 is connected to the utility power), it is determined that the hospital bed is not displaced.
Referring to fig. 8, the present invention further provides a hospital bed 300, wherein the hospital bed 300 includes the brake monitoring device. The hospital bed 300 further comprises an alarm device 310, and the alarm device 310 can be installed at any position of the bed of the hospital bed 300. The alarm device 310 is electrically connected to the controller 20. The controller 20 is further configured to control the alarm device 310 to send the alarm signal so that the hospital staff can timely handle the hospital bed, thereby ensuring the safety of the patient. At this time, the alarm unit 203 included in the controller 20 may be omitted.
The brake monitoring device provided by the invention can monitor the brake device of the sickbed in real time and send out the alarm signal in time, thereby ensuring the safety of a patient.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.
