Description

Halogenated olefin combined solvent containing 1-chloro-2, 3, 3-trifluoropropene and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fluorine-containing cleaning agents, and particularly relates to a halogenated olefin combined solvent containing 1-chloro-2, 3, 3-trifluoropropene and application thereof.
Background
The cleaning procedure is applied to the manufacturing links of electronic products such as semiconductor manufacturing procedures, electronic components, IGBT, PCBa and the like, the assembling link of optical components and precision mechanical elements and all the manufacturing and assembling links of precision mechanical elements. The cleaning process often involves solvents for removing flux, fine particles, process grease, wax, mold release agents, dust, and the like. Meanwhile, solvents are also used in the fields of coating carriers, dilution of glass anti-fingerprint coatings, coating of functional coatings of lenses, dilution of silicone oil of medical devices and the like. With the current regulatory requirements (e.g., the european union's F-gas regulations), the market is increasingly demanding solvents that are low in toxicity, environmentally friendly, compatible, non-flammable, and stable.
Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and Hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) have the advantage of being chemically stable as widely used solvents. But the atmospheric service life is long, the volatile gas reaches the troposphere and then diffuses to the stratosphere, and chlorine free radicals can be decomposed under the action of ultraviolet rays to destroy ozone. Fluorocarbon Solvents (PFCs) and Hydrofluorocarbon Solvents (HFCs) which are currently used as substitutes do not consume ozone because the components do not contain chlorine, but have high greenhouse effect.
In response to these problems, patent CN 103415652 provides azeotropic and azeotrope-like compositions of methyl perfluoroheptene ether and trans-1, 2-dichloroethylene, but the flash point is low and the safety is poor; patent CN108823007 provides a non-flammable combination solvent composed of trans-1, 2-dichloroethylene, methyl perfluoroheptylene ether, 1,2,3,3, 3-hexafluoropropyl-2, 2, 2-trifluoroethyl ether, but its dissolving power is too strong, and compatibility to electronic components and medical devices including partially sensitive plastic parts is poor.

The flash point of the obtained halogenated olefin combination solvent was measured using standard flash point test method astm d56-05(2010) of a teger (Tag) closed cup tester, and it was found that the halogenated olefin combination solvent containing 1-chloro-2, 3, 3-trifluoropropene of the present invention has no flash point.
Application example 5
The halogenated olefin combined solvent containing 1-chloro-2, 3, 3-trifluoropropene obtained in example 5 was divided into 3 parts and filled in 3 pressure-bearing tanks, 35 g of 2,3,3, 3-tetrafluoropropene was added to the cold trap of the pressure-bearing tank as propellant, and the mixture was packaged to make a spray tank.
The oil stain removal effect of the halogenated olefin combined solvent spray containing 1-chloro-2, 3, 3-trifluoropropene is tested by the following specific method:
(1) weighing two clean aluminum sheets, coating 32# mineral lubricating oil and RL32POE polyester synthetic oil on the aluminum sheets respectively, and weighing again;
(2) the aluminum sheets were faced at a distance of 15cm, spray-cleaned with a spray can against the oiled aluminum sheets, dried by evaporation in air, weighed and the percentage of contaminants removed was calculated, and the results are shown in table 4.
Table 4 oil stain removal effect of the combination solvent aerosol of the present invention
Oil name 32# mineral oil RL32POE oil
Clean aluminum sheet weight (g) 4.7862 4.9011
Weight (g) of aluminum sheet after oil stain coating 4.8105 4.9305
Weight (g) of aluminum flake after washing 4.7865 4.9014
Oil stain removal Rate (%) 98.77 98.98
As can be seen from Table 4, the halogenated olefin combination solvent containing 1-chloro-2, 3, 3-trifluoropropene provided by the invention has good decontamination effect when used as a spray, and has strong decontamination capability on common mineral oil and POE synthetic oil.
Comparative example 1
Example 3 of patent "CN 108823007A a non-flammable halogenated hydrocarbon composition detergent containing trifluoroethyl hexafluoropropyl ether" was used as comparative example 1. The combined solvent in the comparative example 1 comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
trans-1, 2-dichloroethylene 95%;
4% of methyl perfluoroheptylene ether;
1% of 1,1,2,3,3, 3-hexafluoropropyl-2, 2, 2-trifluoroether.
This combined solvent was added to a beaker and heated to 40 ℃, and a polished and precleaned stainless steel (type 316L) coupon having a surface size of 30 x 10mm was weighed. A small amount of lubricating oil used in the aeronautical industry was applied with a cotton swab on the surface of these test pieces, which were weighed again. The test piece with the lubricating oil was immersed in the solvent composition kept at 40 ℃ and washed with ultrasonic waves for 5 minutes. The coupon was removed from the solvent, allowed to air dry for 1 minute, and weighed for the last time to determine the percentage of lubricant removed. The experiment was repeated using a medium viscosity dimethicone as the soil. The decontamination rate and the average decontamination rate were calculated and the results are shown in table 5.
The above operation was repeated using the halogenated olefin combination solvent containing 1-chloro-2, 3, 3-trifluoropropene of example 1, and the results obtained are shown in Table 5.

As is apparent from Table 5, the halogenated olefin combination solvent containing 1-chloro-2, 3, 3-trifluoropropene according to the present invention has a good cleaning ability as compared with the combination solvent of comparative example 1.
The solvent composition of comparative example 1 was used for the compatibility test of the rubber part material in the same manner as in application example 4, and the results are shown in Table 6.
TABLE 6 test results of compatibility of the composite solvent of comparative example 1 with the rubber and plastic material
Figure BDA0002538897380000122
