Description

Self-sterilizing handle device and substitute handle with same
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a handle assembly, and more particularly to a handle assembly that prevents contact transmission of pathogens through the handle.
Background
Among the transmission of infectious diseases, contact transmission is particularly difficult to prevent because of its characteristics of high concealment and exponential diffusion of the source of the contamination. The risk factor of the door handle is undoubtedly the highest among all the items that may cause contact transmission.
The existing door handle disinfection device technology is described in domestic patents with publication numbers of CN201563796U and CN111214677A, and the difference lies in that the former is a mechanical device adopting ' mechanical linkage triggering disinfection liquid outlet disinfection ", the latter adopts ' electronic induction triggering ultraviolet lamp irradiation disinfection ' and is an electrical device, and the common point lies in that the door handle disinfection device adopts ' the original door handle ' disinfection mode-which is also the scheme adopted by most similar devices.
Although the aim of disinfecting the door handle can be achieved by adopting the scheme, the following defects still exist:
1. the problem of effectiveness. Some mechanical devices require a door opener to receive disinfectant by hands, and then the door opener can smear and disinfect a door handle, but if the door opener does not smear for various reasons, no disinfection effect exists; when the ultraviolet lamp is used for sterilization, there is a limit in the irradiation time, and it generally takes about 30 minutes, and therefore, it is difficult to achieve the sterilization requirement by contacting the ultraviolet lamp several times in a short time.
2. The problem of economical efficiency. The area of the gripping surface of the original door handle is too large, and the disinfectant consumed by each single disinfection procedure is too much, so that the resource is not saved.
3. Compatibility issues. The original door handles on the market are various in types and styles, and the fundamental defect that the door handles cannot be compatibly installed or cannot be matched with each other for use after being installed inevitably occurs.
The last two drawbacks, as long as the aimed disinfection object is the "original handle", are difficult to avoid regardless of the adopted scheme.

The working principle of the drainage part (110) of the drainage type self-disinfecting handle device shown in fig. 2, 4 and 7 is described as follows: the drainage part utilizes the principle of liquid surface tension in the disinfection link, and takes a drainage groove (111) as an example, the width of the opening part of the drainage groove is about 5 millimeters, and the narrow opening part can lead to the formation of larger liquid surface tension of the liquid in the groove, so the liquid in the groove can not drip, and can be attached to the notch of the drainage groove like dew on the contrary, and the liquid level with certain thickness is formed on the edge of the notch, which means that when the disinfectant flows to the stop point from the starting point of the drainage groove, the edge of the notch of the drainage groove can be soaked and disinfected by the disinfectant. As mentioned above, the edge of the notch of the drainage groove is just the gripping surface which is contacted with the palm when the hand grips, so that the cleanness and the safety of the gripped gripping surface are ensured. The principle of the drainage convex strip (112) is similar to that of the drainage convex strip, and the principle of liquid surface tension is also utilized, because the surface area of the convex surface of the drainage convex strip is larger, the liquid can obtain more adhesive force on the surface of the convex surface, and therefore the liquid can always flow along the extending direction of the drainage convex strip. As described above, since the covered area where the drainage ridge extends is the grip surface that is in contact with the palm when the user grips the surface by the hand, the cleanliness and safety of the gripped grip surface can be ensured. It should be noted that, since the surface tension of the liquid is related to the type of the liquid, the specific size of the width of the drainage groove and the drainage ridge may not be limited as long as the disinfectant used can form the above-mentioned wetting and drainage effects on the gripping surface.
